Per Scholas seeks a Senior Director, Technical Training, to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technical upskilling
across the alumni training continuum and Per Scholas’ Career Accelerator. This leader owns the end-to-end product delivery
experience for alumni and external learners, ensuring high-quality, industry-aligned instruction that drives completion,
certification attainment, and ultimately job mobility.
You are both a technical and andragogical expert; someone who deeply understands how adults learn, how technical skills translate

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $80,000 - $ 95,000, where the difference in salary is typically
determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications
and experience.

DIRECTOR, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (HANDS-ON) WHAT YOU WILL DO As a hands-on Director of Software Engineering, you will lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive customer outcomes and business growth.
