What’s the Opportunity
The AR & Collections Manager owns the Company’s end-to-end accounts receivable and collections function, including the full
collections lifecycle, cash receipts, payment method optimization, unapplied payment resolution, new customer onboarding, and DSO
management. Operating in a high-volume SaaS billing environment with rapid customer growth, this role is responsible for building
a high-performing collections team, designing and driving achievement of collection goals, and implementing processes that scale.

SUMMARY: The Service Manager is responsible for owning client relationships, driving service revenue, and managing electrical service work from initial client contact through closeout and invoicing. This role blends account management, estimating, and project execution, requiring the ability to operate in fast-paced service environments where scopes are often conceptual, time-sensitive, and executed under T&M or small project contracts ($300 to $50k). The Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and is accountable for delivering high-quality service while maintaining schedule, cost control, and strong internal coordination with field and support teams. Description The Construction Manager is responsible for managing the Construction team at the branch level of construction personnel who are responsible for installing, servicing, repairing structures and major components and will schedule and oversee the installation of products. This individual will ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures as well as managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position will ensure that project/division milestones/goals are met according to approved budgets as well as promote and support our Mission Statement, our strategic intent, and Company policies and safety practices. Job Duties: * Verification the provision of all Installation personnel with a safe work environment. * Maintain a safe, clean, & organized workplace and oversee worksites / office. * Verify accurate daily records, Safety Inspections, Project Safety Forms (such as JSA’s, AHA’s, Meetings) of all work performed are being properly maintained/completed. * Develop / Maintain strong customer business relationships. * Emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control. * Conduct site safety audits. * Review of departmental costs and overhead expenses as needed to meet current budgetary goals. * Oversee and verify accurate estimating.
