We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Program Lead
What You Will Work On
Lead the Architecture, Security, and Responsible AI workstream within a strategic Data & AI program
Plan, coordinate, and monitor workstream activities, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables
Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans
Define and implement target architecture, architecture principles, and reference architectures
Establish AI governance, model governance, and Responsible AI frameworks
Develop architecture guardrails for secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions
Coordinate enterprise, domain, and solution architects across the program
Drive collaboration with security teams, platform teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and program management
Ensure compliance with information security, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Manage governance, risk assessments, dependency tracking, and mitigation activities
Produce decision documents, impact assessments, architecture documentation, and executive status reports
Facilitate architecture forums, planning workshops, governance meetings, and steering committee discussions
Monitor delivery quality and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and governance models
Support secure adoption of Data, AI, and Agentic AI solutions across the organization
Drive continuous improvements in architecture, governance, security, and AI best practices
What You Bring
Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale programs, projects, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong experience in Data & AI Transformation, IT Architecture, or Digital Transformation
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including architects, security specialists, and technical experts
Strong knowledge of AI, Responsible AI, and AI Governance
Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture, and Solution Architecture
Experience establishing governance models and architecture principles
Strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, identity management, and privacy
Experience working with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
Experience with risk management, dependency management, and program governance
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans
Experience coordinating enterprise-wide architecture and security initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

The Position We are strengthening our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team with a strategic architect who will play a key role in shaping the AI and Data landscape across Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE). You will contribute to the full Enterprise Architecture model while focusing on direction, principles and guardrails that support scalable, harmonised and business-aligned development. This is a strategic EA role. You will not implement data pipelines or AI models, instead, you will drive alignment, support architectural and investment decisions, and guide the AI program, the Data team, Solution Architecture and business stakeholders by providing structure, direction and decision support. You will work in close collaboration with established AI, Data and Security capabilities, meaning you will not be expected to be the deepest expert in every area, but rather someone who can connect perspectives and shape a coherent architecture. In this role, you report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture. Your Responsibilities Contribute to and shape enterprise-level AI and Data architecture principles, target states and reference patterns. Drive direction for Information and Data architecture, including data domains, information structure, interoperability and ownership models. Ensure alignment between business needs, AI initiatives, data platforms and the EA model. Translate business and transformation into architectural guidance and support decision-making in relevant governance and investment forums. Collaborate with the AI program, Data team, Solution Architects, CISO and Legal to support scalable, secure and compliant solutions. Contribute to architecture governance and reviews from an AI and data perspective. Support business areas in exploring and scaling data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities. YOUR IMPACT The experienced Clinical Program Manager will help to lead the transition of our internal programs from pre-IND to clinical trial execution. Reporting to the Program Lead, this critical role will work with the cross-functional global team to drive clinical trial execution, managing timelines, risks, budgets and vendor partnerships. They will leverage AI and emerging technologies to ensure efficient outcomes with a high probability of success. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Project planning and execution: Develop and own integrated project plans that track operational strategy, timelines, risks and dependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment between clinical objectives and company goals. * Cross-functional leadership and communication: Act as the central point of contact ensuring high performance and alignment among the cross-functional clinical trial team. * Lead project team meetings ensuring effective information sharing, decision making and documentation. * Collaborate with preclinical program managers as well as AI/ML and data science teams to identify and implement new solutions to increase speed, scale and probability of success. * External Partnerships: Oversee and manage a network of external vendors, CROs, partners and collaborators including budgets, timelines and key deliverables. * Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on clinical study execution and portfolio management. * Proactively and in real-time help teams to problem solve and identify issues that impact key deliverables, timelines and budgets. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL: * You must have a proven track record of managing a clinical program from IND through late stage clinical development, within expected timelines and budgets. * Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders internally as well as external vendors and collaborators. Excellence in building relationships in both settings. * Highly organized with experienced managing large budgets and complex interdependent timelines using project management tools. * Strong sense of urgency and accountability to operate in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities. * Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. * Willingness and ability to motivate and hold accountable, interdisciplinary teams and vendors. General Responsibilities Program Governance & Delivery Oversight * Own end-to-end program governance — establishing the PMO structure, governance forums, and reporting cadences. Qualifications & Experience * 5+ years of program management experience managing large-scale digital transformation, Automation, or AI/ML programs. * Experience with UiPath migrations * Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people across multiple concurrent workstreams. * Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks; comfortable operating in hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments. * Experience with program financials — budget ownership, P&L tracking, and commercial/contract management. * Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills — able to adapt style for engineering teams, business sponsors, and C-suite audiences.
