SNS is one of the world's leading sneaker retailers, with stores in Paris, Berlin, London and Stockholm, and an e-commerce
platform that drives the majority of our business.
For more than 25 years, SNS has existed at the intersection of sneakers, music, basketball, art, design and contemporary culture.
We're looking for a Tech Lead to join our Stockholm team and help drive the next chapter of SNS's technology.

Salary Range: 45 000 sek - 55 000 sek
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for making technology work across SNS — today and in the future.
It's a broad, hands-on role: one day you might help a colleague with their computer or troubleshoot an integration issue between
Business Central and Shopify; the next you could be evaluating how to improve our PIM or using AI to fundamentally change how a
team works.
You won't be expected to build every solution yourself, but you will be expected to understand our technology landscape, take
ownership, find solutions and know when specialist expertise is needed.
Technology at SNS should ultimately create a better customer experience, a better business, or ideally both.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Everyday IT & operations — M365, Entra, onboarding/offboarding, hardware, store technology, POS, networks, licences and
security. Help colleagues solve everyday technology problems and resolve as much as reasonably possible internally.
- Business systems — Own and improve our understanding of Business Central, Shopify, PIM, POS, integrations, APIs and
inventory/order flows. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and improve data quality and system reliability.
- AI adoption — Drive and enable the use of AI across SNS. Identify practical opportunities together with Finance, Logistics,
E-Commerce, Retail, Marketing and Sales & Buying, while helping teams become confident using AI themselves to solve problems,
analyse information, develop ideas and work more effectively.
- Larger initiatives — Lead projects such as PIM, ERP or Shopify development, new omnichannel capabilities, logistics technology
and new customer and retail experiences.
- Budget & partners — Own the technology budget, build business cases, select and negotiate with suppliers, manage external
partners and ensure critical knowledge and documentation stay within SNS.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a technically capable generalist with a few years of solid experience and a proven ability to take ownership.
Someone who's curious about both technology and business, and who:
Has a strong understanding of business systems, integrations and data flows.
Has experience from retail, e-commerce or a related consumer business.
Can troubleshoot technical and operational problems independently.
Has worked with suppliers, consultants or development partners.
Has commercial understanding and can evaluate technology investments.
Has a genuine interest in AI and how it can change the way organisations work.
Is fluent in English.
Experience with M365/Entra, Business Central, Shopify, PIM, POS, APIs, automation, AI and information security is valuable — but
expertise in everything is not required.
You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable discussing the difference between REST and GraphQL, investigating
why data doesn't match between two systems, and working your way towards the root cause of a technical problem.
