Who we are Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring a Founding Growth hire to build the machine behind Sapien's go-to-market. While our BDR owns conversations, you own the system: the infrastructure, automation, channels, and experiments that make every part of our GTM motion faster, smarter, and more repeatable. This is a builder's seat, not an operator-of-someone-else's-playbook seat. You'll stand up the growth stack from scratch, run experiments across channels, and flex into whatever the company needs next, from marketing support to ops projects to founder-led initiatives. You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, and as we scale, this role becomes the foundation for growth, marketing ops, or RevOps leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO Growth Infrastructure * Build and own the growth stack: CRM architecture, enrichment, automation, lead routing, dashboards, and reporting. Clean data, clear pipeline visibility, no leaks. * Engineer leverage with AI: automated research, personalization at scale, workflow agents. If a task is repeatable, you systematize it. * Define the metrics that matter and make them visible: funnel conversion, channel performance, pipeline health. Channels & Experimentation * Run structured experiments across channels: outbound systems, paid, content distribution, events, partnerships. Measure what works, kill what doesn't, double down fast. * Support marketing execution: landing pages, campaigns, email programs, and the distribution behind our content and narrative. * Build repeatable playbooks from what wins, so every successful experiment becomes a permanent channel. Growth & Ops Flex * Partner with the founders on high-priority initiatives across GTM, ops, and strategy. You're the utility player who makes things happen. * Support sales and deployments with research, tooling, and process improvements wherever there's leverage. * Feed structured signal back to leadership: which channels are working, where CAC is trending, and where the next opportunity is. What we're looking for * Builder mentality. You'd rather design the system than run someone else's playbook. You see gaps and fill them without being asked. * 2–4+ years of experience in growth, RevOps, consulting, banking, or early-stage startups. You've built systems that other people rely on. * Process-obsessed & technically fluent. You build clean systems — CRM hygiene, dashboards, documented workflows. You don't let things slip through cracks. You don't need engineering to ship most of what you build. * AI-native. You use AI tools daily and you're energized by what's possible. You'll be expected to leverage AI across your workflows. * High agency. You operate with speed and urgency in ambiguous environments. You don't wait for permission — you identify what's next and do it. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You’re energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what’s next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.

We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring our Founding AE to own deals end-to-end and help scale Sapien's revenue engine from the ground up. You'll run full-cycle sales from first conversation through close while helping shape our narrative, outbound strategy, and enterprise sales motion. You'll work directly with the executive team to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion. This means running discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations, closing customers, and helping define how Sapien sells—from pricing and packaging to sales process and playbooks. WHAT YOU'LL DO SALES EXECUTION * Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close. * Run discovery, demos, pilots, and commercial conversations with finance and analytics leaders. * Manage pipeline and forecast revenue. You own deals and revenue outcomes. GTM & SALES MOTION * Help define Sapien’s sales process, pricing, packaging, and sales materials. * Partner with founders on positioning, messaging, and narrative. * Work with pipeline generation efforts (outbound, events, content) to ensure strong pipeline quality and conversion. CUSTOMER & MARKET INSIGHT * Develop deep expertise in finance and analytics workflows and the modern finance tech stack. * Feed structured market insight back to engineering, product, and leadership (what's resonating, objections, pricing feedback, and product gaps). * Help turn early customers into references, case studies, and expansion opportunities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Prior selling experience. 2–5+ years in Enterprise / MM selling roles. Strong ability to own deal cycles end-to-end and lay process foundations for GTM. * Strong in front of customers. Experienced in selling in complex/technical selling motions. Ability to own a room and sell directly to leadership teams. * You build systems, not just deliverables. When you solve a problem, you make sure it stays solved. You leave behind processes, not just outputs. * AI-native. You use AI tools every day. You pick up new tech faster than anyone around you and you can't help but show others how to use it too. * High agency. You don't wait for a brief. You figure out what needs to happen and you go do it, with attention to detail that holds up under scrutiny. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You’re energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. We're HQ'd by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Community is a first-class function at Sapien—not a marketing channel, not a nice-to-have. It's how we build trust with finance leaders, find the people we want to work with, and reinforce the culture that makes this company run. You'll work closely with the CEO as a hybrid community builder, talent scout, and chief of staff. We're looking for someone who understands the tech and finance ecosystem—likely from a few years in VC, startup ops, or a similar seat where you were constantly building relationships, evaluating people, and connecting dots. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own events end-to-end. Plan and execute weekly dinners, monthly hiring events in NYC, and CFO dinners in NYC plus two additional cities each month. Manage the full Sapien event calendar on Luma—reading groups, team events, and external programming. * Run recruiting outbound and pipeline. