Now, we're looking for a Capital Expert to take end-to-end ownership of our capital framework and act as the bank's trusted
internal advisor whenever capital considerations shape strategy, new products, or business decisions.
You'll own Brocc's capital framework end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with CRR, CRD and Swedish FSA capital regulations while
working closely with the Board, ALCO, executive management and the regulator. In practice, that means:
Finance and the business, and presenting the outcome to executive management and the Board.
recovery options, plus the annual update and testing cycle.
requirements, and documenting interpretations so they're applied consistently.
concrete actions.
new transactions, products and initiatives affect capital consumption.
Capital Planning process, internal capital limits, triggers and early warning indicators.
eligibility under CRR, and handling calls, redemptions and permission applications to the Swedish FSA.

You know capital regulation deeply enough to form a view and defend it. You're structured and precise in quantitative work, you
translate complex capital topics into clear, decision-ready insight for senior stakeholders, and you have the confidence and
integrity to hold a well-reasoned position in front of the Board and the regulator.
