Vi är en utbildnings- och utvecklingsinriktad vårdcentral med specialistläkare i allmänmedicin, ST-läkare och AT-läkare. Här värdesätter vi kunskapsutbyte, handledning och kollegialt lärande. Vi arbetar teambaserat där alla patienter har en namngiven läkare och patienter över 75 år tillhör ett specifikt team för att skapa kontinuitet och trygghet. Våra tvärprofessionella team träffas varje vecka på teamrond där vi gemensamt planerar och följer upp patientärenden. Vi strävar mot riktmärket 1 100 listade patienter per heltidsarbetande läkare för att skapa goda förutsättningar för kvalitet, arbetsmiljö och långsiktiga patientrelationer. Vår verksamhet omfattar flera mottagningar, bland annat inom astma/KOL, diabetes, äldrevård och rökavvänjning. Vi har även familjecentral med barnavårdscentral (BVC) samt tillgång till fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut och kurator. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som ST-läkare hos oss erbjuds du en bred och välplanerad specialistutbildning inom allmänmedicin. Tillsammans med din handledare utformar ni en individuell utbildningsplan som ger dig bästa möjliga förutsättningar att utvecklas både professionellt och personligt. Du arbetar med planerade och akuta patientbesök, medicinska bedömningar och kontinuerlig uppföljning av patienter. I uppdraget ingår även att vara konsultläkare för sjuksköterskor, delta i rond för bedömning och triagering samt medverka i handledning av läkarstudenter. Under din ST får du möjlighet att utvecklas inom hela primärvårdens bredd, inklusive arbete på våra specialistmottagningar och inom den allmänpediatriska verksamheten. Du arbetar nära erfarna specialistläkare och övriga professioner i våra tvärprofessionella team, där våra veckovisa teamronder bidrar till ett nära samarbete och ett kontinuerligt lärande. KVALIFIKATIONER Du som söker är legitimerad läkare med behörighet att verka inom svensk sjukvård. För att vara aktuell för en ST-tjänst i allmänmedicin krävs genomförd bastjänstgöring (BT), eller tidigare fullgjord allmäntjänstgöring (AT) enligt äldre regelverk. Språkkunskaper i svenska motsvarande lägst nivå C1 enligt Europarådets nivåskala är ett krav. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvården. The team you will manage is a skilled and highly engaged group of engineers that are distributed over Europe. Your technical experience provides mentorship and guidelines to the team, which ensures quality and timeliness of your deliveries.
