ABOUT ACCRUE Accrue is redefining how brands turn payments into loyalty. We help enterprise merchants launch their own branded wallets. About the role You've sat on the other side of this conversation. You know how loyalty and payments decisions get made at large retailers — who the real stakeholders are, how budgets get allocated, and what it takes to get a new product across the finish line internally. Now imagine using that knowledge to help build the category from the startup side. We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who brings firsthand retail or commerce experience to the way Accrue sells, positions, and wins enterprise deals. You won't need a long ramp to understand our customers — you've been one. What we're looking for is someone ready to channel that insider perspective into opening doors, building relationships, and closing meaningful partnerships. Who we are Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We're building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers' bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We're HQ'd by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Community is a first-class function at Sapien—not a marketing channel, not a nice-to-have. It's how we build trust with finance leaders, find the people we want to work with, and reinforce the culture that makes this company run. You'll work closely with the CEO as a hybrid community builder, talent scout, and chief of staff. We're looking for someone who understands the tech and finance ecosystem—likely from a few years in VC, startup ops, or a similar seat where you were constantly building relationships, evaluating people, and connecting dots. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own events end-to-end. Plan and execute weekly dinners, monthly hiring events in NYC, and CFO dinners in NYC plus two additional cities each month. Manage the full Sapien event calendar on Luma—reading groups, team events, and external programming. * Run recruiting outbound and pipeline. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and warmer channels. Set up coffee chats, support screening, and move candidates through the funnel in Ashby. * Build the candidate experience. Make sure every prospective hire feels the Sapien community before day one—personal outreach, event invites, LinkedIn shoutouts for new teammates. Capture photos at events and across the team. * Track what's working. Own KPIs across community and recruiting: event-to-interview conversion, touchpoints to hire, channel performance. Use data to improve the process, not just report it. * Set the internal rhythm. Organize in-office programming—AI reading groups, poker nights, team dinners—and make sure those moments are captured and shared. * Support the CEO on cross-functional projects. Pick up high-leverage work across ops, eng, and GTM as it comes up—whatever the team needs most. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–5 years in venture capital, startup operations, talent/recruiting, or a community-facing role in tech. * Natural relationship builder. People remember meeting you. You follow up and connect dots between people and opportunities without being asked. * Event planning chops. You've run dinners, panels, meetups, or recruiting events—and you know the difference between a forgettable happy hour and an evening people talk about afterward. You can also handle the unglamorous side: booking flights, coordinating travel, managing calendars. * Strong written communication. You can draft a LinkedIn post, a candidate outreach message, an event recap, and an eng blog brief all in the same afternoon. * Data-driven. You track what matters and use your numbers to decide where to invest time. * Fluent in tech and/or finance. You understand how startups work, how hiring works, and how finance teams think. You can hold a real conversation with a CFO and with a seed-stage founder. * Flexibility across tools. You'll live in Ashby, Luma, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator daily. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You're energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what's next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.

TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Designer to own how Spiich looks, feels, and behaves — across product and brand. You'll define the UI/UX for every surface (web, mobile, browser extension) and shape the visual identity of the company itself. Production React/vibe coding skills are a plus, not a requirement — taste, craft, and judgment are the job. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigour, and extreme ownership. If you're obsessed with craft, thrive in ambiguity, and want to define how sales professionals experience AI, you'll feel at home. Design at Spiich is an open field: agentic software has no established patterns yet. How should a rep review what an autonomous agent did overnight? What does trust look like in an interface? You'll answer questions most designers never get to ask. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Marketeer to own how the world hears about Spiich — from LinkedIn to launch videos to sales-leader dinners. You'll turn customer results into stories, product releases into moments, and Spiich into the loudest brand in sales tech. Must be creative, hungry, and allergic to corporate marketing. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigour, and extreme ownership. If you get energy from shipping campaigns (not planning them), thrive in ambiguity, and want your work seen by thousands — not buried in a brand deck — you'll feel at home. You'll have unfair material to work with: customers report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings. Your job is to make sure everyone knows it. Marketing here is not a support function — it's a revenue function, and you'll build it from scratch. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own marketing end-to-end — brand, demand, and product marketing. Own the channels: Run LinkedIn and X, grow founder-led and company content, and test performance marketing — you decide what works and double down Turn customers into stories: Produce quantitative case studies and launch videos that make prospects ask "how do I get that?" Own product marketing: Release notes, launch posts, and feature campaigns — to the market and to our existing customer base, where great launches drive expansion Run events that don't feel like events: Sales-leader dinners, sellathons, speed-dating for sales reps — formats no one else in the industry is doing Build the aggregate story: Track and publish the numbers across our customer base (meetings run, hours saved) that turn usage into hype Keep the website sharp: Own the site as a living asset, not a brochure Who you are Creative operator with roughly 1–3 years in marketing, growth, or content — hungry to own the whole function, not a slice of it Native to LinkedIn and X: you know what performs and why, and you can write hooks that stop the scroll Comfortable producing: short videos, visuals, posts — done this week beats perfect next month Think in revenue, not impressions: you measure marketing by pipeline and expansion Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and fast iteration Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: Experience marketing to sales teams, or building an audience of your own. What we offer Own the entire marketing function from day one — no committee, no layers Work directly with the founders on positioning and strategy Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together Competitive compensation package About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to own our customer base — activation, retention, and expansion. You'll sit on the customer's side of the table, understand their sales motion deeply, and turn happy users into growing accounts. This is not a support role: it's a strategic revenue role, and NRR is your scoreboard. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigour, and extreme ownership. If you're obsessed with customers, think strategically about their business (not just our product), and get energy from unlocking value, you'll feel at home. You'll inherit a customer base that already loves the product — customers across 10 countries report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings — and your job is to make every account reach those numbers, then expand. The upsell potential in this base is enormous, and nobody owns it yet. You will. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. Drive activation: Personally onboard new teams, get every rep to their first "wow" fast, and proactively rescue low-engagement accounts before they become churn risk Run strategic account work: QBRs with larger customers — understand their sales organization from the inside and show them what they're not yet unlocking Own expansion: Identify power users as internal champions, spot the seat and usage growth hiding in every account, and grow NRR Turn usage into insight: Watch product data for who's thriving and who's stuck, and act on it — with Spiich agents handling the monitoring grunt work for you Feed the product: Be the customer's voice internally — the feedback loop that decides what we build next Build the playbook: Onboarding flows, health scoring, webinars, and best-practice sharing — define how CS works here from scratch Who you are 1-3 years in customer success, account management, or consulting — with proof you've grown accounts, not just kept them alive Strategic thinker: you get genuinely curious about how a customer's sales organization works and where the value is stuck Commercially sharp: comfortable owning expansion revenue and having pricing conversations Structured builder: you document what works and create repeatable systems Fluent with data: usage metrics tell you where to spend your day Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and fast iteration Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS serving sales or revenue teams. What we offer Own the entire CS function from day one — you define it, you run it Work directly with the founders on customers, product, and strategy Compensation tied to what you control: retention and expansion Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams.
