The Area The area consists of a team of both engineers and service technicians where collaboration is critical to ensure good process stability, tool up-time and continuous improvement. All Process Engineers report to the Area Manager in their area. Wet A fast-paced, varied and unique area where the processes differ a lot: wet-etching, deposition and vapor techniques are used to both remove and build material on our chips. The team consists of five Service Technicians and ten Process Engineers. The role Your overall responsibility is to ensure manufacturing goals are met, together with operators and service technicians. Your days will be a mix of meetings with Product Managers and developing new processes that meet customers' specifications. You will also participate in creating work routines for operators and solving problems that occur in the area, driving improvement projects to enhance our workflow and processes in the area. In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and improve processes. Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs). Be a part of creating/improving the infrastructure for operator training and make sure current routine is available and up to date. Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production. Participate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows. Grow into taking responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules. Drive improvement projects independently. We are looking for someone who has A master's degree in engineering, specializing in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. At least one year of experience in an engineering role, preferably in production/development environments. The ability to see opportunities for improvement and manage projects to follow through with those improvements in a proactive way. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong skills in documentation and quality management. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a merit. About the team The Backend area is a vital part of our production, where in the area we perform all outgoing quality control of our products, conducting electrical measurements and optical inspections. We also work with blade and stealth dicing, wafer thinning, and CMP (chemical mechanical planarization). There is a team of 19 people working in the Backend area, out of which four are working with service (three Service Technicians and one Maintenance Engineer). About the role As a Service Technician at Silex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-tech equipment is operational in production through maintenance, operations, and service tasks, all conducted in cleanroom environments. The equipment you will work with involves electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, chemistry, and gases. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues, including area managers, process engineers, and operators. Each day begins with a handover from the previous shift, after which tasks are planned and divided among the Service Technicians. There will be a mix of planned and unplanned service activities, and we are continuously working to improve the uptime of our machinery to reduce unplanned tool stops. We want you to participate in, and help drive, continuous improvements in the area. The working hours for this position will be night shift, Monday night–Friday morning 22:30–07:00. For the first couple of months you will receive training on another shift (day, evening) and then transfer to the night shift. You will be the only Service Technician from Backend on the shift, but there will be Service Technicians present working in other areas of the fab as well as operators running our machines. In this role, you will Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Carry out diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery. Be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled service activities. Coordinate service activities within the area alongside the area manager and other service technicians. Support new installations as well as modifications and upgrades of existing machines. Ensure that equipment and machinery follow Silex’s policies for providing a safe work environment. We are looking for someone who Has 3+ years' work experience in equipment service and maintenance within an industrial environment. Can troubleshoot effectively, using both electrical and mechanical understanding of the equipment. Is able to read electrical drawings and use them to aid in troubleshooting. Has good reading skills in Swedish; speaking Swedish is an advantage. Is proficient in English, both written and spoken. Is able to work independently and lead oneself. Works in a meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented way. Has the drive and curiosity to learn and grow together with Silex. About the team The Plasma Area is a vital part of our production, where various materials (thin films) are added or removed from silicon wafers. Machines used in this area include PVD, PECVD, ALD, Plasma Etch Systems and evaporators. All systems utilize high vacuum and most of them use high energy plasma to achieve the desired process reactions. There are a total of eleven Service Technicians in the plasma area, with a total of five Technicians covering the day shift. About the role As a Service Technician at Silex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-tech equipment is operational in production through maintenance, operations, and service tasks, all conducted in clean-room environments. You will be handling equipment that utilizes electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and gases. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues, including area managers, process engineers, and operators. Each day begins with a handover from the previous shift, after which tasks are planned and divided among the Service Technicians. There will be a mix of planned and unplanned service activities with a focus on re-occurring planned maintenance. