Location: Fully remote within the US - ideally based in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, or Chicago Salary: Competitive base + Commission About Nivoda 🚀 Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewelry retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, Nivoda is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise. Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world's best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry. OUR MISSION 🎯 Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. Nivoda was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That's exactly what we give them. THE TEAM ⭐️ Our Sales team is the engine that brings Nivoda's mission to life. We're a high-energy, globally distributed group that moves fast, owns outcomes, and genuinely cares about the success of every jewelry business we work with. This is a team that thrives on commercial creativity, deep customer relationships, and relentless execution and we're growing fast. ABOUT THE ROLE 🤔 This is a rare opportunity to be the first Enterprise Account Executive on the ground in the US, shaping how Nivoda engages its most strategically important accounts in the jewelry retail market. You won't be parachuting into a fully-built function, you'll be helping define what 'enterprise' looks like at Nivoda for this segment. Your focus will be two-fold: reactivating existing enterprise accounts that have gone quiet or underperformed, and developing new relationships with high-potential enterprise jewelry retailers. These are million-dollar to multi-million dollar accounts - business owners who make buying decisions themselves, not faceless procurement committees. That means relationships matter enormously here. Alongside new business development, you'll own a portfolio of accounts with real depth, reviewing their activity, presenting new product launches, cross-selling and upselling, and becoming the trusted commercial partner they turn to first. This is a strategic role that requires you to think like an account manager and execute like a hunter. WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING? 😎 Account Reactivation & Pipeline Development * Identify and prioritise lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts and build tailored reactivation strategies for each, using a combination of data insight and relationship outreach. * Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US, building a self-generated pipeline alongside any inbound opportunities. * Represent Nivoda on the ground in the US: at trade shows, jewellery industry events, and face-to-face with key accounts across the country. Strategic Account Management & Growth * Own a portfolio of enterprise SMB accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to sustained revenue growth - serving as their primary point of contact and trusted commercial partner. * Set up regular business reviews with key accounts, reviewing their purchasing activity, sharing platform updates and new product launches, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. * Build multi-contact relationships within each account where possible, deepening Nivoda's footprint and reducing single-point-of-failure risk. Commercial Insight & Platform Advocacy * Use platform data and buying behaviour insights to proactively identify growth levers, flag risks, and have informed commercial conversations with every account. * Act as a product advocate, helping accounts get more value from the Nivoda platform and providing structured feedback to product and category teams on what SMB buyers need. * Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry retail market in the US: buying cycles, trends, margin pressures, and what drives purchasing decisions for small business owners. Building the Enterprise Function * As the first Enterprise AE in the US, help shape the playbook, contributing to how we identify, segment, engage, and grow enterprise SMB accounts at scale. * Partner closely with the broader commercial, product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure enterprise buyer needs are reflected in how Nivoda evolves its platform and go-to-market. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 💪 * 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or a marketplace with a jewellery or luxury vertical * A proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and/or growing mid-market accounts from a standing start * Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset, you think about accounts in terms of long-term value, not just next month's number * Equally comfortable hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships, you don't see these as separate jobs * Confident building relationships with business owners and decision-makers who are time-poor and sceptical of vendor sales pitches * Self-starter mentality, you're the first on the ground, which means you'll need to operate with ambiguity, build your own structure, and create your own momentum * Data-driven approach to account management: you use CRM and platform data to prioritise your time and conversations * Excellent communicator - clear, direct, and credible with senior stakeholders and small business owners alike NICE TO HAVE ✨ * Background at a high-growth marketplace or platform business with a strong enterprise or SMB sales culture * Familiarity with wholesale buying patterns, inventory-led businesses, or supply chain dynamics * Experience building or contributing to a sales function from scratch in a new market or territory OUR CULTURE AND WHAT WE OFFER 😉 At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and growth where everyone can bring their expertise, own projects, and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda's success and scalability. OUR CURRENT BENEFITS 🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture 💻 Remote work 🏥 Medical, Dental & Vision benefit 💸 401K benefit 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let it stop you. We are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable. Please note: Our Talent Acquisition Team is international. We kindly ask you to submit your CV and application in English so that it can be reviewed correctly. This is a full time, permanent position that's largely remote but does involve occasional travel to meet clients across the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. NOT QUITE THE RIGHT FIT? If after reading this job description you believe this is not the best fit for you, we'd encourage you to join our Nivoda Talent Pool so we can keep you in mind as new roles open up.

