We’re looking for an exceptionally thoughtful, detail-driven Grant Delivery Specialist to lead high-quality grant research,
writing and review for our nonprofit partners.
You’ll help nonprofits access more funding, faster – identifying relevant opportunities, shaping strong applications and making
sure every draft is accurate, compelling and genuinely useful.

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and commercially curious Sales Representative to help nonprofits discover Goodstack GrantPilot. Goodstack GrantPilot is built to give nonprofits access to the kind of fundraising support many teams could never normally afford. GrantPilot is the first step in that mission: combining smart technology, targeted funding research, and a concierge-led experience to help nonprofits find and pursue more relevant funding opportunities. This is a brilliant role for someone who loves speaking with people, solving practical problems and helping mission-driven teams access opportunities they may never have found alone. AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: * Speak with inbound nonprofit leads and understand their goals, funding needs and readiness. * Run thoughtful discovery conversations across phone, email and video. * Help nonprofits understand how GrantPilot can support their fundraising ambitions. * Research and curate relevant funding opportunities based on each organisation’s profile. * Create a concierge-level experience from first touch through onboarding. * Keep HubSpot clean, accurate and useful. * Share customer insights with Sales and Product to improve our playbook, product and customer experience. * Help build the early GrantPilot sales motion as we learn, test and scale. AFTER 3 MONTHS, SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE: * You understand GrantPilot, our nonprofit customers and the funding challenges they face. * You’re confidently turning inbound interest into qualified conversations. * You’re building a healthy pipeline of engaged nonprofit prospects. * You’re creating value before the sale through useful, tailored funding insights. * You’re supporting smooth onboarding and giving customers a strong first experience. * You’re helping shape a repeatable sales playbook for GrantPilot. THIS ROLE IS A PERFECT MATCH FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE: * Based in or within commutable distance of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and are comfortable with regular in-person collaboration. * 1+ year of experience in sales, support, fundraising, partnerships or another customer-facing role. * Enjoy managing a busy pipeline and communicating across phone, email and video. * Ask great questions, listen closely and know how to spot where we can genuinely help. * Communicate clearly, warmly and with strong follow-through. * Are confident researching funding opportunities and turning information into useful recommendations. * Bring energy, curiosity and care to every customer conversation. * Are comfortable with ambiguity, pace and building things as we go. * Care about helping nonprofits succeed. * Are excited by how AI and technology can help small teams do more without losing the human touch. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION THAT REQUIRES ON-SITE PRESENCE IN THE SAN DIEGO, CA OFFICE. POSITION SUMMARY: St. Paul’s Senior Services is a mission‑driven nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through housing, healthcare, and supportive services. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Grant Writer is responsible for generating institutional funding by researching, writing, and managing grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and other funding entities. The Grant Writer uses strong writing skills, data analysis, and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence (AI) tools—to increase efficiency, strengthen narratives, and support accurate, timely grant submissions and reporting. This role also supports grant stewardship, compliance, and cross‑departmental collaboration to advance programs serving the senior community.