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and warmer channels. Set up coffee chats, support screening, and move candidates through the funnel in Ashby. * Build the candidate experience. Make sure every prospective hire feels the Sapien community before day one—personal outreach, event invites, LinkedIn shoutouts for new teammates. Capture photos at events and across the team. * Track what's working. Own KPIs across community and recruiting: event-to-interview conversion, touchpoints to hire, channel performance. Use data to improve the process, not just report it. * Set the internal rhythm. Organize in-office programming—AI reading groups, poker nights, team dinners—and make sure those moments are captured and shared. * Support the CEO on cross-functional projects. Pick up high-leverage work across ops, eng, and GTM as it comes up—whatever the team needs most. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–5 years in venture capital, startup operations, talent/recruiting, or a community-facing role in tech. * Natural relationship builder. People remember meeting you. You follow up and connect dots between people and opportunities without being asked. * Event planning chops. You've run dinners, panels, meetups, or recruiting events—and you know the difference between a forgettable happy hour and an evening people talk about afterward. You can also handle the unglamorous side: booking flights, coordinating travel, managing calendars. * Strong written communication. You can draft a LinkedIn post, a candidate outreach message, an event recap, and an eng blog brief all in the same afternoon. * Data-driven. You track what matters and use your numbers to decide where to invest time. * Fluent in tech and/or finance. You understand how startups work, how hiring works, and how finance teams think. You can hold a real conversation with a CFO and with a seed-stage founder. * Flexibility across tools. You'll live in Ashby, Luma, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator daily. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You're energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what's next—and do it.

THE ROLE You'll be the engineering owner of customer success. This means building the internal tools that help our sales team close deals, setting up customer modules and data pipelines, and being directly responsible for whether prospects convert and customers expand. You're the technical DRI for making customers successful with Sapien. This is a customer-facing engineering role where you'll split time between building internal GTM tooling and hands-on customer work. You'll have full-stack skills but use them in service of customer outcomes, not just product features. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build internal tools that accelerate our sales motion. Create tools for generating customer demos, automated systems for onboarding new customers, and interfaces that help the sales team understand technical blockers. * Own customer module setup from technical sale through production. Upload and validate customer data, configure workflows for their specific business processes, build custom integrations when needed, and ensure the platform works correctly for their use case. * Build and maintain integrations with customer systems. Connect to ERPs, CRMs, accounting software, and proprietary internal tools. Handle authentication, data syncing, schema mapping, and edge cases that come from integrating with messy real-world systems. * Be the DRI for customer performance. Monitor accuracy and reliability for each customer, debug issues when they arise, optimize slow queries or workflows, and ensure customers are seeing measurable value from the platform. * Design product features that turn pilots into successful deployments. You'll see firsthand what's blocking customer success and work with the product team to prioritize features that unlock expansion, prevent churn, and make the platform work for more use cases. * Identify patterns across customers that should become platform capabilities. Turn one-off integrations into reusable connectors, custom scripts into product features, and manual setup work into automated onboarding flows. Make customer operations scalable. * Build tooling that reduces friction in the customer journey. Create systems for data validation, integration testing, module templates, knowledge management, and monitoring so we can serve more customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL. You can build tools quickly and translate customer problems into production solutions. * Customer-facing experience or strong interest in working directly with customers. You're comfortable on calls, can explain technical concepts to non-technical people, and enjoy problem-solving with users. * Bias toward pragmatic solutions over perfect architecture. Shipping something that works beats over-engineering. * Ownership mentality for customer outcomes. You care whether customers succeed, not just whether your code works. * Ability to operate with ambiguity. Customer problems are messy and unique. You can assess what's needed, figure out the right solution, and execute without detailed specs. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Adaptability: You switch contexts constantly. One hour you're on a customer call, the next you're building foundational tooling for customer onboarding. You handle the variety well and bring the same technical rigor whether you're building customer-facing tools or solving one-off data issues. * Ownership: You're responsible for customer success. If a customer isn't getting value, you don't wait for someone else to fix it. You dig in, figure out what's wrong, and make it right. * Opinionated: You develop strong views on what customers actually need versus what they ask for. You push back on requests that won't drive value and propose better solutions based on what you've seen work. * Mission-driven: You're energized by making customers successful with AI. You connect your technical work directly to whether customers renew and expand, and you care about their business outcomes. * Collaborative excellence: You're the bridge between customers and the product team. You share insights about customer needs, help prioritize features that matter, and make the whole company better at serving customers.

