PARTNER AGENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Remote (U.S.) · Independent Contractor (1099) · Full-Time, 40 hrs/week ABOUT 55PLACES.COM 55places.com is the nation's trusted resource for people 55 and older searching for their next home. We pair in-depth, unbiased community data with a hand-selected network of real estate agents who specialize in active adult and 55+ communities — only 2% of agents who apply are accepted into our Partner Agent Program. Our team works behind the scenes to support that agent network so home buyers get expert guidance every step of the way. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Partner Agent Operations Specialist to support our Sales Management team and the real estate agents in our Partner Agent Program. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll be a key point of contact for our partner agents, keep our reporting and systems accurate and current, and help our program run smoothly day to day. You'll work independently in a fully remote capacity, with good judgment about what to handle yourself and when to loop in your manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Monitor a shared team inbox and internal support ticket queue, responding directly to routine questions from partner agents and routing anything else to the right teammate. * Serve as a first point of contact for partner agents on day-to-day questions, escalating performance or compliance concerns to leadership as needed. * Review and approve or deny community and agent reviews submitted through our platform. * Coordinate scheduling and administrative support for agent webinars, trainings, and events, including communicating with and reminding agents as needed. * Prepare reports and outreach related to agent performance trends (e.g., low sales activity or missed appointments) as directed by leadership. * Support the administrative process around agent status changes — including sending notifications and updating market assignments when an agent is paused or reinstated. * Maintain strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to pull, review, and distribute sales and performance reports. * Conduct regular reviews of sales and closing data to catch errors, discrepancies, and needed follow-ups. * Partner with our accounting team on payment follow-up and monthly sales data entry. * Complete monthly data-quality audits across internal tracking systems. * Monitor agent training completion and flag gaps for follow-up outreach. * Use HubSpot (or a similar platform) to support agent-facing communications, campaigns, and outreach efforts. * Monitor and update partner agent resources and support channels. * Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the sales team as needed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including building and interpreting reports. * Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing/communications platform. * Strong written communication skills — comfortable corresponding directly with clients and partners over email. * Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote role with minimal oversight. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of owning processes end-to-end. * Good judgment for triaging issues: knowing what to resolve directly versus when to escalate. * Comfortable learning and using AI tools (we use Claude as part of our daily workflow). JOB DETAILS * Independent Contractor (1099) position. * Full-time hours: 40 hours/week. * Fully remote. * Reports to the Senior Sales Manager.
