We believe great companies are built by people who are driven to solve difficult problems.
At Nextory, we're building the future of reading and listening. It's an ambitious goal that demands exceptional execution, relentless curiosity, and a willingness to challenge convention. We set a high bar for ourselves because we believe that's what it takes to create products people love.
If you're motivated by impact, energized by ambitious teammates, and excited by the opportunity to build something category-defining, you'll feel at home here.
Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Growth Engineer at Nextory, you'll build the systems, tools, and automations that power our performance marketing across multiple markets. You don't need experience in performance marketing, we'll teach you that. What matters is a strong engineering mindset, curiosity, and a passion to find very smart solutions to very complex problems.
Build AI-powered tools, automations, and scripts to improve marketing operations
Develop data-driven systems for campaign optimization and decision-making
Turn manual processes into scalable, reliable workflows
Learn paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) through mentorship from senior specialists
Collaborate with Performance Marketing, BI, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to drive experimentation and growth
Your story so far 👀 We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build solutions that create real business impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Hands-on experience with AI tools, and ideally experience building AI agents, automations, or similar solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data
Bonus if you've taken initiative outside of work or school like starting a business, building an app, creating a YouTube channel, or working on other personal projects. We value the initiative and learning just as much as the outcome.

Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We're a product-led company where engineers don't just ship features; they shape what gets built and why. About the team Growth Lab helps self-service users start, return, and expand with Mentimeter, finding and acting on high-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle. Experimentation is at the heart of how we work: we form hypotheses, test them with real users, and let the results guide what we do next. We care about learning and impact over output. We move quickly, collaborate closely across engineering, product, and design, and hold our work loosely. We are happy to change direction, or throw code away, when the evidence points elsewhere. Exactly how we work keeps evolving; what stays constant is a curious team that learns fast together. What you'll do * Comfortable driving growth experiments end to end, ready to pick up any step (hypothesis and feasibility, implementation, tracking, analysis, and the decision to kill, iterate, or ship) while we work closely together as a team * Design and instrument experiments using our stack: Confidence for assignment and data quality and HEX for digging into data questions * Build tracking and instrumentation with discipline, so every experiment produces results we can actually trust * Take outcome-driven product problems and drive them to measurable movement in KPI’s spanning acquisition, activation, adoption, and conversion * Raise the bar on experimentation craft within the team: strengthen how we design, instrument, and analyse experiments, and lead technical discussions that bring clarity to fuzzy problems * Partner closely with the PM and Product Designer on framing and prioritising bets, and step in to drive the thinking when needed Who you are * Hands-on experience in growth engineering / experimentation, backed by solid all-round engineering experience - you're already up and running in the discipline and don't need to learn it from scratch * You've run the full growth loop yourself: hypothesis → ideation → implementation → post-experiment analysis, and you've used experimentation tooling (Confidence or similar) * You independently own and solve complicated problems: work with several moving parts and dependencies, weighing trade-offs and applying sound technical judgment to land a solid solution * Data-savvy: comfortable forming and answering your own data questions, and setting up experiments that produce clean, trustworthy results * A strong communicator who enjoys working with people outside the team - you can package an idea, bring others along, and step into a product-thinking role when the moment calls for it * You lift the people around you: you mentor teammates and raise craft standards rather than working in isolation * You hold your code loosely - motivated by impact on users and the business, not by the code itself, and happy to throw work away when an experiment says so * A genuine growth mindset, curious about problems beyond pure engineering and energised by ambiguity * Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is not required) Location & work arrangement This role is based at our Stockholm headquarters, with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days/week on-site. We're unable to offer relocation sponsorship for this position. We offer * Competitive compensation, including pension contributions * Leadership and professional development programs, plus access to external coaching * A budget and culture that supports continuous learning * Genuine flexibility and a healthy approach to work-life balance * A diverse, international team of 50+ nationalities who care about doing great work and having fun doing it At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 54,000–SEK 70,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission. In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. BACKEND ENGINEER - GROWTH EXPERIMENTS We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Growth Experiments team in the Consumer Product group. You'll work on the systems that power experiments across Wolt's consumer app, helping millions of users discover the value of Wolt and building the habits that keep them coming back. This is a team that believes the fastest way to learn is by doing. We prioritize high-velocity experimentation over long development cycles, relying on rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes. Our philosophy is simple: ship small, learn fast, and compound the wins. If you like seeing your work in production quickly, letting data guide decisions, and aren't too precious about code that might get thrown away after an experiment, you'll fit right in. 