Technical Project Engineer - France, Benelux & Africa

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking to expand our team of Technical Project Leaders (TPLs) to oversee exciting

international projects and collaborate closely with customers across France, Benelux and Africa.

As Technical Project Leader, you’ll be guiding customer orders from the very beginning through to commissioning. This involves

coordinating with sales, production, and service teams, preparing system documentation and drawings, and performing technical

computations and risk assessments to ensure safe and seamless implementation. A big part of your work will also involve supporting

customers directly during project implementation, often on-site. You can expect to travel around 30 days per year, giving you the

chance to build strong customer relationships and see your projects come to life firsthand.

For this position, we are looking for someone skilled at problem-solving, committed to their work, and not afraid to put in extra

effort when needed. You are known for your attention to detail, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility. While

you are comfortable both leading independent projects and contributing to team efforts, you excel in collaborations. Your

awareness of quality and proficiency in structured environments are evident strengths.

We are looking for candidates with 2-10 years of experience in the manufacturing or construction industries. In this recruitment