We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE You'll design and build the interfaces that make AI agents usable for finance teams. This means creating new interaction patterns for how humans work with autonomous systems, building the design systems that scale across our platform, and obsessing over the details that make complex workflows feel simple. This is a design-focused frontend role where craft and user experience matter deeply. You'll own the visual and interaction design of features while implementing them in production. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design and build interfaces that make agent operations transparent and controllable. Create new interaction patterns for real-time AI workflows, verification systems, and human-in-the-loop feedback that don't exist yet. * Prototype and iterate rapidly on new interface concepts. Work directly with customers to test designs, watch how they interact with features, and refine based on real usage. * Design information hierarchies that surface the right data at the right time. Help users understand complex financial operations, agent reasoning, and data relationships without overwhelming them. * Establish design standards and documentation that help the team ship consistent, high-quality interfaces as we scale. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Product thinking about user experience. You've designed features, tested them with users, and iterated based on how people actually use them. * Experience building or contributing to design systems. You understand component architecture, tokens, consistency, and how design scales across a product. * Ability to balance beauty with function. You care about aesthetics but know when to prioritize usability, performance, and shipping. * Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript. You can implement your designs in production-quality code, not just hand off mockup * CS degree or equivalent experience. We care most about what you've built. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Ownership: You see designs through to production. You don't stop at mockups. You implement them, refine interactions based on how they feel in the browser, and fix polish issues until it's right. * Opinionated: You have strong perspectives on what makes good design and aren't afraid to advocate for user experience. You push back on features that would make the product worse and propose better solutions. * Mission-driven: You understand that interface decisions determine whether finance teams trust and adopt AI. You care about building products that transform how businesses run. * Collaborative excellence: You elevate the team's design thinking. You give thoughtful feedback on interfaces, share design patterns and techniques, and raise the bar for polish across the product.

We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring a Founding BDR to own pipeline generation at Sapien. Your job is simple to state and hard to do: put Sapien in front of the right CFOs and finance leaders, at scale, and keep the sales team fed with qualified pipeline. This is not a dial-the-phone-200-times BDR seat. You'll own the top of funnel end-to-end: who we target, what we say, which channels we use, and how we iterate. You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, sit close to the deals you source, and be first in line for what comes next, whether that's an AE seat or leading the BDR team as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pipeline Generation * Build and run targeted outbound campaigns to finance executives, from ICP definition to messaging to sequencing to iteration. * Source, qualify, and progress leads through the funnel. You own top-of-funnel and pipeline velocity. Your scoreboard: qualified meetings booked and pipeline created. * Experiment relentlessly across new channels, angles, and tactics. Measure what works, kill what doesn't. Sales Support * Support live deals through research, competitive intel, call prep, and follow-ups. * Partner with the founders and sales on positioning, messaging, and narrative. You'll help shape how the market sees Sapien. Market Signal * Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows and the modern finance tech stack to sharpen every touchpoint. * Feed structured signal back to product and leadership: what's resonating, what's not, and where the opportunity is. What we're looking for * Builder mentality. You'd rather design the system than run someone else's playbook. You see gaps and fill them without being asked. * 1–4+ years of experience in GTM, sales, growth, consulting, or finance. You've done some version of pipeline work and want to go deeper. * Exceptional communicator. You write outbound that gets replies. You speak with confidence to senior finance leaders. Your writing is crisp and persuasive. * Process-obsessed. You build clean systems — CRM hygiene, dashboards, documented workflows. You don't let things slip through cracks. * AI-native. You use AI tools daily and you're energized by what's possible. You'll be expected to leverage AI across your workflows. * High agency. You operate with speed and urgency in ambiguous environments. WHO WE ARE Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO -- systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Every wave of enterprise software created a new kind of operator. On-prem had implementation managers. SaaS had solutions engineers. Agentic AI demands something different: people who don't install software, they deploy intelligence. They rewire how finance teams think, work, and decide. That's this role. You'll be the bridge between Sapien and the finance orgs we serve, dropping into customer environments, learning their workflows cold, and redesigning them around our agents. But deployment is only half of it. You'll sit at the center of the company: feeding what you learn in the field back to sales, shaping the product roadmap with engineering, and giving the founders ground truth on where the market is going. Part strategist, part operator, part finance translator. The connective tissue between customers, sales, product, and leadership. If you've ever watched a finance team grind through a process and thought "there has to be a better way", we built this role for you. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Customer Deployments * Own customer implementations end-to-end: scoping, workflow mapping, deployment, training, and optimization. You are the reason a customer succeeds. * Embed with finance teams (CFOs, FP&A, analysts) to learn how they actually operate, then transform those workflows onto Sapien. * Build the deployment playbook from zero: repeatable frameworks for onboarding, integrating, and scaling Sapien across organizations. Cross-Functional Impact & Strategy * Arm the sales team with what you learn in the field, including real customer pain points, objections, success stories, and the language CFOs actually use, so every deal benefits from every deployment. * Work directly with engineering to set the product roadmap: translate real finance workflows into product requirements, stress-test new features, and push for what customers actually need. * Spot patterns across deployments that shape where the product and GTM motion go next. * Partner with the founders on customer materials, internal strategy, and high-priority initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Finance and operating background. 2–6 years in banking, PE, consulting, or a similarly analytical role. You know your way around financial statements, operating metrics, and corporate finance. * Strong in front of customers. You can hold a room with a CFO. You listen more than you talk, build trust quickly, and turn vague concerns into concrete next steps.

