YOUR MISSION WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Splicing of live/in build network using a Fujikura 90s or similar (company provided) * Installation of various branded optical fibre cables to various types of splice enclosures, working to Viberoptix required standards * Fault finding on existing network, updating and interpreting Splcing schedules. * Testing and Splicing fibres to ensure that they are in line with the client quality standards using EXFO - ILM/OTDR * Production/Interperet of Fibre characterisation reports (EXFO). * Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BRING? * Ability to produce, update and interpret records of daily work logs, data recordings and network design maps * Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team * Experience of testing and splicing on a Fibre network * Experience with various types of splice enclosures Corning BPEO’s size 0, 1.5 and 2, Hellermann, Prysmian * Confident working at heights and underground network when required * Excellent communication skills across all levels * Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills * Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel * Full valid driving licence ABOUT US Viberoptix, part of the Fibrus Group of companies, deliver specialised fibre network build solutions from design, civils activities, cabling and splicing. With access to specialist legal expertise across the firm, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive accurate, efficient, and empathetic support. ________________________________________ What you’ll do In this role, you’ll: * Deliver high-quality, tailored legacy administration support as part of the Legacy Income Management team, acting as a trusted partner to a diverse portfolio of charity clients. * Manage a varied caseload ensuring legacy income is secured efficiently while balancing legal obligations with empathy and sensitivity. The exact nature of the caseload will vary depending on experience and may include pecuniary, residuary, and complex or contentious cases. * Proactively progress estate matters, reducing delays and unlocking income for clients in a timely manner. * Build and maintain strong relationships with charity clients, representing them with professionalism, care, and a client-centric approach. * Act as an extension of clients’ teams by providing bespoke, responsive support aligned to their individual needs and priorities. * Apply strong attention to detail and high-level numerary skills to monitor and reconcile income, identify estate account issues, review estate valuations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to maximising the value of charitable gifts for our clients through thorough case management and financial oversight. * Collaborate with our wider team, including our contentious probate, charity probate, property, and governance specialists, to deliver comprehensive support to clients. * Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our clients receive high-quality support. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for We welcome applicants at all levels, including those new to legacy administration but with a genuine interest in Wills, Probate and Charity law. We’re looking for someone who brings: * Strong organisational and database skills, with confidence managing information accurately. * Experience in legacy administration or a clear motivation to develop in this field. * Curiosity about Wills, Probate and Trust law and a willingness to build expertise. * Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach when working with families and stakeholders. * Interest in working towards an ILM Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration or similar qualification. * Commitment to high‑quality client care and relationship‑building. * Confidence working in a digital environment and adapting to new systems and processes. * A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. _______________________________________ What if I don't tick every box?
