We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist
What You Will Work On
Execute IT infrastructure migration activities as part of a large global integration project.
Perform Active Directory domain migrations and user migrations.
Replace, configure, deploy, and support Windows laptops for end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise devices.
Support Microsoft 365 services and enterprise workplace technologies.
Manage endpoint deployment and administration using Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, or similar solutions.
Provide technical support for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting rooms, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot user access issues, permissions, MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), and corporate applications.
Support onboarding activities for new ERP, business, and corporate systems.
Work within structured ITSM processes using platforms such as ServiceNow.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and support change management activities.
Collaborate with local users, global IT teams, and project stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
Support IT operations across office, laboratory, and light manufacturing environments.
Ensure stable, secure, and efficient workplace IT services during migration and transition activities.
What You Bring
Senior-level experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise IT operations.
Proven experience with Active Directory, domain migrations, and user migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and enterprise desktop environments.
Experience with laptop replacement, client deployment, installation, configuration, and end-user support.
Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, or equivalent.
Good understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting room technology, and peripheral devices.
Experience troubleshooting authentication, permissions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise applications.
Experience supporting onboarding and migration to ERP, business, or corporate systems.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and structured incident, request, and change management processes.
Strong documentation skills and understanding of IT change management.
Experience from Life Science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with end users as well as global IT teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role As a Microsoft System Administrator & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be part of our IT Operations team, working closely with Helpdesk and Linux Admins, Network Engineers, and the wider Cybersecurity function, as well as the rest of the business teams.