WE'RE UNLOCKING ACCESS TO THE NHS, BECAUSE HEALTHCARE IS NOT TRULY FREE UNTIL IT'S TRULY ACCESSIBLE 💙 The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We're building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. We're developing critical national infrastructure. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use our patient registration software, while one in five GP practices in London use Bookable Search to help new patients find and book appointments seamlessly. Our latest product, Bookable Navigator, extends this vision by automatically booking appointments for existing patients. We operate from within a working GP practice in East London 🏥 We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest-growing in Europe 🚀 ⛩️ OUR PRINCIPLES Exciting challenges lie ahead. Guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech-1: 1. 💙 Care deeply 2. 🏋️♀️ Work hard 3. 🤝 Be your word 4. 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency 5. 🚀 Do your life's best work 6. 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles and our "why" in the Healthtech-1 Handbook. 👋 HELLO FROM RAJ 🎯 MISSION STATEMENT We have an ambitious mission: to unlock access to healthcare by making every appointment in the NHS bookable. To reach national scale, Raj needs to spend his time on strategy and execution, not admin and logistics. Your job is to run his operation flawlessly so nothing slips and he's always prepared. We invest heavily in development, care deeply about our people, and will support you when needed. BUT you must be comfortable with pressure and prepared to work 60+ hours a week. 🎯 GOAL EXPECTATIONS The goal: Make Raj more effective, and act as a force multiplier for the company. Help us hit 50,000 Weekly Appointments Booked by September 2026. Your role directly contributes to this by: 1. Ensuring Raj's time reflects our priorities 2. Make Raj a decision-making engine Success looks like: * Raj's calendar actually matches company priorities (not just what's urgent) * As a result, Raj feels that the vast majority of his time is spent on the right things * Nothing gets lost - actions tracked, commitments delivered * Meetings happen smoothly - right people, right prep, actions, owners and deadlines * Raj never chases you for updates * Zero typos, broken links, or half-done work 📅 YOUR 30 / 60 / 90 DAY PLAN BY DAY 30: GET THE ENGINE RUNNING Output: Raj's operation is visibly smoother. You will have: * Mastered calendar and inbox - you know what matters to Raj, what is noise, and what is not. * Shadowed Raj in all meetings - you understand his meetings, priorities, and working style * Established your quality standards and techniques to meet them - nothing leaves your desk with errors * Run logistics for 5+ major meetings - materials ready, people briefed, no surprises * Built your action tracking system - Raj's commitments are visible and moving forward, no actions have been missed BY DAY 60: MAKE HARD THINGS EASY Output: Raj trusts you completely with his operation. You will have: * Calendar on autopilot - you make judgment calls and Raj agrees with them, you schedule to priorities not requests * Inbox at zero daily - you respond on his behalf when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Raj’s meeting prep is reliably excellent, also has a venue (rooms if internal), starts on time, has buffer zones where needed * Tracked 50+ actions to completion, with nil missed * You’re acting as a reliable, independent thought partner who can challenge Raj when needed but also play with his ideas to optimise his creativity and output * Observe and take note of what gives Raj energy e.g. meditation, exercise and ensure he has space to do this each day BY DAY 90: SET THE STANDARD Output: You're indispensable to how Raj operates. You will have: * Raj delegates tasks once and forgets them - he trusts they're done * Zero dropped balls - your tracking system means nothing slips * Meeting quality is consistent - prep happens without Raj thinking about it * You've optimised Raj's calendar multiple times based on what actually gets results * You've built templates and systems that make recurring work effortless * You and Raj complement each other’s mindsets and abilities, you catch details he misses, you know when to bring Raj back into focus and how to prioritise his ideas * You understand how to create a world where Raj can work at his optimum, sometimes last minute and amongst chaos, but create time and space for him to channel that energy into order so the rest of the team can thrive in structure, good communication and clarity * You're always two steps ahead - no firefighting, just smooth execution 🔍 SCOPE OF THE ROLE YOU FULLY OWN: * Calendar management - protect time, align to priorities, optimize for effectiveness * Inbox triage - respond when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Meeting logistics - scheduling, materials prep, attendee briefing, room setup * Task management - action tracking, chase completion, flag blockers * Quality control - proofread everything both yours and Raj’s, check every link, catch every error * Admin execution - expenses, travel, documentation, whatever needs doing including personal tasks e.g. dentist appointments * Protect Raj's daily fuel - (exercise, 1hr meditation, family) and be his family's contact to ensure he shows up for what matters YOU DO NOT OWN: * Strategic decisions or recommendations * Special projects spanning multiple functions * Managing other people's teams * Pete's operation (he has his own FA/EA) * Functional execution (engineering, sales, support) OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESSION: * This is one of the fastest growing health tech startups in the UK. We may be a small team of 40 (currently) but we are mighty, serving 26% of the country with our first product and with lofty ambitions ahead. As Raj and the company grows, so will this role too, and in the future there is the opportunity to be the right hand person to the CEO of a company serving up critical infrastructure to the NHS and its patients. 