About the role As an Electronics Engineer, you will be the lead electronics engineer in one of our product development projects. Computer Vision Engineer at Boneprox Introduction Do you want to work hands-on with computer vision in a product that's actually used in clinics, while growing broadly as an engineer? At Boneprox, you'll build and refine the vision models behind our diagnostics, working closely with the rest of a small, technically driven team. About us Boneprox develops SaaS solutions for the dental industry, with a focus on diagnostics and more efficient workflows. Our products are used by clinics across Europe and combine modern web technologies with advanced AI. All development is done in-house from our office at Järntorget in Gothenburg. The team has built the product from the ground up, and several members have been there since the beginning. Today, we are a small organization of around eleven people across three companies, where the development team works closely together in a flat and technically driven environment. The role This is a role for someone who wants to get hands-on with computer vision on real clinical data, not toy datasets, not research demos. You'll work on training and improving detection, segmentation, and keypoint models for dental radiograph analysis, digging into annotation quality and dataset structure, running experiments, and iterating on model performance. You'll work closely with our annotation pipeline and QA process to make sure the data feeding the models is actually good, and you'll help push predictions from "works in a notebook" to "works reliably in production." Denna sektion och hela produktenheten står inför en kraftig tillväxtfas vilket betyder att det kommer vara högt fokus på tillväxt samtidigt som vi ska leverera på våra åtaganden. Du blir en del av produktenhetens ledningsgrupp och har ett nära samarbete med andra chefer och funktioner för att nå gemensamma mål. Verksamheten bedrivs i Arboga, Järfälla, Solna och Linköping, vilket innebär att resor i tjänsten förekommer. Arbetet kommer dock främst att vara fokuserat på verksamheten i Arboga. Din profil Vi söker dig med relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, till exempel inom ingenjörs- eller systemvetenskap, och dokumenterad erfarenhet från en ledande roll i en teknisk miljö - gärna med fokus på militära domänen. Vi värdesätter även om du har arbetat i organisationer under tillväxt och förändring, gärna i komplexa uppdrag och med verksamhet spridd över flera geografiska platser. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Systems Engineering, eller en bredare förståelse för Försvarsmaktens verksamhet och struktur, och för vissa delar av uppdraget kan det vara en förutsättning för att snabbt komma in i rollen. Vi tror att dina personliga egenskaper är avgörande för hur väl du kommer lyckas i rollen som ledare hos oss. Kommunikation är en av dina styrkor, och du ser det som ett verktyg för att skapa tydlighet, samverkan och framdrift. Du bygger en kultur där samarbete är en självklarhet, där det är högt i tak och där alla bemöts med respekt. Du ser värdet i att skapa en miljö där man inte bara presterar tillsammans, utan också har roligt på vägen. Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap. Vänligen observera att urvalsprocessen kommer att pågå under sommaren.
