Vi söker nu en strukturerad och drivande Site Maintenance Lead (underhållskoordinator) som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet. I denna roll ansvarar du för att planera, samordna och följa upp underhållsinsatser, vilket säkerställer hög tillgänglighet, säkerhet och effektivitet i produktionen.
Genom att arbeta nära produktion, teknik och övriga stödfunktioner får du en nyckelroll i att optimera underhållsprocesser och driva ständiga förbättringar. Dessutom kommer du att samarbeta tätt med Siemens Energy i Finspång, där du har löpande kontakt med underhållschefen och underhållsavdelningen.
Hur Du kommer att påverka
Planering och koordinering av förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll är centrala delar av din roll.
Effektiv resursplanering av personal, material och externa leverantörer säkerställs genom ditt arbete.
Uppföljning och analys av avvikelser, störningar och driftstopp ingår i dina ansvarsområden.
Drivande av förbättringsinitiativ inom underhåll och tillgänglighet är en viktig del av din påverkan.
Strukturerat arbete i underhållssystem och bidrag till utveckling av rutiner och arbetssätt är avgörande för framgång.
Vad Du medför
Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom teknik, underhåll eller produktion (t.ex. ingenjör, YH eller motsvarande).
Erfarenhet av underhållsarbete inom industri eller tillverkningsmiljö.
God förståelse för produktionsprocesser och tekniska system.
Erfarenhet av underhållsplanering och/eller koordinerande roller.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Du kommer att arbeta i ett dynamiskt team inom divisionen Gas Services, där vi erbjuder energilösningar med noll eller låga utsläpp. Teamet fokuserar på service, modernisering och digitalisering av våra gasturbiner, ångturbiner och generatorer. Tillsammans strävar vi efter att minska klimatavtrycket och skapa hållbara energilösningar.
Inom divisionen Gas Services erbjuder vi energilösningar med noll eller låga utsläpp baserat på våra gasturbiner samlade under ett tak och tillsammans med ångturbiner samt generatorer. Genom service, modernisering och digitalisering av den levererade flottan skapar vi möjligheter för ett minskat klimatavtryck.