👍 ABOUT YOU * 2-4 years as a top-tier EA * Mission-driven - you Care deeply about the NHS * High-energy and excited to get the job done * Obsessive about quality - errors don't happen on your watch * Exceptional prioritisation - you know what's urgent vs important * Proactive communicator - you update before being asked * Calm under pressure - you thrive when it's chaotic, and can juggle many tasks in parallel * Judgment you can trust - you make the right call when Raj isn't available 👌 NICE TO HAVE * Experience supporting C-suite in high-growth startups * Built systems that made teams more effective 💙 A BIT ABOUT US 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Want to learn how your work affects real patients? Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). We highly prioritise in-person communication and prefer candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office. Our anchor days are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house every day when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! 🌀 We work in growth cycles. Every 8 weeks we do the same set of activities. 1 week outside of Business-as-Usual to research, strategise, plan our work. 7 weeks to knuckle down and deliver it. 🤝 We’re highly collaborative. One of the benefits of a high trust team is we often work autonomously, but as a team we’re very collaborative by nature. Two heads are often better than one, and we frequently lean on each other to solve problems together. 🤜🏽 We’re backed by industry leaders. We’re on the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, backed by the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Program, winners of the London Business School Healthtech Challenge, Innovate UK, and Y Combinator (S23). 🚀 AN OPPORTUNITY FOR REAL UPSIDE 💉 Paid volunteer days. We offer an additional 2 paid days off per year where you can give back to your mission of choice. 🎢 Every 8 weeks we take a day off to socialise as a team. In the past we’ve hiked box hill, raved at All Points East and spent one rainy day at Thorpe park. This works out as 6 working days a year. 📚 Learning budget of £250 annually and time off to spend it - we care about this; this is flexible and based on need but everyone will receive a yearly allocation towards their continual growth. 🍽️ Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! 🥡 Team takeaways every Monday night 🥗 Health and fitness budget of £60 per month - see more here 🧘♂️ An additional 7 days of paid leave is available if you want to take time to learn how to meditate. 💫 Tooling; You’ll have your choice of operating systems and any additional tools you need to do your best work (e.g. keyboard, additional monitors, mouse etc). FOUNDING TALENT PARTNER 🎯 MISSION STATEMENT Healthtech-1 exists to unlock appointment access in the NHS. We're already in a quarter of GP practices, and we're not stopping there. Right now, hiring is one of the most important levers in the business. You'll be our first dedicated talent hire, reporting directly to Pete (cofounder). 💙 THE ROLE You're joining at a pivotal moment. We’re growing rapidly and looking to hire 20+ roles in the next 6-12 months. Some of the foundations for the hiring function are formed, but we’re looking for someone to add process, expertise and fuel to the engine so we can take it to the next level. We think of talent as having 3 streams: * Sourcing * Candidate experience * Hiring manager experience The ideal person is able to balance the art and the science of talent acquisition. The art = you're able to charm and persuade the best talent in the world to join us. The science = the operational efficiency of running a smooth talent process. That includes planning, keeping on top of all communications, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers and staying on track with the longer term hiring plan. You're an operator who can run multiple roles concurrently without anything slipping through the cracks. Opportunities for progression: This is a founding role in a function that will grow. As we scale beyond hiring into onboarding, culture, and retention, this becomes a full People function. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead it. Whilst our preference is always for people who stay for the long term, we’re also open to 9-12 month FTC. Hybrid office culture: 💪🏼 4 days in our office in Stratford. Our anchor days are Mon, Tues , Thurs and Fri. Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house every day when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! Our team represents more than ten different cultures. We come together every lunch time for a home cooked meal, rotated among team members! We want everyone in our team to know that they belong. We are purposeful about this and are proactively building a company that is inclusive of all people; from race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodiversity, disability, colour, and national origin - essentially every type of diversity. We don’t just want people who fit in, we want them to fit together. We're active in continually improving the way we make this happen.
