Rollen som socionom hos oss Du kommer att få vara med att starta upp, och utveckla det förebyggande arbetet i nära samarbete med arbetsledare för teamet, övriga medarbetare från första linjens socialtjänst och medarbetare i andra förvaltningar. Målgruppen är barn och ungdomar 0-20 år och vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med barn i de yngre åldrarna. Du kommer att utföra insatser på både individnivå och på gruppnivå. Insatserna sker inom första linjens socialtjänst och med utgångspunkt i vilket behov som finns varför insatserna i hög grad kommer att ske i samverkan med andra aktörer som exempelvis: hälso- och sjukvård, kultur och fritid, förskola/skola, samt polis. Insatser på individnivå kan handla om att ha stödjande och rådgivande samtal och att lotsa familjer samt vidare inom och utanför första linjens socialtjänst. Insatser på gruppnivå kan handla om att genomföra riktade insatser på en förskola/skola, närvara på föräldramöten, vara ute på öppna förskolor, hålla i föräldrakurser, informera om socialtjänsten i olika forum och närvara ute vid särskilda evenemang. Förebyggandeteamet och rollen är ny för förvaltningen varför innehållet i arbetsbeskrivningen kan komma att förändras över tid, utifrån att vi arbetar målsökande och behovsstyrt. Din profil Som person har du ett ödmjukt och prestigelöst förhållningssätt, som innebär att du är intresserad och nyfiken. What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Workplanner. In this role you will report to Maintenance Manager and sit within our Hydrogen Plant. As a Maintenance Workplanner, you plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance so equipment works when it should. Project description The doctoral student will be part of the research project COAST PFAS – Coastal PFAS Transition Lab for Source Control, Substitution and Governance, a transdisciplinary initiative addressing the spread of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from urban and industrial sources to coastal environments. The project combines environmental analytical chemistry, wastewater and stormwater research, process understanding, and systems perspectives to support preventive and sustainable PFAS management. The PhD project is connected to the work package PFAS flows from land to sea, which focuses on identifying, mapping, and quantifying PFAS sources and transport pathways in urban water systems and coastal environments. The research will include targeted and non-targeted PFAS analysis in wastewater, stormwater, industrial effluents, and receiving waters. The research will also include the development of sector-specific PFAS fingerprints and mass-balance approaches. The doctoral student will work with advanced analytical methods including LC-MS/MS, combustion ion chromatography, extractable organofluorine (EOF), oxidation methods for PFAS precursors, and high-resolution mass spectrometry for suspect and non-target screening. The work also includes interpretation of large analytical datasets and integration of results into source-tracking and fate-assessment frameworks. The project is conducted in close collaboration between IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, Chalmers University of Technology, Örebro University, VA SYD, and Malmö City. Position Overview As a Product Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for enterprise customers, addressing their technical questions and resolving issues that arise in production environments. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve success with the Cytora Platform by providing timely support, clear guidance, and expert troubleshooting. Your ability to understand the technical architecture and workflows of our platform will be critical in identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions. What you'll do * Serve as the primary contact for technical support requests from enterprise customers. * Provide expert assistance in resolving production issues, including diagnosing and troubleshooting platform-related problems. * Triage and escalate complex issues to engineering teams with clear documentation of diagnostics and context. * Respond to customer questions about platform functionality, integrations, and configuration. * Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback informs product enhancements. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a robust knowledge base to empower customers with self-service resources. * Conduct post-mortems to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures. * Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for using the Cytora Platform effectively. * Write self-serve troubleshooting documentation for customers and internal Centre of Excellence. What you bring: Must Have: * Experience in a client-facing elevated technical support or analyst role. * Practical experience in working with REST API. * Ability to work with JSON schemas. * Experience in troubleshooting production environments and testing new features. * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Experience working with Postman/Datadog. * Familiarity with Git. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer communication. Desirable: * Experience building BAU and production support function. * Engineering or QA background. * Experience working with SaaS B2B enterprise customers. * Knowledge of the insurance or InsurTech industry. * Familiarity with underwriting workflows and schemas. * Exposure to AI or Generative AI technologies. * Experience in configuring and testing SaaS or AI-based products. Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
