Tunagården ligger på Söder, cirka 1,5 kilometer från Eskilstuna centrum. Här har vi nära till grönområden, promenadstråk och en miljö som skapar lugn och trivsel för både boende och personal. Boendet har 129 lägenheter fördelat på 12 enheter. Tio enheter för personer med demenssjukdom och två somatiska enheter. Tjänsterna har sin grundplacering på en av demensenheterna men du kan även få stötta upp på andra enheter. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Ditt uppdrag är att skapa en trygg, meningsfull och aktiv vardag för våra boende. I det ingår att du motiverar, stöttar och ger personlig omvårdnad utifrån varje persons behov. Du samarbetar med kollegor, gruppledare, sjuksköterskor, arbetsterapeuter, fysioterapeuter och anhöriga för att ge ett tryggt och samordnat stöd. Som fast omsorgskontakt har du ett särskilt ansvar för att samordna omsorgen kring några boende och hålla kontakt med deras anhöriga. I det arbetet ingår att säkerställa att det finns bemötande- och genomförandeplaner. Du har också delegering av hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter och dokumenterar dagligen ditt arbete i våra system. Har du utbildning inom demensvård och erfarenhet av att arbeta med personer med demenssjukdom är det en stor fördel. Du vill och kan ta delegering. Du behöver vara bekväm med digitala arbetssätt och kunna dokumentera enligt gällande lagstiftning. oin the Leadership Group for Industry Transition (LeadIT) as Steel Cooperation Lead, driving international collaboration for a low-carbon future in heavy industry. LeadIT is a global initiative that brings together member states and companies, co-chaired by the governments of India and Sweden. Its mandate is to advance a just and equitable global industry transition and to align industry with the Paris Agreement. The Secretariat, hosted by SEI, supports its members and the mission of transitioning heavy and energy-intensive industries, including iron and steel – work that is set to expand and deepen. The role This full-time role is central to maintaining momentum in the iron and steel sector: developing industry transition partnerships and supporting cooperation to accelerate industrial decarbonization, in line with LeadIT’s mission. You will define and develop work areas for the green iron and steel sector and contribute to the global industrial decarbonization agenda, working closely with colleagues, partners and industry. The work is multifaceted – spanning industrial co-operation, multilateral development banks, technical research, international institutions, diplomatic missions, industrial policy and national transition plans. Within the LeadIT Secretariat, you will help enable the decarbonization of iron and steel globally, providing countries and companies in emerging markets with assistance through LeadIT members, partners and stakeholders. This work is expected to support the development and implementation of iron and steel transitions worldwide, channelling technical and industrial expertise from LeadIT’s network to those preparing for decarbonization. Key duties and responsibilities Provide leadership that drives strong stakeholder and partner engagement and effective project delivery. Develop and operationalize an assistance facility for emerging markets on industry transition. Lead the LeadIT Secretariat’s work on iron and steel collaboration with industry, research institutions, LeadIT members and partners, and with emerging markets. Develop and strengthen technical collaboration on decarbonization, with a focus on the iron and steel sector. Liaise with companies, technical experts from industry, trade associations and research institutions. Work with international partners, including the World Bank and other development institutions, to enable the rollout of a just and equitable industrial transition. Who you are We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the iron and steel sector and the challenges and opportunities of the industry transition in general, and of green iron and steel developments in particular. In-depth knowledge and working experience from and/or within the iron and steel sector is an advantage, as is experience of emerging markets and international industrial cooperation. To succeed in this role, you will be driven, motivated, organized and a strong team player, with experience of managing and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different sectors. Qualifications and knowledge A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, and/or equivalent industry experience. At least seven years’ experience working in or with the steel sector, and/or in international collaboration on steel decarbonization. A proven track record of delivering high visibility projects involving multiple, diverse stakeholder groups. Experience working at a strategic level with a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, for both technical and public audiences; additional language skills are an advantage. The opportunity Plant Electrical Design is part of HVDC Engineering and manages the delivery of the auxiliary power system for HVDC stations. The system we manage includes equipment such as auxiliary transformers, medium & low voltage switchgear, diesel generator systems, batteries, UPS and cables. To be able to deliver the system in a safe and reliable way, we are now searching for more Design Leads to strengthen our team. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for the department’s scope of delivery regarding auxiliary power equipment, which includes system design, selectivity studies, equipment specification, cable and cable transit systems. We are hiring Full Container(FC) Logistics Coordinator! ● What You will Do 1. Customer Management and Communication - Regular communication and relationship building with customers in Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland) and Baltic states. Adherence to 24-hour response principle for all customer inquiries, notification of expected completion date when immediate resolution is not possible. Maintenance of smooth communication through regular customer visits and factory conference calls. 2. Order Process Management - SAP system entry and verification of price, material, and sales conditions for orders received via email. Decision-making on deletion of long-term on-hand orders through customer consultation, establishment and execution of optimal delivery schedules through headquarters cooperation. 3. Logistics and Documentation Management - Establishment of shipping plans and real-time shipment tracking through close consultation with headquarters. Preparation and management of all customs clearance documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance documents). Swift problem resolution through cooperation with manager in case of logistics-related emergencies. 4. Financial Management - Continuous monitoring of customer credit limits through cooperation with factory and credit management personnel. Report to manager and establishment of response measures in case of insufficient credit limits. Reconfirmation of discount terms and net price conditions when issuing FC order invoices, processing of credit/debit invoices through manager approval. Separate record management of all credit/debit cases for tracking purposes. 5. Data and Reporting - Creation and management of customer master data in SAP system, request for headquarters codes for new delivery locations. Sharing of weekly order status updates with customers and managers, preparation of monthly inventory and sales reports for specific customers. Documentation and regular updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for assigned duties and supplier relations. 6.
