Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. Logos technologies lay the foundations for a freer internet upon which communities can evolve into network states. Each protocol in the Logos stack seeks to empower its users while upholding civil liberties and fundamental freedoms. LOGOS MESSAGING TEAM The Logos Messaging team is focused on creating communication infrastructure for a freer internet — permissionless, interoperable, and based on user consent. We're building toward a world where anyone can reach anyone on a network that no single entity controls or can take away. We cannot afford to compromise on Privacy, and "Eventual Decentralisation" is not an option: Logos.co Right now we're deep in the hard problems: Bringing decentralised group messaging over MLS to all developers. This is frontier tech work — the protocols we're writing don't have established playbooks, and the tradeoffs we're navigating haven't all been mapped yet. This is where you come in. We're a small team seeking engineers who have a passion for decentralised chat and who've thought deeply about how these systems work, where they fail, and what it takes to get them right. You'll work directly on our SDK and contribute to the protocols underneath it, with real ownership over work that enables open communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Implement our messaging protocols in our reference SDK, translating protocol specs into reliable, production-quality Rust * Own the API design and developer experience of the SDK surface — abstractions, ergonomics, and developer-facing documentation * Contribute to messaging protocol specifications alongside the team * As a member of a small team, you'll wear many hats — picking up problems outside your immediate lane, learning as you go, and growing with the team * Write clear technical documentation and participate in async design discussions with collaborators across the project YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE * Deep familiarity with real-world instant messaging systems - you've worked on, contributed to, or spent serious time understanding how systems like Signal, Matrix, XMPP, or similar are built, where they make tradeoffs, and where they struggle * Experience with decentralised computing - peer-to-peer systems, distributed networks, or decentralised application infrastructure * Comfort working directly with cryptographic primitives - signatures, ciphers, and key exchanges and an understanding of secure private messaging principles such as forward secrecy, post-compromise security, and key management * Solid Rust experience: comfortable writing reliable, maintainable code in a team setting * Previous experience with Web3, blockchains, open protocols, and the values that underpin them * A strong alignment to our principles: https://logos.co/manifesto/ BONUS POINTS * Experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography and its application to secure messaging * Experience with MLS (Message Layer Security / RFC 9420) or the OpenMLS library specifically * You've authored or contributed to an open specification * Familiarity with P2P transport layers such as Waku or libp2p * Experience working for an open source organisation * Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously Don't worry if you don't meet all of these criteria — we'd still love to hear from you if you think you'd be a great fit. Just explain why in your cover letter. HIRING PROCESS Interview with our Talent team Interview with Team Member (Technical Life Story) Interview with Team Lead / Pair Programming Session (Technical Discussion ) Interview with Program Lead (Culture Fit) COMPENSATION The expected compensation range for this role is negotiable, dependent on how we assess your skills and experience throughout our interview process. We are happy to pay in any mix of fiat/crypto.

THE ROLE We're hiring a full-stack engineer to take ownership of Minut's guest experience surface: the messaging flows, the guest app, and the smart integrations that turn a Minut sensor into something that delights guests. Today, this layer handles millions of requests per hour from web, mobile, API clients, and sensors. Tomorrow it needs to carry 10x that, across more partners, with the same latency and the same reliability that lets us detect fires and noise incidents in time to prevent real damage. You'll be on the team owning this surface end-to-end. If in twelve months a property manager with a 2000-unit portfolio onboards to Minut and has a rules engine, a partner sync, and a real-time alert pipeline that all just work, that was you. WHAT YOU'LL DO * The automations and rules engine that property managers use to turn sensor events into delightful guest experiences. * AI agents that build, facilitate, and help property managers deliver better guest experiences without having to be hands-on 24/7 themselves. * The partner integrations layer. Designing and shipping new PMS and hospitality integrations: schema, sync strategy, auth, rate limits, the whole surface. Each one opens a market segment. * The web app surfaces that expose all of the above. You'll write React and ship UI, not hand it off. * The production system end-to-end. Your code, your deploys, your dashboards, your on-call. We don't have a separate ops team to throw things over a wall to. WHAT YOU BRING * You've built and operated high-traffic systems in the cloud before, at more than one company. You know what breaks at 1M+ requests/hour because you've had to fix it on a Tuesday. * You're AI-native in how you work. We pay for Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever tool makes you fastest. No cap, no approval process. We expect you to be shipping meaningfully more than an engineer who isn't using these tools, and we'll talk about what that looks like in the interview. * You're fluent in TypeScript and Node, and you write React when a feature needs a UI. You don't wait for a frontend engineer to pick up your ticket. * You've designed APIs that other teams or external partners consume, and you know what makes one pleasant versus painful to integrate against. * You operate as a product owner, not a ticket-taker. When the spec is ambiguous, you talk to customers or read the data rather than waiting for someone to write it down. * Excellent written and spoken English. Swedish is not required. TECH STACK * Frontend: React * Backend: Node / TypeScript * Cloud: AWS * DevOps & tooling: Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Grafana, etc THE TEAM YOU'LL JOIN 20+ engineers across product, platform, mobile, firmware, and ML. People come from Google, Axis, Jayway, and a mix of startups. The team built the on-sensor ML pipeline that does cigarette smoke and noise classification without sending audio off-device, which is the hard version of the problem, and the reason our product is different from everyone else's. You'll be working next to the people who built that. BENEFITS We offer solid compensation, including a meaningful KPO (kvalificerade personaloptioner) stock option package. We want early engineers to have real upside when the company does well. * Hybrid from our central Malmö office, but we support fully remote work for the right candidates. * Off-sites and hackathons a few times a year in places worth flying to. * Occupational pension (tjänstepension) and wellness grant (friskvårdsbidrag). * Full budget for the AI coding tools of your choice.

