We’re looking for a Lead Server Developer to join the Angry Birds 2 team in Stockholm, to work and directly impact the future of our biggest game. In this role you will be a key owner and a driver for the technical direction of our server-side logic, working closely with our Technical Director to evolve the game backend.
Your mission is to support our game’s ability to scale with both new players and new larger features. You will be bringing smart long term solutions while daily contributing to the codebase yourself. You will also act as the bridge between the game team and our central tech departments, ensuring our backend is as robust as it is innovative.
If you’re an expert developer with a heart for mentorship and a desire to lead, we’ll provide the environment for you to flourish. Our team works in an amazing office at the heart of Stockholm and hope you would like to join us here. If not in Sweden, we are able to provide relocation support.
Our stack includes but is not limited to Claude Code, C#, ASP.NET, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS Bedrock, EKS and RDS.

The Role We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our internal team at the Stockholm office. You will be working in an internal facing infrastructure team focusing on innovation and supporting builders at Netlight. You will design, build, and operate secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS, and lead Kubernetes initiatives. You will automate wherever possible, improve our internal platforms, and collaborate closely across locations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Our Cloud Infrastructure team supports consultants by facilitating access to the latest AI-models to simplify operations, optimize performance, and free up time for what truly matters — delivering value to clients. With your help, we aim to: Bring one of our cloud environments Azure up to a professional standard. Restructure our subscription setup and rework permission concepts to improve control and compliance across our tenant. Build new systems to replace legacy components—and own what we build long term.
The Role: Business Development & Growth At Netlight, people are the business. Our continued success depends on our ability to grow with the right individuals—those who challenge, inspire, and build our future. We’re now looking for a new colleague to our People & Growth team to take on one of the most central responsibilities in our company: driving growth by recruiting the best people to Netlight. You will lead and own the full journey of every recruitment process—from first conversation to a successful start—with high exposure across the organization. You’ll work closely with consultants and leadership to understand what the business needs next, and make it happen. The work is hands-on, analytical, project driven, people-centric and business-critical. As part of the People & Growth team on the long term, you’ll also contribute to Netlight’s development in areas like mentorship, retention, our value proposition, and themes such as equality and culture. You’re not here to fill roles—you’re here to build the company. OR The role: Sales and Growth Your main responsibility will be around technical sales. The role involves finding and establishing new clients and engagements, manoeuvring existing client engagements, as well as collaborating closely with consultants at Netlight to find a great match between Netlighters and client engagements. You will work closely within sales and business development along with hands-on engagement with venture capital, start-ups and other exciting projects. You will be a part of building one of the most successful tech consultancy companies in Europe, with hundreds of tech companies as clients. To fit into this role you will probably be a person who is driven by exploring the tech market, helping people unleash their potential, and building Netlight.
