Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som International Sales Executive ansvarar du för att stänga nya affärer och utveckla bolagets marknadsandelar på den europeiska marknaden genom en balanserad mix av proaktivt och reaktivt säljarbete. Pipeline- och affärsutveckling: Identifiera, bearbeta och driva säljprocesser mot beslutsfattare inom offentlig sektor (kommuner, kantoner och councils) i Europa. Volym- och kontohantering: Parallellt hantera, kvalificera och stänga en hög volym av inkommande affärsmöjligheter från individuella skolor och utbildningsaktörer. Anbud- och upphandlingsarbete: Navigera i komplexa upphandlingsprocesser, inklusive att sätta dig in i regulatoriska krav, dataskydd (GDPR) och tekniska specifikationer för att säkra nya avtal. Samarbete: Arbeta tätt tillsammans med det befintliga sälj- och produktteamet för och dela marknadsinsikter för att kontinuerligt vässa bolagets säljerbjudande. Vi söker dig som Har en dokumenterad erfarenhet som Sales Executive, Account Manager eller motsvarande B2B-säljroll med vana av att driva komplexa affärsprocesser. Har erfarenhet av eller en mycket god förståelse för försäljning mot offentlig sektor eller liknande beslutstunga, upphandlande miljöer. Besitter förmågan att strukturera ditt arbete och trivs med att hantera en hög volym av parallella processer i ett högt arbetstempo. Talar och skriver engelska på professionell nivå (flytande). This Sales Manager role covers the Nordic region and is responsible for selling our silicone products to various industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in electronics, automotive, and specialty chemicals markets Drive growth through proactive prospecting and expansion of customer base Identify specific market needs in the territory which would fit Wacker's technical solutions based on silicone chemistry in special on high-potential applications such as thermal interface materials, electrification in the automotive industry and electronics. 2. Account Management Manage and service existing customer accounts while ensuring long-term customer retention Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and key partners Increase customer engagement through regular visits and proactive communication 3. Market Expansion & Strategy Support regional growth strategies and market expansion initiatives Collaborate with distribution partners and optimize partner relationships Ensure effective territory coverage and alignment with regional sales strategies 4. As our Quant Risk and Valuation Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Drive new client acquisition across the Nordic financial services market. Develop opportunities to expand adoption of risk and valuation solutions within existing accounts. Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline, from prospecting through to close. You are a good match for this role if you: Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within financial technology sales, focusing on regulatory risk and/or financial data solutions Have a proven track record selling into financial institutions. Have a strong understanding of valuation and risk solutions, regulatory reporting and compliance solutions, market Intelligence solutions, and financial data and analytics workflows You speak English and Swedish fluently; fluency in Norwegian and/or Danish would be an advantage Have the ability to articulate value across front, middle and back-office workflows.