🚀 THE MISSION We have an ambitious mission: to unlock access to healthcare by navigating patients to the right place, first time. We’re going to create a world where every appointment is transparent and bookable, starting in General Practice. We're the team to do this - We were previously ranked 8th fastest growing startup in UK and 33rd fastest in Europe. Now, we are hiring an Account Executive to help us get in front of more practices. Your core focus will be on full cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices. You’ll be joining an ambitious sales team with prior experience at Monzo, Revolut, the Civil Service, the NHS, investment banking, consulting, and other VC-backed startups. Everyone works in pairs to own a geographic patch. We work in pairs because we believe it encourages peer learning and healthy team culture. Progression works across three dimensions: 1. Closing bigger deals (larger ACV) 2. Selling more advanced products 3. Training/ coaching other members of the team This is a place to do your life’s best work. 🎯 GOAL EXPECTATIONS Our mission is to unlock access to healthcare. You will contribute by increasing appointment supply. This is achieved through selling more products to more practices. OBJECTIVE 1: CONVERT NEW PRACTICES * You will own a geographical patch and do everything it takes to get at least 10 live practices a week. * You will hone your craft until you achieve a 70% demo-to-sign rate (demo conversion rate) and a 90% sign-to-live rate (funnelling). * You will represent the voice of Healthtech-1 and take pride and care in every interaction with practices. OBJECTIVE 2: GENERATE LEADS * You will create and implement high impact lead gen strategies (e.g. cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, referrals, etc.). * You will generate high quality leads using storytelling, data, and research. * You will fill a personal calendar of demos. OBJECTIVE 3: IMPROVE TEAM PERFORMANCE * You will improve team processes on a weekly basis. * You will bring happy conflict in a loving way, no artificial harmony. * You will help the team aim for a stretch target of 15 practices live per person per week. * You aim to delight practices in every interaction and leave practices with a great impression of Healthtech-1 regardless of if they buy or not. 🔍 SCOPE OF THE ROLE YOU FULLY OWN: * Your live practices target * The quality and effectiveness of your outbound campaigns * The GTM strategy for your geographic patch YOU CO-OWN: * The enrichment of your lead list * Keeping the CRM tidy and updated * Booking demos (shared responsibility with Junior Growth Specialists) YOU INFLUENCE (BUT DO NOT OWN): * The way we invest in and deliver inbound campaigns * Product direction via closing the customer feedback loop YOU DO NOT OWN: * Account management * Product roadmap * ICB (enterprise) deals ⚠️ THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE This is a high-agency, high-expectation role in a fast-moving healthtech environment. You probably won’t enjoy this role if you: * Prefer to be told what to do over figuring out what to do * Need significant training and supervision to improve * Aren't comfortable with honest feedback * Don't want to constantly push your work rate You will enjoy this role if you like owning your target and raising the bar around you. "You'll be joining a focussed high growth team that have ambitions to help every single practice in the country, and won't stop until they do so. We're humble, low ego and care deeply about doing our life's best work. This will be a ride of a lifetime." -- Pete Huang, Cofounder & Growth Lead. 📝 30/60 DAY PLAN BY DAY 30: TRAIN UP, EARN TRUST AND GET MOVING 🏃 * Learn the main concepts * practice personas * how a practice works * the NHS system * our products * Build empathy for the NHS through direct exposure * Spend a few days as a GP practice receptionist to understand our customer deeply * Stretch goals, complete some admin! * process documents * complete a triage form * serve a patient * call a patient * Present your Old World to the team * Learn the healthtech-1 style, then develop your authentic style * Watch a demo from each AE * Watch 10 demos * Listen to team mate’s cold calling (1 hour with each AE) * Reflect, summarise and share your style with your manager * Demo, close and onboard practices * independently deliver demos * all activity well documented in CRM * delivered demos at high throughput (assuming you have the leads) KPIs: * 🎯 10 practices live * 🎯 Conversion rate for registrations >50% * 100 lead gen touch-points a week, using at least 3 channels * Proactively report on pipeline activity and health (activity, conversion, results, duration) * Average sign to live <4 weeks * No early churns BY DAY 60: FULL SPEED AND CONSISTENT RESULTS 🏎️ * You’ve high team, product, company knowledge * <1 support ask per 5 practices * You’re competent at completing the full life cycle * 100 lead gen touch-points a week, using at least 5 channels * All activity well documented in CRM * 30 practices self-generated and live in total * No early churns * You’re having team level impact * created 5 support / growth articles * delivered a knowledge share * you’ve helped a team member debug a problem KPIs: * 🎯 20 practices live a month * 🎯 Conversion rate for registrations >60% * Proactively report on pipeline activity and health (activity, conversion, results, duration) * Average sign to live <4 weeks ✅ MUST-HAVE TRAITS * Bias to action - fearless with getting on the phone, bias to action, takes rejection well * Storyteller - High quality and persuasive incredible communicator internally and externally * Outcome driven - focus on the big picture and business goals * Coach-ability - strong internal communication, be able to take on feedback and adjust plan * Tech savvy - understand the stack; Attio etc * Team player - low personal ego, brings happy conflict, and improves ways of working * Clear communicator - communicates appropriately for the setting (e.g. concise or detailed as needed) * Hard working - will go above and beyond to unlock access to healthcare * Personable and refreshing - can build a relationship with a spoon, puts people at ease, makes them happy * Creative - looks beyond the past and present, looking for new high impact opportunities 👍 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * 2 years of sales experience * Worked in a fast paced startup environment 😊 THE HIRING PROCESS 1. 15min fit check 2. Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). We highly prioritise in-person communication and prefer candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office.
