Välfärd Gävles medarbetare arbetar för att skapa trygghet och goda livsvillkor för barn, unga, vuxna och äldre. Vi möter människor i olika livssituationer och erbjuder stöd, service och insatser som gör skillnad – varje dag. Hos oss får du arbeta med uppgifter som är viktiga på riktigt, tillsammans med engagerade kollegor. Förebyggandeenhetens uppdrag är att erbjuda tidiga, förebyggande insatser och lättillgängligt stöd till barn, unga och familjer. Enheten består av tio verksamheter; Familjestödet, Fältverksamhet, Grinden, Drogfri skola, SSPF-koordinator, Shanazi hjältar, Brottsförebyggarna i Gävle, ANDTS-samordnare samt två familjecentraler. Förebyggandeenheten har även två verksamheter i projektform, Skolsocialt team och Shanazi hjältinnor. Enheten består av 38 medarbetare och två enhetschefer. Familjestödet erbjuder olika former av föräldraskapsstöd till familjer med barn och unga mellan 0–20 år. Hos oss arbetar tretton familjebehandlare som tillsammans utvecklar och erbjuder stöd utifrån familjernas behov. Vi arbetar för att vara lättillgängliga och kunna erbjuda stöd snabbt när behov uppstår. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Nu söker vi dig som vill vara med och bidra i vårt förebyggande arbete och stärka familjer genom ett lättillgängligt stöd och kunskapsbaserat förhållningssätt och arbete. Som familjebehandlare på Familjestödet arbetar du med socialt förebyggande arbete genom att erbjuda stöd till barn, ungdomar och föräldrar. Du möter familjer i olika livssituationer och bidrar till att stärka deras egna resurser och möjligheter att skapa positiva förändringar. Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att: • erbjuda föräldraskapsstöd genom individuella samtal, familjesamtal och samtal med barn och föräldrar i olika konstellationer • leda och utveckla föräldragruppsverksamhet • arbeta utåtriktat ibland tillsammans med förskola, skola och andra aktörer i närsamhället • delta i skolmöten och andra samverkansforum kring barn och familjer • utveckla och stärka samverkan med viktiga samarbetspartners • bidra till utvecklingen av verksamhetens arbetssätt utifrån familjernas behov, exempelvis genom tjänstedesign Hos oss får du möjlighet att använda din kompetens i ett varierat arbete där relationer, samarbete och ett förebyggande perspektiv står i centrum. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har: • socionomexamen • flerårig erfarenhet av socialt arbete med barn, föräldrar och familjer • kunskap om anknytningsteori samt systemiskt förhållningssätt • B-körkort och körvana Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av behandlingsarbete med familjer. Det är även meriterande om du har utbildning och erfarenhet av att leda följande föräldraskapsprogram: • Trygghetscirkeln (Circle of Security) • Alla barn i Centrum (ABC) • Barn i föräldrars fokus (BIFF) För att trivas och lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna skapa förtroendefulla relationer och möta människor med respekt och lyhördhet. Du har ett stödjande och validerande förhållningssätt och förmåga att skapa trygghet, motivation och delaktighet hos dem du möter. Ett gott bemötande i mötet med andra är en självklarhet för dig. You will: * Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments * Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum * Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families * Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture * Observe, assess and support each child’s individual learning journey * Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times. What we’re looking for You’re an enthusiastic and caring educator who is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life. You will have: * Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) * Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development * GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families Most importantly, you will bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for early years education.
