What are we looking for? M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5–10+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within marine, vehicle, or aerospace systems installation. Proficiency in CAD design and mechanical documentation (Catia v5/3dexperience). Practical, hands-on engineering mindset — comfortable working with tools and installations. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills across disciplines. Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