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with some flexibility. This hub is part of the global Operations team and sits within the Data Management & Dashboard Delivery (DMD) capability. The team supports ad hoc, tracking and syndicated quantitative studies as the business transitions from an outsourced vendor model to a stronger blended / in-house delivery model. The team scripts and maintains online questionnaires for healthcare professionals, patients and other key stakeholders. By integrating complex logic, customized routing, validation checks and robust testing, the team ensures high-quality data capture and supports downstream data processing, analytics, dashboarding, reporting and insight generation. As the team scales, the priority is to strengthen scripting quality, technical governance, capability-building and readiness for more complex programming requirements. Your primary role: The Scripting Senior Manager - SME is a senior Subject Matter Expert role within the Scripting department, reporting to the Associate Director, Data Management & Dashboard Delivery (DMD). The role provides the highest level of in-house scripting expertise for India DMD and acts as the technical authority, escalation point and quality owner for complex survey programming. This role is critical to scaling the scripting function and de-risking the transition from outsourced delivery to a blended / in-house model. It combines hands-on complex scripting with technical governance, quality ownership, team coaching, process development, capability-building and stakeholder advisory. The successful candidate will help build confidence that the India team can deliver increasingly complex scripting requirements to the required quality standard while reducing dependency on external vendors. This will include: * Acting as the senior technical SME for the Scripting department, providing expert oversight across complex online survey programming, advanced logic, routing, validation, quotas and respondent experience. * Providing hands-on scripting and programming of high-complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform, including custom logic, advanced routing, validations, quality controls and troubleshooting. * Exploring emerging survey technology, AI-enabled research tools and automation opportunities, with the ability to assess which solutions can practically improve scripting quality, speed and scalability. * Acting as the escalation point for complex scripting issues, technical risks and quality concerns across ad hoc, tracking, Pathfinder, Ignite, syndicated and other quantitative study types. * Providing upfront technical review of complex questionnaires to identify scripting risks, confirm feasibility and recommend efficient survey design solutions * Supporting the transition from an outsourced model to a blended / in-house model by assessing scripting complexity, identifying readiness gaps, highlighting capability or resourcing risks and capturing lessons learned as work moves in-house. * Building and delivering an upskilling plan for the scripting team, with particular focus on complex programming requirements such as conjoint exercises, segmentations, advanced routing, trackers and syndicated study complexity. * Providing technical guidance, mentoring and quality feedback to Scripting Senior Managers, Managers and Executives; line management may be included where required as the team scales. * Partnering closely with Research, Project Management, Data Processing, Dashboarding and Analytics teams to ensure scripting design supports accurate downstream data flow, tabulation, dashboarding and reporting. * Advising internal stakeholders on scripting best practice, feasibility, risks, options and solutions, translating technical considerations clearly for non-technical audiences. Your skills and experience: * More than 11 years of experience in a senior scripting role within a market research agency, with evidence of operating at SME / technical lead level; healthcare / life sciences market research experience is strongly preferred. * Deep proficiency in Confirmit's scripting platform, including authoring, complex logic implementation, deployment, testing, troubleshooting and quality control. * Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS for customizing survey functionality, layout and respondent experience. * Experience using AI or automation tools to improve survey scripting, QC, documentation, code review or workflow efficiency. * Proven experience scripting complex quantitative research studies, ideally including trackers, syndicated studies, conjoint exercises, segmentations, complex routing, quotas and validation requirements. * Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies, questionnaire structures, healthcare market research standards and the downstream implications of scripting decisions for data processing, analytics, dashboarding and reporting. * Experience establishing, maturing or improving an in-house scripting function, ideally including process design, quality frameworks, documentation, training plans and transition from outsourced delivery. * Demonstrable experience mentoring, coaching and developing scripting team members, including quality feedback, capability-building and support for complex technical problem solving. * Strong analytical judgement, problem-solving ability and the confidence to identify, escalate and resolve quality, feasibility or delivery risks. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues, options and implications to non-technical stakeholders in an international environment. As our next Swedish and English-speaking Senior Account Executive, you’ll join our team of revenue drivers. At Eletive, we prioritize teamwork, where your success comes from collaboration rather than competition. In this role, you’ll focus on strengthening Eletive’s position in the Nordic market, one of our core markets. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, nurture relationships, and close deals that bring genuine value to organizations. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Showcasing Eletive’s Value: Present and demo our People Success Platform to potential customers, highlighting its unique benefits and customizing solutions to address specific challenges. * Stakeholder Engagement: Juggle multiple ongoing accounts, deeply understanding prospects' needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions. Your stakeholders is mainly HR leaders and C-level. * Market Expertise: Own your market segment, whether by industry, company size, or region, staying informed of trends and continuously adapting your approach. The term senior in the title refers to that we expect you to mainly handle mid-market size deals, as well as SMB and Enterprise as opportunities arises. * Pipeline Development: Proactively build and manage your pipeline by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, ensuring consistent growth by self-sourcing your pipeline. You will get support with outbound leads from Business Development and inbound leads from Marketing, but always expect that you yourself is responsible for ensuring your pipeline is on track to fulfill your targets. * Collaborative Sales Process: Partner with internal teams like your Squad, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth and effective sales journey. * Handling Complexity: Lead discussions around legal frameworks, data structures, and compliance, ensuring all prospect's needs are met. You are responsible that details are handled in RFPs and other agreement negotiations. * Staying Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends and competitive landscape to ensure Eletive stays at the forefront of the market.
