Assignment Description We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist What You Will Work On Execute IT infrastructure migration activities as part of a large global integration project. Perform Active Directory domain migrations and user migrations. Replace, configure, deploy, and support Windows laptops for end users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise devices. Support Microsoft 365 services and enterprise workplace technologies. Manage endpoint deployment and administration using Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, or similar solutions. Provide technical support for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting rooms, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot user access issues, permissions, MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), and corporate applications. Support onboarding activities for new ERP, business, and corporate systems. Work within structured ITSM processes using platforms such as ServiceNow. Produce and maintain technical documentation and support change management activities. Collaborate with local users, global IT teams, and project stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle. Support IT operations across office, laboratory, and light manufacturing environments. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient workplace IT services during migration and transition activities. What You Bring Senior-level experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise IT operations. Proven experience with Active Directory, domain migrations, and user migration projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and enterprise desktop environments. Experience with laptop replacement, client deployment, installation, configuration, and end-user support. Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, or equivalent. Good understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting room technology, and peripheral devices. Experience troubleshooting authentication, permissions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise applications. Experience supporting onboarding and migration to ERP, business, or corporate systems. Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and structured incident, request, and change management processes. Strong documentation skills and understanding of IT change management. Experience from Life Science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with end users as well as global IT teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

DEINE AUFGABEN * Du stellst die Stabilität, Performance, und Weiterentwicklung unserer On-Premises- und Cloud-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Virtualisierung, M365/Azure) sicher. * Leitung und Koordination des IT-Supports: Steuerung intern und extern. * Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten (Upgrades, Migrationen, Resilienzverbesserungen) mit transparenter Kommunikation gegenüber den Stakeholdern. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior IT Manager bei sicherheitsrelevanten Themen (Backup/DR, Zugriffsverwaltung, sichere Konfigurationen) zur Unterstützung von ISO 27001, NIS2 und KRITIS. * Anlage und Pflege von Dokumentation (Runbooks, Diagramme, Wissensdatenbank) sowie u.U. fachliche Anleitung der Werkstudentin/des Werkstudenten. DEIN PROFIL Must-have: * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (z. B. als Systemadministrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Support Lead, IT-Ops-Lead). * Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Windows Server/AD, Netzwerk (idealerweise Cisco Meraki), Virtualisierung (z. B. Proxmox), Cloud (vorzugsweise Azure), Backup & Recovery. * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern/MSPs sowie die Bereitschaft, die Support-Landschaft effizienter zu gestalten. * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen. Vom Kontakt mit Endnutzern bis zur Abstimmung mit dem Management. * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) für die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Dienstleistern, Behörden und Partnern sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.   Nice-to-have: * Erfahrung in Umgebungen mit ISO 27001 / NIS-2 / KRITIS. * Erfahrung in der Verbesserung von Helpdesk-Prozessen (z.
