Your Role at Eye * You will own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing. * You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners (broker and MSP), ensuring strong engagement, enablement, and deal progression. * You will build and maintain pipeline mainly through partner engagement and follow-up on marketing and partner leads. * You will apply solution selling principles: identify customer pain points, sell the value of minimizing risk, and articulate why Eye’s solutions are worth the investment. * You will recognize opportunities for market growth within your assigned region and partner ecosystem. * You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events. Who You Are * You have experience in a commercial development role, with exposure to cybersecurity or software sales and a solid foundation in customer discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations. * You are eager to learn about selling IT infrastructure solutions or managed services and understand how value can be created through reliability, risk reduction, and business continuity, not just cost. * You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and are comfortable building relationships with customers and internal or external partners. * You have an interest in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar) and are motivated to apply them in practice. * You are proactive, motivated, and take ownership of your work, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. * You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time. About this role As a Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you’ll take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio from day one. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building strong client partnerships, and knows how to drive long-term value. You’ll design and execute success strategies, guide customers through onboarding and adoption, and ensure they get maximum impact from our cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams, acting as the voice of the customer and a key driver of retention and growth. If you excel at turning insights into action and enjoy shaping the customer journey end to end, this role is for you. What You’ll Do * Lead and build relationships: Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies that increase adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention. * Spot opportunities & drive growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and uncovering additional value. * Be the voice of the customer: Advocate for your customers internally and help influence product and service improvements through their feedback. * Collaborate for success: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences. * Use data to fuel decisions: Track customer health metrics and transform insights into actionable strategies that strengthen relationships and outcomes. What You Bring * You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong track record of driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. * You communicate clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English, and you’re comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations. * You’re highly analytical, able to turn data into actionable insights, and experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. * You bring a customer-obsessed mindset, always looking to understand their challenges and help them unlock long-term value. * You’re tech-savvy, and experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similar environment is a strong plus. About this role We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist (f/m/x) to join our Security Operations team and help protect our clients from real-world cyber threats. In this role, you will investigate complex security incidents, support incident response engagements, and act as a senior escalation point within our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will work closely with our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) team, support customers during high-pressure situations, and help improve the processes and playbooks that keep our operations running effectively. This position combines hands-on investigation work, client communication, and operational ownership in a fast-growing cybersecurity company. What you will do • Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including business email compromise, account compromise, ransomware, and other security threats. • Act as a senior escalation point for complex alerts and investigations within the SOC. • Take ownership of complex investigations, Business Email Compromise (BEC) cases, and other escalated incidents. • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, guiding them through investigations, remediation activities, and security incidents. • Support MDR operations and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. • Collaborate with internal teams including Security Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Product. • Improve internal playbooks, documentation, processes, and tooling to strengthen our security operations. • Contribute to initiatives such as automation, threat intelligence, and operational improvements. What you will need • Proven experience in Security Operations (SOC), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Incident Response (IR), DFIR, CSIRT, CERT, or similar cybersecurity environments. • Experience investigating and responding to security incidents independently. • Strong understanding of modern attack techniques, incident response methodologies, and security operations. • Experience working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments, EDR solutions, SIEM platforms, and cloud infrastructure. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and structured during high-pressure situations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity to investigate root causes and improve processes. • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates, customers, and internal stakeholders. • Fluency in Dutch and English. • Residence in the Netherlands. • Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Nice-to-have • Experience investigating Business Email Compromise (BEC) incidents. • Experience with digital forensics, threat hunting, or threat intelligence. • Experience creating playbooks, documentation, or operational procedures. • Experience mentoring junior analysts or acting as a technical escalation point.
