Försvarsmaktens centrala flygsäkerhetsledning organiseras huvudsakligen i Flygstaben. I och med nya krav förområdena luftvärdighet och flygunderhåll kompletteras flygsäkerhetsledningen med en ny roll, Safety Manager. Rollen inrättas som ställföreträdare till Flygsäkerhetschefen i Flygstabens Safety-avdelning.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Som Safety Manager arbetar du på operativ och strategisk nivå i nära samverkan med luftvärdighetsorganisationer, tekniska chefer, verksamhetsansvariga och andra säkerhetsfunktioner inom Försvarsmakten.
Leda vidareutveckling och implementering av Safety Management System (SMS)
Utveckla och förvalta Flygstabens säkerhetsarbete inom luftvärdighet, CAMO, M, 145
Genomföra och följa upp säkerhetsriskanalyser inom CAMO & 145 verksamhet
Hantera och analysera säkerhetsrapporter, avvikelser och tillbud
Definiera och följa upp SPI inom luftvärdighet
Leda eller stödja säkerhetsutredningar inom luftvärdighet
Identifiera säkerhetstrender och föreslå riskreducerande åtgärder
Delta i säkerhetsforum, säkerhetsgranskningar och ledningsgenomgångar såsom Safety Review Board
Samordna säkerhetsrelaterade frågor mellan Flygstaben, flottiljer, verkstäder och andra berörda aktörer
Ansvara för utvecklingen av säkerhetskultur inom luftvärdighet
Utbilda organisationen inom SMS.
Nationella militära luftvärdighetsdirektiv
Säkerhetsstyrning enligt SMS-principer.
Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig
Flerårig erfarenhet från militär eller civil luftfartsverksamhet
Erfarenhet från CAMO / M / Part-145 verksamhet
Human Factors-utbildning
Erfarenhet av flygsäkerhetsarbete, riskhantering och luftvärdighet
God kunskap om Safety Management Systems (SMS)
God förmåga att analysera och värdera risker inom teknisk eller operativ flygverksamhet
God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet av att leda verksamhet, alternativt chefserfarenhet
B-körtkort

Du arbetar självständigt, har hög integritet och trivs i en roll där du bidrar till långsiktig utveckling av flygsäkerheten. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.
