ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of
businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's
most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was
$11B - multiples of 11, always.
monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are
researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact,
we want to hear from you.

About the role
As ElevenLabs continues to scale its global enterprise GTM motion, we're looking for a builder to define what world-class
enablement looks like at that scale. You'll own the strategy behind how we turn every rep - AE, AM, and SDR, in every region -
into a top performer: where we invest enablement time for maximum leverage, when and how we verticalize training by segment and
geography, and which metrics prove the work is paying off in pipeline, revenue, and behavior change.
You'll lead a global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement - setting
the strategic direction and measurement framework that enablement function leads build and deliver against. You'll operate with
full AI fluency, building automations applied directly to enablement workstreams and embedding AI fluency into the seller
curriculum.
This is a new role focused on taking our enablement function to its next phase of growth. You'll design the systems, standards,
and operating rhythm for enablement as we expand into new regions and segments. You'll partner cross-functionally - especially
with the product marketing team that owns customer-facing assets - while you own everything that makes our sellers great
internally: training, certification, and enablement infrastructure.
Requirements
to enable sellers across multiple use cases, buyer types, and platform plays
credibly to what reps are actually selling
AE, AM, and SDR teams
Location
This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the US or Europe, with the ability to operate across US and
European time zones. You're also welcome to work from our offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Dublin, or Warsaw. Minimal
travel is expected.

Establish feedback loops and ROI reporting across regions. * Partner with GTM and regional leadership Support product launches, market expansion, and pricing/packaging changes while equipping regional leaders and frontline managers to reinforce enablement locally. 👀 WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE: * 8+ years’ experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations Ideally across BDR, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success in high-growth, technical B2B environments. * Proven track record building scalable enablement programs Experience improving key outcomes such as field ramp time, win rates, deal quality, sales cycle velocity, and expansion performance. * Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message or similar frameworks, with evidence of driving practical adoption across teams. * Data-driven and systems-oriented mindset Comfortable using CRM, sales tooling, and performance data to diagnose gaps, influence behaviour, and improve execution. * Expertise in modern enablement technology Experience selecting, implementing, and scaling LMS platforms, AI coaching tools, conversation intelligence, content management, and sales engagement tools. * Exceptional cross-functional leadership Able to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success, acting as a strategic multiplier rather than a support function. * Strong narrative and communication skills Able to simplify complex technical products into compelling stories, messaging, and enablement assets for enterprise buyers. * Experience in complex technical GTM environments preferred Payments, fintech, infrastructure, SaaS, or API-first businesses are especially relevant. * Pragmatic, hands-on operator Brings strong ownership, bias to action, and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality in fast-scaling environments. ✅ A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS * An initial intro call with a Talent Partner * An interview with the Hiring Manager * Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role * A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. OUR BENEFITS 🌍 We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day one 💰 Competitive share options 🌴 Uncapped holiday, with 25 days minimum to be taken 🗣️ Co-working space access across major cities 📅 Workations & Company Retreat 💻 The best equipment for your role 🏠 £500 towards your home office setup 🔎 Generous learning budget 🏥 Private Medical Insurance 📈 A broad set of additional perks and benefits (depending on location) DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT? At Primer, we're dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply. You may be the right candidate for this or other roles. Primer is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and adopts a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, regardless of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, marriage and civil partnership, or any other background or belief.

Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > 🔍 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Own Primer's GTM intelligence layer Maintain and continuously improve the dashboards and data models at the core of how our GTM teams operate and make decisions. You'll identify gaps, build new views, and ensure the data our teams rely on is accurate, trusted, and acted upon - not just looked at. Keep the AI in our BI sharp Continuously train and improve our BI tool’s (Omni) AI model so that natural-language queries, whether through Omni directly or via Claude, return accurate, contextually aware results. You are the steward of how well our BI tool thinks. Partner with data engineering to optimise performance, and build what's missing Own and maintain the semantic data layer and transformation logic so that dashboards are fast, consistent, and built on a foundation that scales. Identify where missing data sources are limiting GTM intelligence and work with the data engineering team to build the pipelines that close those gaps. You understand the data landscape end-to-end and can make a clear case for what needs to be optimised or built. Surface pipeline and account intelligence Build models and dashboards that go beyond historical reporting - surfacing engagement signals, account health indicators, and expansion opportunities that help GTM reps prioritise the right actions at the right time. Partner with data engineering and product ops to embed analytic events across Primer's web and dashboard environments, capturing user and intent signals that bring a new layer of behavioural intelligence into GTM. Model Salesforce data correctly Ensure CRM data is well-structured, correctly modelled, and fully leveraged in reporting. Work with RevOps and GTM leadership to make sure what lives in Salesforce is trusted, clean, and meaningful, so that any reporting built on top of it actually reflects reality. Build models that drive revenue decisions Partner with RevOps to develop data models that calculate potential ROI for prospects evaluating Primer products, and build the forecasting infrastructure that improves the accuracy of payment volume and revenue projections. Own the GTM data foundation Define and maintain field definitions, naming conventions, and data quality standards across the GTM tech stack. Good AI starts with good data, and good data starts with clear governance. Build the AI context layer for GTM Create and maintain the shared knowledge infrastructure that gives AI tools, including Claude, the right context to produce high-quality outputs. You'll build and curate the GTM knowledge base that sits behind our AI. Build GTM AI workflows, with Claude at the core Work with GTM stakeholders, and Primer’s AI Strategy & Enablement Lead to spot processes where in-house AI workflows, skills and artifacts unlock real self-serve value. Build the more complex workflows hands-on, and upskill others to build the simpler ones themselves. Since Claude is central to AI at Primer, this includes enabling connectors to key business tools and building the skills that make Claude genuinely useful in a GTM role. Own adoption and impact, not just the build Shipping something is the start, not the finish. You own the rollout until it sticks, partnering with GTM Enablement on training and documentation so it lands inside existing enablement programmes rather than as a one-off. Collect feedback, iterate, and track and report on GTM AI use cases and their measurable impact. Promote self-serve data literacy Coach GTM stakeholders to explore data autonomously. Build the education and support that turns Omni from something people request help with into something they reach for themselves. Stay ahead of the AI landscape Proactively assess new AI tools and new features in Primer's existing tech stack. Make clear recommendations on what to adopt, pilot, or ignore. Ensure we're extracting full value from what we already pay for. 👀 WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE Solid data and analytics foundation 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, BI, or revenue operations role. You're comfortable working with complex datasets, building dashboards, and communicating what the numbers mean - without needing someone else to pull the data for you. SQL proficiency You write SQL fluently. Joins, window functions, aggregations - you can interrogate a data warehouse directly and know how to model data correctly, not just query it. Hands-on AI experience You use AI tools in your daily work, have built workflows or automations using LLMs, and understand enough about how they work to make them reliably useful rather than impressively unreliable. Strong understanding of APIs and MCPs You know how to retrieve data from APIs, trigger actions via them, and think in terms of integrations. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you're comfortable operating at the boundary between data and tooling. CRM data experience You understand how Salesforce (or similar CRM) data is structured, where it tends to go wrong, and how to model it for reliable reporting and AI consumption. Clear communicator with a coaching instinct You can explain data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly, and you care about building their capability - not just doing it for them. High autonomy in ambiguous environments You don't wait for the problem to be fully defined. You identify the opportunity, make a case for it, and go build it. ✅ NICE TO HAVE Payments or fintech experience Familiarity with the metrics, data models, and commercial dynamics of a payments or B2B SaaS business. Experience with dbt, Snowflake or similar data tooling You've worked alongside or within data engineering pipelines and understand how data gets from source to warehouse. Python or scripting proficiency Useful for data manipulation, automation, and building lightweight AI tools beyond what SQL alone can handle. Omni or comparable