and promote extraordinary iGaming brands. Bethard.com offers online casino and sports betting through
several brands and employs staff from various countries. We are currently looking for a Swedish Speaking
Customer Support Agent who will fit in our fantastic dream team.
Responsibilities
. Interact with customers; assisting them and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via live
chat, e-mail and telephone.
. Work closely together with the payments team
. Work within the Bethard.com team, support colleagues and contribute to an awesome working

Your responsibilities: Credit Application Processing: * Review and evaluate incoming credit applications using our internal tools. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation. * Follow internal guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the process. System & Process Feedback: * Identify recurring issues, system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points. * Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads. * Track anomalies and escalate issues with clear summaries (steps to reproduce, expected/actual outcomes, screenshots, etc.). Conversion & Quality Focus: * Spot patterns that may affect approval rates or customer experience. * Suggest improvements to workflows, rules, or system logic. * Maintain high throughput without sacrificing attention to detail or compliance. Collaboration: * Work closely with the Credit, Product, and Communications Team * Communicate findings clearly and contribute to cross-functional discussions on improving the application journey. 🧠 Qualifications & Skills Experience: * 1–2 years experience in fintech operations, underwriting support, KYC/KYB, QA, customer operations, or similar roles. * Experience working with internal tools, multi-step workflows, or case management systems. Technical & Analytical Abilities: * High system literacy; comfortable learning complex internal tools quickly. * Strong pattern recognition and analytical thinking. * Ability to differentiate between user error, data inconsistency, and actual system faults. Soft Skills * Exceptional attention to detail and structured working style. * Strong written communication—able to summarise issues succinctly. * Proactive mindset with a natural curiosity for how systems and processes work. * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes. Bonus Skills * Experience in credit products, consumer lending, or financial regulations. * Exposure to QA workflows, bug reporting, or user journey testing. * Knowledge of basic metrics (e.g., approval rate, drop-off points, SLAs). The company has developed a groundbreaking cloud service for transportation companies. They have customers all over the world. They are experiencing strong demand of their product and because of that they need to strengthen their 1st line support team with a Spanish and English speaking support agent. This position is in Linköping and you need to work from the office. About you ● You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think “outside the box”. ● You possess great computing skills and are interested in all things technical. ● You provide a high level of customer service and have a full understanding of its importance. ● You are a curious and fast learner. ● You communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. This is considered an entry-level position and although we don’t believe that you need specific qualifications to succeed in this role, it is very important that you are interested in tech, and have a basic understanding of computing, cloud-based services, and mobile technology. About the position As a 1st line support agent, no two days will look the same. Your daily focus will be to help our customers through phone, web chat and email. You will help our customers solving their problems and making sure they have the correct settings on their account. Over time, you will become an expert in the system and point of contact for anyone internally, you’ll be providing operational and technical support to teams across all of our departments. The working hours will be normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
