Som biståndshandläggare hos oss får du arbeta i ett härligt team som består av sju biståndshandläggare inom LSS, två samordnare, en enhetschef och en verksamhetschef. Inom vår enhet, Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen, myndighetsutövning, ingår även 30 biståndshandläggare som arbetar med äldreomsorg. Vi söker nu en biståndshandläggare inom LSS samt SoL som handlägger individstöd till personer med autism eller intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. Så här bidrar du i rollen som biståndshandläggare Som biståndshandläggare har du till uppgift att utöva myndighetsutövning enligt Socialtjänstlagen (SoL) och Lag om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) i form av att utreda och besluta om insatser. Handläggning sker från aktuell lagstiftning och rättspraxis. Arbetet innebär även ett ansvar att följa upp fattade beslut. Arbetet innebär kontakt med enskilda och anhöriga samt samarbetspartners både inom kommunen och med andra myndigheter. Dokumentation är en central del i handläggningsarbetet och utredning sker enligt Individens behov i centrum, IBIC. Arbetet omfattas även av regelbundna interna möten som bland annat ärendedragningar och ärendehandledning. Din kompetens och erfarenhet Vi söker dig som är har avslutat socionomutbildning eller annan högskoleutbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Som biståndshandläggare har du ett strukturerat arbetssätt och är van att arbeta självständigt. Du kan hantera flera uppgifter parallellt och är skicklig på att prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter och ärenden löpande. Du har förmåga att hantera komplexa arbetsuppgifter och arbetar aktivt för att uppnå såväl kortsiktiga som långsiktiga mål. För att trivas i rollen som biståndshandläggarna är du trygg i dig själv samt har lätt för att samarbeta med förmåga att skapa goda relationer. Du har ett genuint intresse för människor och en personlig mognad som medför att du förhåller dig professionell i din yrkesroll. Det är också viktigt att du har en helhetssyn och sätter brukarens behov i fokus. Det är meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet av handläggning enligt LSS och SoL, med fokus på individstöd.