Who we are Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring our Founding AE to own deals end-to-end and help scale Sapien's revenue engine from the ground up. You'll run full-cycle sales from first conversation through close while helping shape our narrative, outbound strategy, and enterprise sales motion. You'll work directly with the executive team to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion. This means running discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations, closing customers, and helping define how Sapien sells—from pricing and packaging to sales process and playbooks. WHAT YOU'LL DO SALES EXECUTION * Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close. * Run discovery, demos, pilots, and commercial conversations with finance and analytics leaders. * Manage pipeline and forecast revenue. You own deals and revenue outcomes. GTM & SALES MOTION * Help define Sapien’s sales process, pricing, packaging, and sales materials. * Partner with founders on positioning, messaging, and narrative. * Work with pipeline generation efforts (outbound, events, content) to ensure strong pipeline quality and conversion. CUSTOMER & MARKET INSIGHT * Develop deep expertise in finance and analytics workflows and the modern finance tech stack. * Feed structured market insight back to engineering, product, and leadership (what's resonating, objections, pricing feedback, and product gaps). * Help turn early customers into references, case studies, and expansion opportunities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Prior selling experience. 2–5+ years in Enterprise / MM selling roles. Strong ability to own deal cycles end-to-end and lay process foundations for GTM. * Strong in front of customers. Experienced in selling in complex/technical selling motions. Ability to own a room and sell directly to leadership teams. * You build systems, not just deliverables. When you solve a problem, you make sure it stays solved. You leave behind processes, not just outputs. * AI-native. You use AI tools every day. You pick up new tech faster than anyone around you and you can't help but show others how to use it too. * High agency. You don't wait for a brief. You figure out what needs to happen and you go do it, with attention to detail that holds up under scrutiny. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You’re energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what’s next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.

We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring a Founding BDR to own pipeline generation at Sapien. Your job is simple to state and hard to do: put Sapien in front of the right CFOs and finance leaders, at scale, and keep the sales team fed with qualified pipeline. This is not a dial-the-phone-200-times BDR seat. You'll own the top of funnel end-to-end: who we target, what we say, which channels we use, and how we iterate. You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, sit close to the deals you source, and be first in line for what comes next, whether that's an AE seat or leading the BDR team as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pipeline Generation * Build and run targeted outbound campaigns to finance executives, from ICP definition to messaging to sequencing to iteration. * Source, qualify, and progress leads through the funnel. You own top-of-funnel and pipeline velocity. Your scoreboard: qualified meetings booked and pipeline created. * Experiment relentlessly across new channels, angles, and tactics. Measure what works, kill what doesn't. Sales Support * Support live deals through research, competitive intel, call prep, and follow-ups. * Partner with the founders and sales on positioning, messaging, and narrative. You'll help shape how the market sees Sapien. Market Signal * Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows and the modern finance tech stack to sharpen every touchpoint. * Feed structured signal back to product and leadership: what's resonating, what's not, and where the opportunity is. What we're looking for * Builder mentality. You'd rather design the system than run someone else's playbook. You see gaps and fill them without being asked. * 1–4+ years of experience in GTM, sales, growth, consulting, or finance. You've done some version of pipeline work and want to go deeper. * Exceptional communicator. You write outbound that gets replies. You speak with confidence to senior finance leaders. Your writing is crisp and persuasive. * Process-obsessed. You build clean systems — CRM hygiene, dashboards, documented workflows. You don't let things slip through cracks. * AI-native. You use AI tools daily and you're energized by what's possible. You'll be expected to leverage AI across your workflows. * High agency. You operate with speed and urgency in ambiguous environments. You don't wait for permission — you identify what's next and do it. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You’re energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. WHO WE ARE ABOUT STRIPE AND BRIDGE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Bridge, acquired by Stripe in 2025, is an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. ABOUT THE TEAM We're looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented PMM to join the product marketing team at Bridge, focused on our Open Issuance, Orchestration and FX product lines. As an early PMM for Bridge, you’ll be responsible for product marketing across the lifecycle, from helping shape the product with market insights, to crafting messaging, to growing product awareness and adoption in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and more. This is a highly-cross functional role that will work both across the teams at Bridge and at Stripe to help grow the Bridge business. You’ll be embedded with the Bridge team while also being part of the Stripe product marketing team. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for our core audience and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience. You can translate complex infrastructure concepts—stablecoin issuance, cross-border FX, payment orchestration—into clear, compelling narratives that differentiate Bridge. * Lead with data. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take products to market * Keep things organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track. You're comfortable running multiple launches in parallel across different product lines and coordinating across Bridge, Privy, and Stripe teams. * Have a passion for fintech and crypto. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand. You’re deeply curious about fintech and crypto and translate that passion into impactful product marketing. * Be ambitious and thrive in complexity. You are eager to make an impact at Bridge (and consequently, Stripe). You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right * Act as a team player. Product Marketers collaborate with basically every team in the business. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Open Issuance, Orchestration and FX, including messaging, positioning, ICP definition, sales enablement, and demand generation campaigns * Drive go-to-market for product expansions (new currencies, corridors, pricing improvements), ensuring GTM teams have the right positioning, playbooks, and enablement content from day one * Build and maintain competitive positioning in a crowded market, clearly articulating Bridge's differentiation to the right developer and customer segments * Lead marketing for product releases and launches across your product areas, coordinating with product, comms, content, and demand gen * Create and maintain sales and marketing assets (case studies, solution pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, enablement and trainings) that drive pipeline conversion * Act as a liaison between Bridge and Stripe product marketing to bring connectivity across the marketing strategy for both parts of the business * Flex into other Bridge marketing needs as they arise, supporting the broader team during peak moments WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
