🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our intelligent WFM platform. You will take full end-to-end
ownership of our Analytics strategy, ensuring your cross-functional team delivers the right product with the right priorities
aligned with business goals. You bring the strategic weight to bring senior stakeholders along, elevate our internal product
processes, and act as a force multiplier for the team.
📝 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set Strategy & Drive Process: Define and own the multi-year evolution of Quinyx Analytics (embedded reporting, self-serve, and
Data-as-a-Service), setting high standards for modern product discovery and delivery.
- Ruthless Alignment: Partner closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and cross-functional PM peers to align
competing priorities into a clear, ROI-driven roadmap—mastering the balance between customer feature requests and internal
operational data assets.
- Market & Commercial Expansion: Identify and validate high-impact market requirements across global verticals to directly drive
commercial growth and product adoption.
- Harness AI & Modern Workflows: Leverage cutting-edge AI and LLM tools to supercharge your personal discovery, documentation,
and product workflows, setting the benchmark for modern product management at Quinyx.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Senior Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving complex SaaS products from
discovery to scale.
- Deep 'Data as a Product' Expertise: Demonstrated experience owning data products, analytics suites, data pipelines,
Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), or data APIs.
- Strong Product Process & Drive: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in ambiguity, establishes clear
product frameworks, and proactively turns chaos into structured roadmaps.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to say "no" constructively, negotiate
tradeoffs, and bring cross-functional stakeholders along.
AI Power-User: Practical, hands-on experience using LLM tools to accelerate your day-to-day PM processes and product intuition.