THE ROLE You'll build features end-to-end for Sapien's core platform. This means taking a feature from design through frontend implementation, backend APIs, database changes, and agent integration. You own the full experience and make it work. This is role where you'll balance shipping new capabilities with keeping the platform stable and performant. You'll work directly with customers, see how they use what you build, and iterate based on real feedback. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build features that make Sapien a daily driver for finance teams. Design experiences that pull users in every day because the platform is proactively surfacing insights, catching issues before they become problems, and making their work faster and smarter. * Design interfaces that make complex agent operations understandable and controllable for finance teams who aren't technical. * Implement human-in-the-loop systems where users can give feedback, correct agent mistakes, and teach the system about their specific business processes. Build the feedback loops that make agents smarter over time. * Make product and technical decisions: what should this feature do, how should the UI work, what's the right database schema, which technologies should we use. You're not just implementing specs, you're figuring out what to build. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Comfort with modern web technologies: React, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and common backend frameworks. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be able to work across the stack. * Product mindset. You think about user experience, not just implementation. You've iterated on features based on how people actually use them. * Ability to work with ambiguity. You can take a rough problem statement, talk to the right people, and figure out what actually needs to be built. * CS degree or equivalent experience. We care most about what you've built. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Adaptability: You move fluidly between design, frontend, backend, and customer conversations. You're comfortable in unfamiliar territory and can shift contexts quickly. * Ownership: You see features through. You don't stop at "it works on my machine." You deploy it, monitor it, fix issues that come up, and make sure it actually solves the problem * Opinionated: You have strong views on technical decisions and product tradeoffs. You push back when something doesn't make sense and help the team make better choices. * Mission-driven: You understand that every interface decision impacts whether finance teams trust and adopt AI. You care deeply about building products that transform how businesses run. * Collaborative excellence: You make the team better. You share knowledge, give thoughtful code reviews, and bring new ideas that improve how we all work.
We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE You'll build the AI agent capabilities that power Sapien's autonomous finance operations. This means designing novel architectures for reasoning over complex financial data, implementing verifiable and observable agent workflows, and building systems that learn and adapt to each company's unique operations. This is a research-meets-product role. You'll work on cutting-edge agent capabilities—from observability and library learning to semantic search and multi-modal parsing—and ship them directly into production for customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design and implement agent architectures that enable observability, human-in-the-loop verification, and precise context control across complex financial workflows. * Build library learning systems that reduce LLM dependencies by learning reusable patterns for planning, code generation, and data localization from customer interactions. * Create graph-based company representations and develop efficient search methods using embeddings, semantic clustering, and custom retrieval strategies. * Build multi-modal parsers that unify diverse financial data sources (Excel, ERPs, CRMs) into coherent, queryable schemas that agents can reason over. * Design benchmarking and evaluation suites that quantify Sapien's accuracy, reliability, and business impact across different customer workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Strong algorithmic thinking. Demonstrated through ML research, competitive programming, mathematics, or building novel systems from scratch. * Experience with modern agent frameworks, LLMs, and AI systems: fine-tuning, retrieval augmentation, tool use, or agentic architectures. * Comfort working end-to-end: from implementing research ideas and prototyping architectures to deploying production systems and iterating on real customer feedback. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Adaptability: You thrive on diverse, open-ended problems. One day you're implementing a new agent architecture, the next you're debugging a customer data issue—and you bring the same intensity to both. * Ownership: You take problems from research paper to production. You don't wait for direction—you identify what needs to happen and drive it to completion. * Opinionated: You have strong technical perspectives on what works and what doesn't. You push back on approaches you disagree with and make the team's thinking sharper. * Mission-driven: You're energized by building AI that transforms how businesses run. You connect technical decisions to real customer outcomes and care deeply about the impact. * Collaborative excellence: You share knowledge, give thoughtful feedback, and invest in making the team better. You bring new ideas from papers and discussions to elevate everyone's thinking.

