Du stödjer och vägleder med bland annat personlig omvårdnad, måltider, medicinhantering, städning, samhällskontakter och kommunikation. En viktig del i arbetet är att stimulera och motivera den boende till att utveckla sina förmågor och att skapa möjligheter till en aktiv och meningsfull fritid. I dina uppgifter ingår även att dokumentera och planera utifrån genomförandeplaner. Arbetstiden är förlagd dagtid, kvällstid, helger samt sovande jour. The teaching aims to equip students with knowledge, methods and analytical tools to understand how IP can be identified, packaged, scoped, protected, managed and used strategically in different organizational contexts and venturing processes.
