We're Looking For a Staff Software Engineer – AI & Automation We're building a new Productivity Engineering team, and you'll be the founding engineer of an internal platform that lets non-engineers build, deploy, and host agents and applications. This means your decisions will shape the architecture, the developer experience, and the culture of the team for years to come. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Operating with an AI-first mindset, you will leverage AI, agents and technical logic to: * Architect and build the foundational platform that enables business users across the organisation to create, deploy, and manage internal applications and agents without requiring engineering support. * Own the end-to-end design of this platform, from infrastructure and hosting to the self-service interfaces and guardrails that make it safe and approachable for non-technical users. * Establish the patterns, integrations, and building blocks that connect to core enterprise systems and allow business teams to move quickly without compromising security or compliance. * Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform capabilities, ensuring the systems you build are not only technically sound but genuinely adopted. * Operate as a senior technical voice within a small, high-autonomy team, helping set architectural direction and raising the bar for how the team designs and delivers. REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCE * The Blueprint: Extensive track record as a Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer, with a proven history of owning greenfield platforms, distributed systems, and backend scalability patterns. * Infrastructure & Platform: Deep production-scale GCP (compute, networking, IAM, managed services), Kubernetes, and Helm (designing for multi-tenancy). * Languages: Proficient in Go (primary), with comfort across the stack in TypeScript and/or Python. * Developer Experience (DX): Hands-on experience with GitOps, environment provisioning, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and enterprise security/IAM (SSO/Okta integration). * AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs and agentic systems into production backends (Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, MCP, or similar). * Product Mindset: Strong understanding of API design and a proven ability to design for non-technical users—you care about onboarding, UX, documentation, and what "easy to use" means in practice. Way of Working: Highly autonomous, comfortable with high ambiguity, and able to clearly present technical trade-offs to non-engineering stakeholders. Equal opportunity employer We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. Application Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.
Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation. We help leading enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments into governed, production-grade systems that execute real work across workflows, processes, products and services. Our heritage is in scaled enterprise automation; our future is Applied AI and Agentic Automation: autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance embedded deeply into how our clients operate. We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. About the Role We are building something that most professional services firms talk about but rarely execute well: a systematic ability to turn the work we do with clients into durable, scalable intellectual property. This role is at the center of that effort. As part of our Global Capabilities team, you will be responsible for identifying, extracting, and developing the IP embedded in our delivery work — transforming client-specific solutions into assets that range from rich case studies and methodology frameworks to reusable solution components and, in the most valuable cases, into market-ready products that can be deployed across clients with minimal rework. This is not a commercial/marketing role, and it is not a delivery role. It sits deliberately between the two: close enough to delivery to understand what we build, commercially minded enough to know what's worth packaging and how What You'll Do: IP Identification & Prioritization Work closely with Capability owners and delivery leads to develop a view of what we are building across client engagements and assess its reuse potential. Not everything becomes IP — part of the role is developing a sharp instinct for what does, based on technical generalizability, commercial applicability across industries or clients, and the feasibility of abstraction. Asset Development Own the end-to-end process of turning delivery outputs into structured assets. This spans a wide spectrum: - Knowledge assets: solution pattern libraries, methodology documentation - Enablement assets: playbooks, accelerators, and reference architectures for delivery teams - Reusable components: parameterized workflows, app templates, and configuration guides designed for multi-client deployment - Market-ready products: industry-specific solutions packaged for sale, with defined deployment scope, configuration documentation, and commercial positioning Offerings Development Collaborate with Capability leadership to define and evolve our go-to-market offerings — translating our capability depth into clearly scoped, well-positioned services that delivery teams can sell and execute against consistently. Delivery Team Enablement Ensure that the assets you develop are actually used. This means working with delivery teams to embed reusable components into their ways of working, not simply publishing them to a repository. You will need to earn adoption rather than mandate it. IP Roadmap Management Maintain a view of our IP development pipeline — what is in progress, what is planned, what has been validated in the market. Communicate this clearly to leadership and flag where emerging client work could accelerate the roadmap. What We're Looking For: Abstraction & Productization thinking The single most important capability for this role is the ability to look at something built for a specific client, in a specific context, and identify the transferable, generalizable pattern within it. This is the ability to ask: "If we stripped out everything client-specific, what would remain — and who else would pay for that?" This mindset is difficult to teach and is the primary thing we will be assessing. Commercial & Market Instinct You understand how professional services firms create and capture value, and you have a view on what makes an offering compelling to buy. You can distinguish between IP that is impressive internally and IP that a client would actually pay for or find useful enough to accelerate a sale. Technical Fluency in the Agentic AI/automation/low-code application space You do not need to be a developer, but you need to understand enough about how AI-infused low-code applications and automated workflows are built to have a credible conversation with the people who build them. You should be able to look at a solution design