Som Master Data & Compliance Specialist får du en central roll i att säkerställa att kundmasterdata hanteras korrekt, spårbart och i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och interna regelverk. Rollen kombinerar operativt arbete med ett tydligt ansvar för intern kontroll, riskhantering och kontinuerlig utveckling av processer och rutiner. Du blir verksamhetens specialist inom området och arbetar nära flera interna funktioner samtidigt som du har löpande kontakt med externa aktörer såsom myndigheter och kommuner. Rollen innebär inget personalansvar, men ett stort specialistansvar och goda möjligheter att påverka hur området utvecklas framåt.
Som Master Data & Compliance Specialist ansvarar du för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i kundmasterdata och att verksamheten följer regulatoriska krav. Rollen omfattar både operativt och utvecklande arbete och innebär bland annat att:
Äga och utveckla processer för kundregister och kundmasterdata.
Säkerställa att kunddata och tillhörande dokumentation är korrekt, uppdaterad och spårbar.
Kvalitetssäkra komplexa kundärenden och identifiera risker kopplade till datakvalitet och regelefterlevnad.
Planera och genomföra interna kontroller, stickprov och uppföljningar samt säkerställa att avvikelser hanteras.
Tolka regelverk och omsätta dessa i praktiska rutiner och arbetssätt.
Ansvara för administrativa och operativa delar av egenkontrollprogram kopplat till partihandelstillstånd för tobak.
Sammanställa underlag inför tillsyn, revision och myndighetsgranskningar.
Vara en viktig kontaktperson gentemot myndigheter, kommuner och interna intressenter i frågor som rör regelefterlevnad.
Vi söker dig som
Har erfarenhet från en reglerad eller tillståndspliktig verksamhet, exempelvis inom tobak, alkohol, läkemedel, spel eller finans.
Har arbetat med kundregister eller masterdata där kvalitet och regelefterlevnad varit affärskritiskt.
Har erfarenhet av intern kontroll, compliance eller andra regelstyrda processer.
Har god förståelse för hur regelverk påverkar verksamhetens risker och tillstånd.
Är van att tolka regelverk och omsätta dem till praktiska arbetssätt.
Arbetar strukturerat, analytiskt och noggrant med hög kvalitet i dokumentation och administration.

Embedded Security Project Manager – Global Clients - Sweden * Location: Sweden - Remote * Travel: Regular site travel required * Salary: 900,000SEK - 1.1M SEK Purpose This role strengthens delivery capability across large‑scale data centre and critical infrastructure programmes for a major global technology customer. Operating as an embedded technical specialist, the Security Project Manager leads the on‑site coordination, technical validation, and integrated deployment of physical and electronic security systems. The role blends project delivery, engineering oversight, on‑site presence, and system verification not traditional commercial project management. You will support in‑country project managers and partner with construction, MEP, network, and global security teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and handed over to the highest standards. Major Responsibilities Technical Security Delivery * Deliver the full lifecycle of physical and electronic security elements within data centre and critical infrastructure projects. * Oversee technical installation quality, system integration accuracy, device placement, panel wiring, and alignment to global standards. * Support site surveys, verify existing conditions, and collaborate with local teams to scope and document technical requirements.