🚀 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You'll join a cross-functional team of Backend, iOS, Android, and Web Engineers, working alongside Designers and Data Analysts, all closely partnered with Product. Beyond the team, you'll collaborate with platform teams and tap into Wolt's engineering community for shared tooling and best practices. 👥 DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Design, build, and operate backend services that power growth experiments across the consumer app, primarily in Python, Kotlin, and/or Go. * Implement A/B tests, feature flags, and experiment infrastructure that let the team validate hypotheses quickly. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, iOS, Android, Web, and Data to ship experiments that drive measurable impact on user growth and retention. * Balance speed with quality: write clean, testable code that's easy to ship and easy to remove when experiments conclude. * Drive reliability, observability, and efficiency through automated testing, logging, alerting, and incident response. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS* Backend development experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Kotlin (or modern Java), or Go.Experience building and operating production services at scale.Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar), RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.Comfort with experimentation infrastructure: A/B testing, feature flags, or similar.A strong ownership mindset, someone proactive, curious, and eager to ship.A pragmatic approach to quality: you ship fast, encapsulate experimental code properly, and avoid over-engineering.Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English. Optional, but great to have Experience in a growth or experimentation-focused team. Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or event-driven architectures.Experience across multiple backend languages. WHAT WE OFFER ✨ Ship and learn fast: See your work in production quickly and let data guide what's next. 🤝 Collaborate across disciplines: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Design, Data, and mobile engineers. 📈 Drive real impact: Your work directly influences user growth and retention metrics. NEXT STEPS* This role can be based in Helsinki or Stockholm ONLY. We're reviewing applications as they come in, so if this sounds like your kind of challenge, don't wait too long. We'd love to hear from you. The hiring process typically includes an initial chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by technical interviews, a team conversation, and final alignment. Feel free to check the Wolt Tech Blog for more about our culture & technology. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an Engineering Manager at Voi, you will lead and grow a cross-functional product team while staying close to the code. This role is ideal for a strong technical lead ready to take a first step into people management – someone who wants to shape team culture, support engineers’ growth, and drive delivery without leaving their technical roots behind. The Monetisation team owns Voi’s core payment flows, subscriptions, upsell and in-app advertising. The technical scope spans core backend systems, payment integrations, native mobile client views and more. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into leadership while having a tangible impact on the micromobility industry. Be a present, hands-on leader for a team of 4–5 engineers: run 1:1s, support growth and create a safe, collaborative environment where people do their best work. Partner closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align on priorities, shape the roadmap and drive high-quality delivery. Lead by doing: write code, review PRs and engage deeply in technical decisions across backend, web and mobile. Champion engineering excellence by guiding architectural decisions, fostering good development practices and promoting continuous improvement – enabling sustainably rapid delivery in a complex micromobility business. Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship and clear expectations – with support from us if this is your first formal people management role. Lead the team in adopting agentic engineering practices: actively use and encourage AI-assisted development and help engineers build the habits and judgement to get the most out of these tools. Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture aligned with Voi’s values, and be a driver for inclusion and psychological safety within your team. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a hands-on, collaborative engineer with a passion for both technology and people. You enjoy working across domains, take ownership of delivery and are curious about how AI can elevate the way teams build software. 4+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer in modern tech stacks, building reliable software in a fast-paced environment. A generalist mindset with experience in backend, web and/or mobile development. 2+ years of experience in a tech lead, senior or informal leadership capacity – you have guided others technically, even if you have not held a management title. No prior people management experience required – this is a growth area we will support you in. Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (for example modern code assistants) and a genuine interest in agentic engineering workflows. You lean into these tools and help your team build the skillset to use them effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both technical and cross-functional conversations with ease. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to: Join Europe’s #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest growing scale-ups. Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme. Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. Work together with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.
