Let’s go!     YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Marketing Specialist for Bitpanda’s Crypto & Advanced Trading products, you will be responsible for driving their positioning, adoption, and engagement across Bitpanda's core crypto and advanced trading offerings. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and the Commercial teams to design go-to-market strategies and compelling narratives that resonate with our users. A natural product manager for marketing initiatives, you combine strategic vision with ownership of the roadmap, clear prioritisation, and hands-on delivery. You’ll translate product value into impactful campaigns, shape messaging across channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that launches and ongoing initiatives are both seamless and measurable.   WHAT YOU’LL DO * Strategy & Positioning: Own and execute the comprehensive product marketing strategy and unique value positioning for Bitpanda’s full crypto and advanced trading product suite. * Track and analyse funnel health and user behaviour across crypto investor segments, developing strategies to boost acquisition, activity, and retention. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives — from new product launches to ongoing campaigns and customer engagement programs. * Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, reinforce trust, and drive deeper engagement. * Set up reporting and analytics frameworks to measure adoption, retention, and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable strategies. WHO YOU ARE * Proven product marketing experience with a focus on crypto products. * Deep understanding of crypto user behaviour and market dynamic, paired with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing credibility. * Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience measuring funnel health and campaign performance. * Strong project management and collaboration skills, confident navigating across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams. * Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to differentiate Bitpanda’s crypto products in a competitive and fast-moving market. Let’s go!   Your mission As a Payment & Risk Operations Specialist at Bitpanda, your mission is to conduct pre-execution transaction monitoring to prevent exposure to financial crime and system abuse, applying first-principles reasoning to assess unusual activity by using evidence and data to balance risk and impact in a way that serves both the company and the user.   What you’ll do * Assess suspicious activity in fiat and crypto transactions; determine and take ownership of appropriate mitigation strategies. * Analyse blockchain data to inform risk decisions with actionable insights. * Provide direct customer support via email and live chat, ensuring clear and professional communication. * Collaborate with internal teams on escalated cases, ensuring SLA adherence and contributing to operational improvements. * Support senior team members by compiling insights on emerging fraud trends and assisting with relevant reporting.     Who you are * 4+ years of experience in risk, fraud, or payments operations, including at least 2 years focused on payments fraud prevention in crypto or fintech, with practical experience investigating transactions using blockchain intelligence tools.
