Beskrivning International Office söker en engagerad och ansvarsfull internationell koordinator som vill bidra till universitetets internationaliseringsarbete inom universitetsalliansen EC2U (European Campus of City-Universities). Som internationell koordinator kommer du att arbeta med att stötta den verksamhet och de personer som är kopplade till alliansarbetet. Bildandet av en universitetsallians finansieras genom ett av EU:s flaggskepp för utveckling av högre utbildning, Europauniversitetsinitiativet. Satsningen från EU på europeiska universitetsallianser har som mål att universitet i olika europeiska länder ska samarbeta tvärvetenskapligt i fördjupade strategiska allianser för att ta sig an olika framtidsfrågor och samhällsutmaningar. Syftet är att höja kvaliteten i den europeiska högre utbildningen och att bidra till inkludering och stärkt konkurrenskraft. Studenter inom alliansen ska kunna skräddarsy sin utbildning med kurser från de olika universiteten. Genom programmet Erasmus+ får studenter och anställda finansiering för utbytesperioderna i de andra länderna. Arbetsuppgifter Som internationell koordinator ingår du i en administrativ grupp som stöder och handlägger arbetet inom alliansen för Umeå universitets räkning. Implementeringen av alliansen verksamhet genomförs av ett flertal lokala temagrupper bestående av för ändamålet väsentliga personer och funktioner som tex lärare, forskare, studentrepresentanter samt teknisk och administrativ personal och du kommer att ingå som administrativt stöd. Du kommer att delta i planering och uppföljning, administrera möten och aktiviteter samt ha kontinuerlig kontakt med representanter från andra universitet och associerade partners i regionen inom samma arbetsområde. Inom ramen för anställningen ingår att du har många kontaktytor varför det är viktigt att du är bra på att bygga relationer. EC2U är en ny typ av samarbete där rutiner och mallar för arbetet är under uppbyggnad. Resor förekommer i tjänsten. I dina arbetsuppgifter som internationell koordinator kan bland annat följande ingå: administrera, handlägga och koordinera arbetet för ett antal lokala EC2U-grupper vid Umeå universitet, koordinera arbetet inom alliansen med övriga EC2U-universitet, vara kontaktperson för associerade partners i regionen till Umeå universitet, vara kontaktperson för personal och studenter vid Umeå universitet gällande EC2U-frågor. informera, kommunicera och ge service till fakulteter och institutioner vid universitetet samt associerade partners i regionen. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: examen från universitet/högskola som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant, flerårig relevant och aktuell erfarenhet av självständigt kvalificerat administrativt arbete, intresse för internationella frågor inom högre utbildning och erfarenhet från hantering av internationella samarbeten eller utbyten inom utbildning eller forskning erfarenhet från arbete med frågor och regelverk som rör främjande av internationell mobilitet av studenter, personal och lärare erfarenhet av att ha varit på internationellt utbyte goda datorkunskaper samt vana vid att arbeta med M365 goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska i tal och skrift och kunna använda engelska som arbetsspråk. You will work closely with architects, engineers and client stakeholders to deliver modern cloud-based data solutions that support operational, analytical and AI-driven use cases. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, helping clients modernise their data estates while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable and scalable. Working across multiple projects, you will lead the development of batch and real-time data pipelines, support architectural decision-making, and help establish engineering best practices across delivery teams.