SLSQ227R807 The GTM Strategy & Operations team works directly with Databricks' Sales Leadership to accelerate growth across the business. We empower senior leaders with data-driven insights, scalable systems, and operating mechanisms to shape the high-level strategy and execute in an extremely high-growth environment. We are looking for a Strategy & Execution Manager to serve as the business partner for the EE/Startup leadership team under the AMER Enterprise & Emerging Business BU. This is a critical and visible role to shape the GTM strategy of Databricks' highest-velocity, highest-volume segments, where the operating model has to look meaningfully different from larger-enterprise motions. In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses, build scalable systems for stakeholders, own operational cadences for the EE/Startup team, and redesign how strategy and ops work gets done in the age of AI. You must be able to deliver the day-to-day operational work with exceptional rigor, while also never losing sight of the long-term strategy and how the business operating model needs to evolve. Alongside the EE/Startup leadership, you'll partner across the broader AEEB and StratOps team on cross-segment initiatives, ensuring we maintain collaboration across the BU and share best practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with endless curiosity who can work cross-functionally to tackle complex problems end-to-end. We're looking for someone who is technical, AI-fluent, operationally rigorous, strategic about how high-volume GTM businesses should operate, and biased toward redesigning workflows from first principles rather than maintaining legacy ones. This is a unique opportunity to reshape how Databricks thinks about high-volume GTM businesses, and to set the blueprint for the industry. The work will define what scaled, AI-native GTM operations look like at one of the fastest-growing companies in tech. THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE * Serve as the Strategy partner for the VP, EE/Startup and his leadership team * Champion and challenger of the EE/Startup leadership team * Redesign operational workflows from first principles in the age of AI — identify which work AI and automation can absorb, where business judgment is irreducible, and design the right operating model for a high-volume segment * Redefine what a high-volume GTM business should look like — territory design, New Logo motion, hunter/core ratios, ramp models, partner motions, AI-augmented prospecting. Challenge the operating norms built for a different scale. * Independently own analysis with large datasets to guide investment, growth, and capacity decisions * Own reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modeling for the segment * Run recurring cadences (QBR deep dives, forecast calls, exec summaries) without hand-holding. You are trusted to run meetings on behalf of your leader. * Work cross-functionally with Planning, Recruiting, Commissions, Marketing, and Partner Ops to identify optimization opportunities and resolve business and data challenges * Be a force multiplier: bring fresh thinking to old problems, build AI-powered toolkits that scale, and raise the technical bar for the whole team. WHAT WE LOOK FOR * AI fluency is non-negotiable. You use AI tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor, Glean, Genie, Databricks Apps, custom agents) as part of your daily workflow as a multiplier. You think in terms of "how should this work be designed given AI?", not "how do we apply AI to existing work?" * Strong preference for individuals with a "built something where there wasn't anything" background. Ideal profiles include GTM Strategy at a hyper-growth company, chief of staff at a growth-stage startup, and former consultants who have operational experience. We are looking for individuals who thrive in environments where the playbook didn't exist yet, and you built it. * Exceptional attention to detail & data integrity instinct. This role requires consistent, high-quality operational delivery: accurate exec-facing work, on-time delivery, status integrity, zero-defect output. You are able to spot discrepancies and trace them to root causes; you won’t ship a number you can’t defend. Strategy and operations are equally weighted; you have to do both. * Operational ownership orientation. You want to do the operational parts of the job, not just architect them. You're a doer as much as a designer. The volume is real, and the work won't get done by deck-building. * Business support orientation: You frame technical work around sales leader decisions. You are comfortable operating at a strategic altitude, not just metric-watching. * Strategic mind for high-volume GTM. You bring a perspective on how segments serving thousands of accounts should operate — scaled coverage, AL pilots, partner-led motions, programmatic exec engagement. You want to redefine the operating model, not maintain it. * Comfort with ambiguity. This role doesn't come with a complete playbook. The right candidate is energized by that. * Strong technical depth. Excel/Google Sheets (advanced). Comfort with newer data tools (Databricks SQL, Genie, Lakeview, custom agents) and willingness to learn fast. Less about which tools you've mastered, more about how quickly you pick up new ones. * "Get it done" attitude with the ability to architect strategy AND operationalize it with high attention to detail. * Excels in a collaborative environment with a high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment. You document and teach what you build. * Excellent spoken and written communication. Comfortable presenting to VPs and BU leadership regularly. Produce leader-ready decks, exec summary docs, and quantitative business cases. Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.
