About the job
You will lead the development of modern skills and learning strategies, connecting skills, performance, and business priorities. You will ensure we build the right capabilities for today and tomorrow—moving from course-based learning to a skills-based, continuous development approach. You will collaborate and support one Learning technology Lead, and one Learning Product Lead but also be expected to drive a collaboration forum with learning teams in our business areas and divisions.
Job responsibilities
Define and lead global skills and learning strategy aligned with business priorities
Leverage AI to identify skill gaps, emerging capabilities and improve workforce development
Ensure strong integration between skills, learning, performance and talent processes
Define how learning impact is measured, focusing on capability, performance and business outcomes
Use data and insights to continuously improve learning and skills investments
As a team lead, support and develop a small, senior expert team
Drive collaboration across Sandvik and utilize our great people working with learning in Business Areas and divisions
Location and flexibility
The location is preferably Stockholm or Sandviken but can be flexible for the right candidate
Your profile
With a strong interest in people development and organizational transformation, you combine leadership experience with a structured and curious mindset. You understand how to translate strategy into impactful learning initiatives and enjoy working closely with stakeholders.
Experience working with skills frameworks or driving skills-based transformation
Strong data-driven mindset and understanding of how AI is shaping skills, learning and workforce development

Leadership experience with ability to guide and develop expert teams, but not necessarily managerial experience.
Experience of working in a decentralized structure with Learning
Relevant university degree

THE ROLE As Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening and scaling Mindler's finance function as we continue to grow internationally. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead our accounting team, ensure accurate, high-quality financial reporting across multiple markets, and play a key role in developing an accounting function that scales with our business. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Financial Reporting & Close Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across our entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You'll oversee group consolidation and ensure compliance with K3, IFRS, and local GAAP. Accounting Operations Lead day-to-day accounting operations while continuously improving processes, controls, and ways of working to support a growing international business. Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across our markets, maintain a strong internal control environment, and coordinate external audits. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the CFO and colleagues across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to support business growth, improve processes, and provide accounting expertise on key business initiatives. Systems & Data Drive the continued development of our accounting systems and tools, improving efficiency, data quality, and scalability as we grow. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who thrives in a growing and complex business, who enjoys improving, simplifying, and building better ways of working and who takes accountability and ownership. You'll likely bring: * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional accounting qualification is a plus). * Solid accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. * Experience from an international, multi-entity environment. * Experience from both a larger organisation and a fast-growing company. * Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting and close processes. * A pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance accuracy, structure, and business needs in a fast-moving environment. * Experience working with ERP systems and driving process improvements. * A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others. * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders. * Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
