The Team: Aura is Neo4j’s managed cloud platform, operating at scale with 800+ Kubernetes clusters across multiple clouds. At its core is Omni, the platform that powers Aura. Within it, the Platform Security team ensures developers have the tools and documentation to ship secure code and create services using a secure-by-design ethos.  We’re hiring experienced engineers with a security mindset to expand our tooling, add new guardrails, and partner with Aura teams on secure design. The Role: * Develop cloud-native controls in Azure, AWS and/or GCP to enforce the security baseline at scale, integrating with open-source and vendor tools as needed. * Enhance product security along the software development lifecycle by creating “paved roads” and defining additional security and software excellence requirements for containerised services running on multiple managed Kubernetes clusters. * Act as a subject matter expert for the Platform and Engineering teams by providing guidance on cloud and k8s services, secure infrastructure-as-code, modern secure AuthZ/AuthN techniques (i.e. SPIFFE) and secrets management solutions.  * Collaborate with other teams to define and implement Cloud/K8s native policies and procedures (i.e. Kyverno, Pod Security Standards).  * Conduct security assessments, audits and architecture reviews in order to introduce new cloud controls in the platform and make recommendations to improve the overall security posture. * Support the incident detection and response process by maintaining cloud monitoring and alerting tooling and developing scripts needed for troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and security issues. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE: * Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code and programming languages such as Go, Java and/or Python. * Proven experience in a security engineering role with hands-on technical involvement, and exposure to decision making processes. * An active interest and background in Cloud, Infrastructure and/or Network security. * Proven track record with cloud-native authentication mechanisms (i.e. OIDC, OAuth2), secrets management, admission controllers, service mesh, mTLS and cloud based IAM solutions. * Familiarity with securing and hardening K8s clusters, containerised applications and Linux hosts * Demonstrated ability to architect cloud-native applications including the design of APIs and microservices on containers. #LI-Hybrid Why Join Neo4j? THE ROLE Join the team behind Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake, our Snowflake Native App that brings the full power of Neo4j Graph Data Science directly into customers' Snowflake accounts, with no data movement required. You'll work on a product that lives natively inside Snowflake: a containerized Java + Python runtime, a SQL-first API, and a release pipeline that ships graph analytics to enterprise data platforms. Our customers are data engineers and data scientists across financial services, supply chain, telco, and beyond, who use it to run PageRank, community detection, pathfinding, and node embeddings against the warehouses where their data already lives. This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior role at the intersection of graph analytics, cloud-native distribution, and DevOps, with a meaningful say in the platform's technical direction. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and evolve the Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake application, embedding Neo4j Graph Data Science into the Snowflake platform. * Design and improve our SQL-facing API: stored procedures, UDFs, and the surface area customers call from their warehouses. * Own significant parts of the build, release, and deployment pipeline: Snowflake CLI, Gradle, container images, and the Java/Python runtimes that execute inside Snowpark Container Services. * Improve the platform's security posture: caller's rights vs. owner's rights stored procedures, restricted caller's rights (RCR), grants, and proactive image scanning. * Collaborate with customers and Solution Engineers to turn real-world requirements into scalable features. * Contribute to operational excellence: runbooks, release processes, observability, and reproducible dev environments. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-quality software. * Strong SQL skills and real experience integrating with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar). * Solid grounding in at least one of Java or Python, and willingness to be effective in both. * A genuine DevOps mindset: comfortable owning build pipelines, container images, releases, and the operational side of a product. * Experience designing software for performance, scalability, and predictable cost on cloud infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer - Identity and Access Management to architect, implement, and manage enterprise IAM strategies. This role requires strong technical skills and a keen interest in the identity and access management (IAM) domain and is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with different teams to build secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions for AuraDB. You will work closely with security architecture, development, infrastructure, and product teams to consolidate IAM capabilities across critical applications and systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in both planning and hands-on execution. The Role: IAM Architecture & Implementation * Contribute to shaping the IAM roadmap and design an architecture that brings  together the IAM domains across Aura. * Develop and maintain scalable IAM solutions including identity governance and authentication frameworks. Authentication & Authorization * Implement and manage tooling for configuring authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, MFA) and lifecycle management (SCIM). * Integrate with enterprise SSO providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, etc). * Design and implement relevant access control paradigms for differing business use cases (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, ReBAC, FGA). * Manage application authentication via Auth0. * Develop access control policies based on least privilege principles. * Support various authentication and encryption methods: JWT, service accounts, workload identity including SPIFFE/SPIRE, client credentials, mTLS, request signing. We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team to help rebuild our IAM platform. This role is a great fit for someone with strong backend development and Kubernetes expertise and who thrives on building custom operators, controllers, and platform components. The Role: Within IT, our Cloud function is responsible for the environments that power Neo4j across the business, everything outside of Engineering's own product workloads. THE ROLE The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Denver.   What You'll Be Doing * Own Denver's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns.   Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last.   Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password.   *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual.
