DINA ARBETSUPPGIFTER I denna roll är du ofta det första mötet med Mossbylund – och det sista gästen minns. Du arbetar i vårt gemensamma bistro- och receptionsområde och har en naturlig helhetsblick över både service, flöde och gästupplevelse. Här ser du till att varje gäst känner sig välkommen, sedd och omhändertagen, oavsett om de kommer för mat, spa, träning, konferens eller en övernattning. Du serverar våra café-, bistro- och konferensgäster med värme och närvaro och guidar dem genom mat- och dryckesval. Samtidigt ansvarar du för in- och utcheckning av boende gäster samt hantering av spa-, tränings- och behandlingsbokningar, både på plats och via telefon och e-post. Du har också öga för detaljer och ser till att bistro- och spaområdet alltid håller hög standard och känns inbjudande enligt våra rutiner. På Mossbylund hjälps vi åt över gränserna när det behövs – alltid med gästens upplevelse i fokus. VEM ÄR DU?