or workflow architecture and understand what is configurable, what is hardcoded, and what would need to change to make it reusable. Influence Without Authority This role succeeds or fails on your ability to get delivery teams — who are busy, client-focused, and not naturally incentivized to pause and document — to engage with the IP process. You will need to make it easy and worthwhile for them, build genuine credibility with technical practitioners, and work with leadership to create the right structural conditions. Structured Thinking & Documentation You write clearly and think in frameworks. You can take a complex, contextual delivery output and distil it into something structured, portable, and usable by someone who wasn't in the room. Experience We're Looking For: Strongly Relevant - Experience in a practice development, Centre of Excellence, or offerings/capability function within a technology services firm - Involvement in building accelerators, starter kits, reference architectures, or industry-specific solution templates — at any scale - Work at a software vendor in a solutions, pre-sales, or industry solutions capacity, where packaging and positioning capabilities for reuse was a core part of the job - A background as business analyst where your job was to clearly define the problem a client (external or internal) was trying to solve and translating that into an equally clear solution design that would fulfill the business need. Useful But Not Required: - Hands-on experience with low-code or agentic automation platforms (Power Platform, UI Path, Appian or similar) — even at a configuration or business analysis level - Experience working on AI-infused products or workflows - Exposure to commercial pricing and packaging of technology services or products We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. TL;DR: We're hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as Lovable scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You'll set policy, run cases end-to-end, manage vendors, and personally support employees and their families through complex cross-border moves — while building the AI-native systems and self-service guidance that make global mobility easy to navigate as we grow. This is an in-office role based in either Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The Role This role sits at the intersection of policy design, operational execution, and human support. You’ll be the single accountable owner for immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally. You’ll set frameworks, manage vendors, and personally support employees (and their families) through complex and often stressful cross-border transitions. This isn’t a paperwork-processing role. It requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the emotional intelligence to support employees - while using AI to build scalable, well-instrumented systems as our hiring and relocation volume grows. This is an operator role with the ability to execute pragmatically and strategically. What You’ll Own * Global Mobility & Relocation — Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination). * Employee & Family Support — Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context. * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation. * Build AI-Native Global Mobility Function — Redesign how mobility is delivered using AI: * Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date. * Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling. * Instrument the journey with metrics (time-to-permit, time-to-settle, employee satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve. * Maintain strict privacy and compliance boundaries—AI should increase trust, not reduce it. What We’re Looking For * In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) * Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company * Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work * Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) * Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance * Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own new revenue end-to-end — from first call to signed contract. Execute relentlessly: Run high-volume outbound with Spiich agents doing the prospecting and research — you spend your day in conversations, demos, and closings, not dialing lists Build the playbook: Define our entire sales process - prospecting sequences, demo scripts, objection handling, pricing strategies Close deals: Full-cycle sales from first call to signed contract with SMBs and enterprise accounts (€20k-500k ARR) Set accounts up to win: Own the deal through close and a warm, structured handover to Customer Success — your customers start strong because you sold them right Sell to technical buyers: Pitch to VPs of Sales, founders, and tech-savvy teams who understand AI and automation Obsess over outcomes: Measure success by customer value delivered, not just contracts signed You'll be the voice of the customer internally and shape the product roadmap with real market feedback. Who you are Proven closer with 2-3 years B2B SaaS sales experience (consistently exceeded quota) Execution-oriented: you get shit done, no excuses Comfortable grinding: cold calling, objection handling, pipeline building - you thrive on it Customer success DNA: obsessed with activation, retention, and customer outcomes Tech-fluent: can hold your own in conversations with technical buyers and sales leaders Process builder: will document what works and create repeatable systems Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: Experience selling to sales teams or AI/automation products What we offer Own the entire GTM function from day one Aggressive OTE structure tied to ARR + activation metrics Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) Work directly with founders on product and strategy Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together Competitive compensation package About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. Reps focus on the human work — building relationships, building trust, and closing deals — while Spiich agents handle everything else: prospecting, lead generation, CRM updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and everything in between. The system integrates knowledge graphs, memory, and agentic workflows to deliver real help - not just summarisation or search. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. How we hire Submit your application Intro call with Johan (Co-founder & CEO) Mock demo: pitch Spiich to us (we'll play a skeptical VP of Sales) Customer debrief: show us how you'd handle real customer feedback Meet the team and show us how you think through problems Join us for trial work lasting 2 days on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Spiich feels right for you. We move fast — the full process typically takes under two weeks. How to Apply Drop us a line at filip@spiich.ai with your LinkedIn, a note on why this excites you, your proudest achievement, and your quota attainment track record. No CV needed.

