Internship: Publishing Coordinator (French-speaking)

As a publishing coordinator intern, you will play a key role in our communication team where you are responsible for how our
customers' content is presented on our French website Topformation.fr.
You will have an active role in implementing actions to deliver customer satisfaction and success. Please note that the language
to be used in the communication to our audience and market is in French!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Publishing client information and course pages on the site
Managing publishing priorities, processes and workloads
Interacting with the sales team on client content-related issues
Writing original content for the clients profile and make sure their pages look perfect on the site
Create engaging content for our users and clients and work with SEO

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are looking for an internship
You are native in French and have great verbal communication skills
You are flawless in written French and have a sharp eye for editing and accuracy
You are structured and at ease with Excel
You have interest in SEO and digital marketing
To be successful in this position you have a passion for customer contact and their satisfaction. You are self-motivated, service
oriented, and like working towards set goals. You are structured, organized and enjoy the challenge of working in a changing
environment.

Topformation.fr is a part of Keystone Education Group. The French team consists of 8 employees working in either communication or
sales. All of them are based here in our office in Stockholm. Today Keystone has 4 000 education providers as our clients and we
help them to reach out to potential students. Since we strive to help everyone in the world find the right education we now need
to strengthen our French Business Unit.
