Over the past years, we have built a strong and stable team in Stockholm, a group of curious builders and commercial drivers who
have laid the foundation for our product, culture, and growth journey.
We are now looking for a GTM Lead Nordics to lead our commercial team and accelerate our growth across the region. You will own
our go-to-market strategy, grow and develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in shaping the future of Bits.

What you will be doing
Own and execute the commercial strategy in the Nordic region.
Drive the full enterprise sales cycle.
- Lead the regional commercial team, developing existing talent while recruiting and onboarding new team members as the region
scales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an extensive network across regulated customers in FinTech, Banking,
Payments, and RegTech.
Represent Bits at networking events and conferences.
- Build a deep understanding of local regulatory and market dynamics, identify strategic partnerships, and represent the company
at key industry events.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate market insights into product, go-to-market, and
execution improvements.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or regional leadership into financial services -
banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Strong network across the Nordic FinTech and financial services ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships to
generate new business opportunities.
Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and scaling revenue in the Nordics.
Strong communicator and storyteller in both Swedish and English. German is a plus.
Highly social, outgoing, and enjoys networking and actively creating new contacts at events.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
It's a great advantage if you have experience selling RegTech or products within Compliance.
