The Regional Market Lead is the senior market-facing leader for the region, accountable for shaping and advancing Anthesis’
regional growth agenda while building a connected, high-performing, purpose-led employee community. This role is part of the
Anthesis Senior Leadership Team.
As the primary regional ambassador for Anthesis, the role leads market engagement, strategic client development, opportunity
creation, and regional collaboration to strengthen Anthesis’ market position and accelerate sustainable growth.
Success in the role is measured through regional growth performance, including CAGR, bookings growth, pipeline momentum, strategic
client expansion, and market positioning — alongside the strength of regional culture, community, and employee experience.
The role operates within Anthesis’ matrix model, working in close partnership with Global Business Line Leads, who own P&L,
revenue delivery, service offerings, technical capability, and delivery performance, and with Group enabling functions — including
Marketing, People & Development, Finance, Legal, and IT — to drive growth, strengthen regional execution, and ensure market
priorities are effectively translated into action.
A Career with Point72's Market Intelligence Team On our proprietary research team—Market Intelligence—you’ll partner with our investment professionals and Compliance team to work with alternative data to uncover insights about companies, industries, and the broader economy through deep fundamental research and applying data science and engineering techniques. You’ll work alongside a talented team with diverse skills, backgrounds, and perspectives. Our sector data analysts, data scientists, data managers, and engineers work together to build compliant research products that are incorporated into the research process of our investment professionals. We look for other bright, motivated, and collaborative people to join our team and grow with us—a majority of the leaders in our group were promoted from within. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Act as a forward-deployed solution architect: partner with EMEA Pods and business groups to identify high-value AI use cases, understand research workflows, and shape practical solution designs. Use lightweight proof-of-concepts selectively to validate value before larger build decisions. * Be the bridge between EMEA teams and the firm’s AI resources: turn messy team signal into concrete product and platform asks, surface existing firm capabilities before teams reinvent them, and help firm-wide teams understand regional priorities. * Lead the enablement motion through teach-ins, prompt and tool literacy, and best-practice sharing, helping teams move beyond “AI is new and exciting” towards “AI is how we work.” * Provide the light-touch technical support that unblocks a team—such as a quick integration or precise bug report—without owning or maintaining core production systems. * Track adoption and impact with simple metrics, and feed what is working back to the teams building firm-wide capabilities. WHAT'S REQUIRED * 3+ years of experience in a client-facing product, solution-engineering, or forward-deployed role. Early-stage or startup experience—working directly with users and moving quickly—is a strong plus. * A solid grasp of AI, solution design, and engineering best practices, with the judgement to assess feasibility and shape sound solutions. Comfort with Python, modern LLM and agentic tooling—including model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents—and SQL/data is expected; hands-on engineering experience is a plus. * A bachelor’s degree; a STEM background or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred. * A track record of gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating them into solutions people actually adopt. * Genuine interest in financial markets and how investment research gets done. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior investment professionals. * Strong product instinct, bias to action, high energy, and comfort operating with ambiguity. * Commitment to the highest ethical standards. WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. When you work here, we provide: * Private Medical and Dental Insurances * Generous parental and family leave policies * Volunteer opportunities * Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, people of colour and the LGBQT+ community * Mental and physical wellness programmes * Tuition assistance * Non-contributory pension and more ABOUT POINT72 Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A.
