ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a BE-heavy Fullstack Developer to help shape the future of Wisentics core platform Arbit - a system that helps
insurance companies, and their customers, manage administrative processes within claims handling, auto glass claims, and pet
insurance more efficiently. You will be instrumental in driving the technical development, making key design decisions, and
helping in reducing legacy while building a sustainable, future-proof SaaS product.
Here, you’ll play a key role in taking Arbit to the next level. As part of a small development team, you’ll help create solutions
that truly make an impact — both for today’s users and for the future.
Your key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems in .NET 8 and newer.
Work closely with the team to make sound technical decisions and lead modernization efforts.
Balance improvements to existing systems with building new features.
Engage with the product and business teams to understand customer needs and drive impactful solutions.
Reduce technical debt and help establish a more scalable, maintainable architecture.
ABOUT YOU
You are a doer — proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by progress.
You have strong experience working with .NET/C# backends, preferably in SaaS and/or microservices environments.
You are comfortable working across the stack and are open to working with frontend technologies like Angular.
You have experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
You can break down complex user stories independently and lead technical initiatives.
You are curious, hungry to learn, and like to stay updated on modern tech trends.