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. THE ROLE You won't just carry a bag — you'll run a franchise. As a Commercial Expansion Account Executive at Snowflake, you own a portfolio of existing customers and are accountable for defending the base, driving healthy consumption growth, and expanding into new workloads and use cases. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Services Delivery to turn customers into advocates and single-workload accounts into strategic platforms. This is not a renewals desk. You'll prospect within your install base, identify whitespace, build multi-threaded executive relationships, and close net-new expansion business — all while ensuring your customers are consuming Snowflake efficiently and getting measurable business value. WHAT YOU'LL DO Territory Strategy & Pipeline Generation * Own a defined patch of commercial accounts (<500 employees) and build a data-driven territory plan using propensity scoring, technographic signals, and consumption health indicators * Apply strategic tiering (20/80 rule) to focus time on high-potential "Sleeping Giants" — accounts with high whitespace relative to current spend * Consistently achieve 10+ external customer meetings per week through disciplined outreach rhythms * Map accounts to campaign plays (e.g., BI Consolidation, AI/ML expansion, Databricks defence) based on their tech stack and business signals Account Expansion & Deal Execution * Source, progress, and close expansion use cases using MEDDPICC methodology * Identify and articulate value hypotheses (Why Anything? Why Now? Why Snowflake?) tailored to each account's business priorities * Navigate complex, multi-persona deals — from technical champions to CFO-level economic buyers * Negotiate renewals, multi-year commitments, and capacity deals anchored in business value, not discounts Consumption Health & Customer Success * Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy consumption; proactively address inefficiencies before they become churn risk * Understand modern data architecture (transformation layers, BI performance, serverless economics) to advise customers on optimising their Snowflake deployment * Convert cost savings from efficiency improvements into budget for new workloads — turning defence into offence Competitive Defence * Protect the install base against competitive threats (Databricks, AWS-native, Azure Synapse) using TCO analysis, architectural advantages, and "Serverless Tax" positioning * Build proactive competitive strategies rather than reactive objection handling WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have * 3+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with demonstrable pattern of achievement (top 20% attainment preferred) * Experience managing and expanding an existing customer book — not exclusively net-new acquisition * Ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical practitioners and C-level executives * Proven prospecting discipline within an install base: pipeline self-sourced, not inherited * Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models * Fluency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or equivalent) Strongly Preferred * Experience selling data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions * Understanding of modern data stack architecture (data warehousing, ELT, BI tooling, data engineering) * Demonstrated use of AI/automation tools to enhance productivity (meeting prep, follow-up, personalisation, research) * Track record navigating competitive displacement scenarios * Experience with multi-year deal structuring and commercial negotiation (including MSA-level discussions) Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact? WE'RE UNLOCKING ACCESS TO THE NHS, BECAUSE HEALTHCARE IS NOT TRULY FREE UNTIL IT'S TRULY ACCESSIBLE 💙 The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We're building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. We're developing critical national infrastructure. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use our patient registration software, while one in five GP practices in London use Bookable Search to help new patients find and book appointments seamlessly. Our latest product, Bookable Navigator, extends this vision by automatically booking appointments for existing patients. We operate from within a working GP practice in East London 🏥 We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest-growing in Europe 🚀 ⛩️ OUR PRINCIPLES Exciting challenges lie ahead. Guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech-1: 1. 💙 Care deeply 2. 🏋️♀️ Work hard 3. 🤝 Be your word 4. 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency 5. 🚀 Do your life's best work 6. 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles and our "why" in the Healthtech-1 Handbook. Why this role matters 35% of NHS staff time is spent on admin. That’s the opportunity. Our first product is already used by 26% of GP practices in England, and we’re now scaling a platform that transforms how patients and clinicians interact with healthcare. As one of our Senior Product Engineers ,you’ll own and shape the experiences used every day by patients and clinicians where performance, clarity, and reliability directly impact care. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We're reimagining how technology, data, and AI can empower every team across the business. You'll help build the platforms, tooling, and guardrails that enable teams to move faster while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability. Our goal is to make it possible for anyone in the company to safely bring ideas to life and see their impact in production. Some of the challenges you'll tackle include: * Designing modern engineering workflows that accelerate delivery, increase autonomy, and improve developer experience across the organisation. * Building shared tools and platforms that make information accessible, discoverable, and actionable for every team. * Connecting knowledge across departments, enabling insights from customer conversations, support interactions, product discussions, and operational meetings to be surfaced whenever and wherever they're needed. * Creating a unified, queryable data ecosystem that breaks down silos and allows people to ask meaningful questions across the entire business. * Leveraging AI and automation to uncover opportunities, identify trends, and surface insights before anyone even knows to ask the question. * Developing systems that amplify the impact of individuals and teams by sharing best practices, highlighting successful approaches, and accelerating the adoption of new ideas across the company. This is an opportunity to work on foundational technology that influences how the entire organisation collaborates, learns, and delivers value to customers Our Tech Stack: * Fullstack (Backend leaning): React, TypeScript (core focus) * APIs: Designing and consuming scalable, well-structured services * Data: Working with production systems and performance considerations * AI: Integrating modern AI models into real-world healthcare workflows * Experience in scaling product environments or high-stakes domains (health, finance, infra) is a strong advantage. We’re based inside a GP practice, so you can walk downstairs and see the real-world impact of your work. Why join our engineering team: * Build technology that actually matters at national scale * Solve complex, meaningful problems with real-world constraints * Work in a high-performing, product-led team * Have real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact 💙 A BIT ABOUT US 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Want to learn how your work affects real patients? Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). We highly prioritise in-person communication and prefer candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office. Our anchor days are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house every day when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! 🌀 We work in growth cycles.
