Arbetsbeskrivning Vill du vara med och skapa den livsviktiga förändringen för utsatta människor? Då är jobbet som behandlingspedagog hos SiS en meningsfull utmaning. Som behandlingspedagog arbetar du i team tillsammans med behandlingsassistenter och behandlingssamordnare och tillsammans ansvarar ni för att de ungdomar och klienter som bor hos oss får den trygghet, vård och behandling som de behöver. Vi möter ofta människor i kris, vilket innebär att du jobbar med kvalificerat omvårdnads-och motivationsarbete och med att vara ett stöd i vardagen. Med stöd av dina kunskaper inom vård- och behandlingsarbete bidrar du aktivt till att behandlingsplaner fullföljs. Dokumentation är en viktig del av ditt arbete, och bidrar bland annat till rättssäkerhet, planering och uppföljning av vår verksamhet. Du bidrar till att säkerheten upprätthålls enligt våra rutiner och du medverkar till att vardagen flyter på med skolgång, städning, matlagning med mera.Kontaktmannaskap är också en av dina arbetsuppgifter. I arbetet kan det även ingå att vara handledare åt nya medarbetare och praktikanter. Kvalifikationer För att lyckas i ditt arbete har du en grundmurad positiv människosyn. Vidare har du en god förmåga att skapa engagemang och delaktighet hos våra ungdomar. Som person är du trygg i dig själv och har lätt för att skapa relation med ungdomar likväl som med övriga i personalgruppen. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan behålla ditt lugn även i pressade situationer. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med andra och du kan hantera konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt. Vi söker nu ytterligare kompetens för att stärka och komplettera vår kapacitet inom konfigurationsledning. I rollen som konfigurationsledare (CM – Configuration Manager) kommer du att arbeta med konfigurationshantering för flera olika produkter och kunder. Du förväntas ta ett stort eget ansvar, vara initiativtagande och driva ditt arbete framåt. Rollen ger dig en djup förståelse för produkterna samt möjlighet att bygga ett omfattande kontaktnät inom organisationen. Du kommer att vara en aktiv del i både vidareutveckling och implementering av etablerade arbetssätt. Arbetet innebär att stödja pågående utvecklingsprojekt genom att planera, leda och genomföra aktiviteter kopplade till konfigurationsledning. En central del av uppdraget är också att synliggöra och stärka CM-disciplinen inom projekt och övrig verksamhet. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ta fram och löpande uppdatera CM-planer Utveckla, förvalta och förbättra instruktioner inom CM-området samt bidra till kontinuerlig utveckling av konfigurationshanteringsprocesser Säkerställa att korrekt CM-miljö finns på plats samt genomföra nödvändig användarutbildning Delta i och fungera som sekreterare i relevanta mötesforum, exempelvis vid konfigurationsrevisioner, genom att dokumentera ändrings- och konfigurationsbeslut samt tydliggöra gällande konfigurationer Arbeta som en stödjande funktion för att säkerställa en strukturerad och kontrollerad produktutveckling inom projekt eller organisatorisk enhet. Detta innebär att vara en integrerad del av projektet och delta i planering, diskussioner och beslut som påverkar konfigurationshanteringen Granska system- och projektdokumentation ur ett CM-perspektiv Din profil Du är ansvarstagande, drivande och har ett genuint intresse av att sätta dig in i verksamheten. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs i samarbete med andra. Vi ser gärna att du har en bakgrund som högskoleingenjör eller civilingenjör. Erfarenhet av system engineering och konfigurationsledning är meriterande, liksom tidigare roller inom CM-området. Krav Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen, eller motsvarande 3–7 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift Stark vilja och förmåga att skapa struktur, ordning och tydlighet Tjänsten är på heltid och utförs på plats hos kund.
