Till enheten Skolnära stöd och utveckling söker vi nu en Kapacitetsstödjare som kommer att vara en nyckelperson i samordningen av förvaltningens pedagogiska och didaktiska stöd till skolorna. I uppdraget som kapacitetsstödjare ger du skolorna sammanhängande stöd och utmaning i deras eget kapacitetsbygge. Du har en samordnande roll och ansvarar för att insatser planeras, genomförs och följs upp. Avdelningen tar just nu fram en modell för att uppnå en mer sammanhållen styrning för det verksamhetsnära stödet och säkerställa ett adekvat stöd till skolor med särskilda utmaningar. Kapacitetsstödjarna kommer här att ha en viktig roll i samordningen av stödet. I rollen ingår även att delta vid de kvalitetsdialoger som hålls mellan huvudman och rektor. Kapacitetsstödet ska bidra till att generera varaktig systematik i skolornas utvecklingsarbete. Du kommer att vara placerad i sektionen Ledarskap och organisation. Som kapacitetsstödjare ingår du en arbetsgrupp med andra kapacitetsstödjare, och i uppdraget ingår att dela kunskap och insikter i ett gemensamt lärande för att kunna stödja skolorna på bästa sätt. Vi förväntar oss att du håller dig uppdaterad med aktuell forskning inom ditt område och om framgångsfaktorer för skolutveckling. Kvalifikationer Du som söker har en akademisk utbildning om minst 180 hp. För tjänsten krävs lång erfarenhet av att leda andra och goda resultat av arbete med skolutvecklingsprocesser. Det är meriterande med rektorserfarenhet och att ha lett utvecklingsarbete inom skolan som gynnar kollektivt och kollegialt lärande och som lett till goda resultat för eleverna. Att ha genomgått den statliga rektorsutbildningen samt annan ledarskaps- eller processledarutbildning ser vi som meriterande. Du behöver ha god kunskap inom systematiskt kvalitetsarbete utifrån skollag, läroplan och andra skolförfattningar samt bred kompetens inom grundskolans olika delar. Som kapacitetsstödjare har du vana och erfarenhet av att arbeta processinriktat och med en god processledarkompetens. Enheten för skolnära stöd och utveckling har som huvuduppdrag att planera, genomföra och följa upp det skolnära stöd- och utvecklingsarbetet. This role contributes to the foundational work required for the development and mass production of lithium-ion battery electrodes. This role involves providing technical leadership, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of evaluation activities that support both R&D and commercial cell development. The position requires a deep understanding of material behaviour, electrochemical performance, and cell integration to drive continuous improvement in product performance and reliability. About the research project Project: Practice-based school research in mathematics education Since 2017, Chalmers has been a part of the national initiative on practice-based school research within the framework of ULF (Education, Learning & Research, ulfavtal.se). The purpose of the initiative is to strengthen the long-term development of the Swedish school system and the teacher and preschool teacher education programs through deepened collaboration around practice-based research. Researchers in mathematics education at the Department of Mathematical Sciences have participated in several research projects that, among other things, have investigated the effects of test-based learning, the use of vertical surfaces, and student-generated clues for solving problems. The projects have been initiated and implemented in close collaboration with teachers at the training schools affiliated with Chalmers' teacher education program, Learning and Leadership. The overarching goal of the project is to further deepen the collaboration around practice-based school research together with our training schools. To make this possible, a postdoctoral position is planned with the assignment to, in close dialogue with principals and teachers, identify challenges within mathematics teaching, formulate research questions based on these, and carry out the research projects together with the school's teachers. Job Scope High level purpose of function. This roles scope is supporting quality assurance, product development, and continuous improvement by managing and developing metrology systems aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Develop, implement, and maintain metrology systems and measurement techniques used in battery manufacturing. Create calibration schedules and procedures to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, or other industry standards. Analyze measurement data to identify trends, support root cause analysis, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Facility, and Manufacturing teams to define critical-to-quality (CTQ) features and tolerances. Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), validation activities, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies by providing accurate reports and capability studies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety practices, efficiency, and reduce waste. Work with external metrology and calibration laboratories for equipment certification and advanced testing, when needed. Train technicians and engineers in proper metrology and calibration practices and equipment use. Ensure traceability and documentation of all measurement systems and procedures. Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role. Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in a metrology or quality engineering role, preferably in the battery, automotive, or electronics industry. Minimum a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metrology, or related field. Hands-on experience with metrology equipment. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. Specific skills & Knowledge Proficiency in metrology software such as Fluke MET/CAL, Beamex, Druck 4Sight2, or similar. Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), measurement system analysis (MSA), and statistical process control (SPC). Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Knowledge of high-precision inspection in cleanroom or dry room environments. Excellent English skills, both written and oral, are essential. Basic Swedish and other language skills are a plus. You should have good communication skills and be able to work in close collaboration with colleagues from many different teams.