BI tool experience You've worked with a modern BI tool and understand how to get the best out of its AI layer. Prompt engineering practice You have a structured approach to prompt design and can teach others how to improve the quality of their AI interactions. As Head of Partnerships, you will own the strategic direction and commercial performance of the Thought Machine partner ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy and market expansion, you are responsible for ensuring our platform remains the central gravity for the modern financial stack. Starting with a team of five, you will work to ensure we identify and engage the right partners to become a seamless part of our customer offering. You will be the bridge between our internal product roadmap and the external commercial market, ensuring that our ecosystem accelerates sales cycles, opens new territories, and provides a complete, end-to-end solution for our clients big and small. Key duties: * Ecosystem Strategy & Architecture: Identify and prioritise partnership categories—from global payment networks to AI-driven specialists—that enhance our competitive position and solve critical customer needs. * Commercial Deal Architecture: Design and negotiate high-stakes commercial frameworks, including revenue-sharing and joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive measurable ARR growth for Thought Machine and our partners. * Team Leadership & Scaling: Manage and scale a high-performing team of five Partnership Managers, shifting the focus from "introductions" to "executed commercial outcomes" while building repeatable global processes. * Market-Product Alignment: Collaborate with Product Leads to ensure that third-party integrations are high-quality, reliable, and add immediate value to our core banking and payments products. * AI Opportunity & Productisation: Lead the strategy for integrating AI-first partners, ensuring their capabilities are leveraged to deliver the "predictive and personal" banking experiences our clients demand. * Partner Governance & Quality Control: Establish and enforce "Vault-Certified" standards, defining the technical and operational benchmarks partners must meet to ensure zero compromise on system resiliency and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA, SOC2). * Commercial Enablement & GTM: Develop the playbooks and sales enablement tools required to turn technical solutions and integrations into sellable product sets that accelerate sales cycles and open new territories. * Strategic Intelligence: Act as a primary feedback loop for the CPO, providing data-backed insights on market trends and competitor moves to inform "build-vs-buy-vs-partner" decisions. * Regional Expansion: Develop and execute partnership plans that support our growth in North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring our ecosystem is localised and compliant. * Performance & ROI Optimisation: Implement a rigorous framework for tracking ecosystem health, focusing on metrics such as partner-influenced pipeline, integration adoption, and impact on customer time-to-value. Who you are: * Strategic Growth Leader: Extensive experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Product Strategy within Fintech or Enterprise SaaS. You have a proven ability to use CRM data and market trends to quantify the impact of an ecosystem on sales velocity and LTV. * Commercially Driven: You have a track record of closing complex, multi-million pound deals and understand how to align technical product roadmaps with aggressive revenue targets. * Complex Stakeholder Navigator: You can effectively influence internal Engineering teams while simultaneously navigating the procurement, legal, and risk hurdles of Tier 1 global financial institutions. * Solution-Minded: You understand the modern financial technology landscape and can identify which combination of Thought Machine and partner tech solves a client’s problem most efficiently. * Effective Leader: You have experience managing and developing teams through rapid scale, focusing on clear accountability and the transition from a "deal-support" to a "market-making" model. * A Master Communicator: You navigate high-level negotiations with global incumbents and agile startups alike, building trust through clarity and commercial logic. Traits we value: * Commercial Rigour: You prioritise opportunities based on ROI, market demand, and strategic impact. * Ambitious Outlook: You are motivated by the challenge of replacing legacy banking tech and believe in the AI-powered future of finance. * Metrics Driven: You are able to set and enforce leading, present, and lagging metrics on performance, both for our partners and our team * Decisiveness: You are comfortable making high-stakes calls and moving at the pace of a Series E scale-up. * Directness: You value transparency and provide clear, actionable insights to your team and your peers. Benefits: * Highly competitive salary * Pension plan (match up to 5%) * Life insurance - three times annual salary * Competitive maternity (six months fully paid) and paternity leave (four weeks fully paid) * Shared parental leave (matched to our maternity leave for the same point in time) * 25 days holiday and bank holidays * Flexible working hours * Cycle-to-work scheme * Electric car scheme * Season ticket loan * Access to outstanding learning materials and courses * Sports and hobby clubs, subsidised by Thought Machine * All the latest tech you need * Start the day properly with fresh fruit and cereals * Huge range of healthy (and not-so-healthy) snacks, smoothies and drinks * A talented and experienced team as your colleagues * An environment where we encourage learning and progress * Two charity days a year * Weekly food pop-up We actively hire candidates who demonstrate technical excellence in their field and welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, providing everyone with equal access to professional development.
