Farm Worker Our Public Coast Farm is not like most farms. Everything we grow, prune and harvest will be on our restaurant menus and our Farm Stand. The Farm Guest Experience Coordinator is a full-time, year-round position overseeing guest experiences at the farm and collaborating with external partners.   The position reports to the Farm Manager, and supports Owner initiatives, while supporting growth demands at the farm. The Perks *Eligibility of perks is dependent upon job status * Get Paid Daily (Make any day payday) * Paid Time Off (Because Balance Matters) * 401K Match (Free Money) * Values Based Culture (#OMGLIFE) * Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Coverage * Company Contributed HSA/FSA Plan * Discounted Lodging, Dining, Spa, Golf, and Retail (Yes, Discounted Travel!) * Employee Assistance Program  THE BRASS TACKS * Hand harvest blueberries. * Pick blueberries grown in rows in the fields and place blueberries into trays or buckets. * Use buckets attached to the body to pick blueberries from bushes. * Pick fruit according to grade, color, and size by gasping berries with fingers and removing berries so as not to harm adjacent berries or buds or bruise the picked berries. * Carry buckets, place berries from buckets into flats or trays, and/or pack directly into clamshells. * Assist in greenhouse with plants; picking, pruning, harvesting, maintaining produce at its peak. * Assist in any other areas where you might be needed for agricultural operations. * Removal of plants using hand tools such as shears and knives. * Cleaning and preparing greenhouse job site for planting of new crop. * Planting or transferring plants. * Load/unload products into trucks. * Fieldwork begins at assigned time shortly after daylight. The Nitty Gritty * Bilingual preferred * Use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and balance.  * Distinguish colors in order to perform color-specific select picking. * Must be able to climb a ladder with feet 5’ off the ground and reach above head. * Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs. * Able to bend, climb, sit, walk, twist, and kneel for prolonged periods. * Work may be performed during light rain and in high humidity and in temperatures up to 95 degrees.

This will include a high level of knowledge regarding native slang, phraseologies, and nuances of said language. * People Manager: No What you’ll do * Editing of a wide variety of computer games-related material, such as in-game text, templates, packaging, press releases, and all other marketing materials in the language of expertise. * Overseeing the QA process for all computer games and implement changes as needed by gaining a thorough knowledge of any computer game being localised in-house. * Editing of grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and language-specific slang in the language of expertise. * Ensuring consistency regarding the use of terminology and style in the language of expertise. * Reviewing, revising, and proofing all video game related contents. * Lead and support projects as required. * Collaborate with other languages in order to keep high level of standards/quality across all languages. * Support translators and coordinators as required. * Regular reporting of progress to in-house management.  What you’ll bring * Preferably three (3) to four (4) years of related professional experience. * Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience. * Must be detail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task various projects at the same time. * Must be a team worker. * Near-native level language skill of their localisation language and fluent English language skill is required. * Knowledge of local culture for language of expertise is required. * Previous experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus. * Demonstrated experience utilizing specialized technical programs to edit files is essential. * Experience with Word and Excel is required and ability to learn new programs is essential. * Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with unpredictable schedules and tight deadlines.  Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £37,300.00 - £48,700 per year. The full range is £37,300.00 - £65,300 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
