Vi söker nu en Process Automation Developer till ett internationellt industriföretag, där du får möjlighet att arbeta nära både verksamheten och den tekniska utvecklingen inom automation och digitalisering. Rollen passar dig som har några års erfarenhet av workflow, BPMS eller processautomation och som vill ta nästa steg mot en mer tekniskt ledande roll.

Du kommer att arbeta med att designa och utveckla affärsprocesser som hjälper verksamheten att arbeta smartare, snabbare och mer strukturerat. Samtidigt blir du en del av en spännande satsning inom automation, AI och framtidens digitala arbetssätt.

Det här är inte en traditionell utvecklarroll. Fokus ligger på att förstå verksamhetsprocesser, utmana kravställningar och omsätta behov till hållbara lösningar med hjälp av moderna BPMS- och low-codeplattformar.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Arbeta nära verksamheten för att förstå, kartlägga och förbättra affärsprocesser
Delta i workshops tillsammans med stakeholders och delivery leads
Designa och implementera end-to-end affärsprocesser i en BPMS-plattform
Bygga formulär, workflowlogik och business rules
Arbeta med integrationer och API-baserade lösningar
Säkerställa att lösningar byggs skalbart, hållbart och enligt etablerade standarder
Bidra med tekniskt helhetstänk och utmana befintliga arbetssätt
Utforska hur AI-agenter och ny teknik kan integreras i framtidens processlösningar

Din profil

Vi tror att du har några års erfarenhet inom BPMS, workflow eller processautomation och att du har arbetat med att utveckla affärsprocesser i nära samarbete med verksamheten.

Du tycker om att förstå hur verksamheten arbetar och hur processer kan förbättras, förenklas och automatiseras med hjälp av teknik. Du känner dig bekväm i dialogen med både användare, verksamhet och tekniska team och har ett intresse för hur lösningar utformas på ett hållbart sätt över tid.

Som person är du initiativtagande och tycker om att ta ansvar för ditt arbete. Du är nyfiken, ställer frågor och vill förstå både verksamhetens behov och de tekniska konsekvenserna av olika lösningar. Du är bekväm med att komma med egna idéer, utmana krav när det behövs och bidra till att hitta långsiktigt hållbara lösningar. Samtidigt är du prestigelös och trivs med att samarbeta med andra för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av:

BPMS-, workflow- eller processautomationsplattformar såsom Decisions, Camunda, Pega, Nintex eller liknande

Att designa, konfigurera eller vidareutveckla affärsprocesser och workflows

Att arbeta med formulär, workflowlogik, business rules eller liknande funktionalitet i en processplattform

Processkartläggning, kravdialoger och verksamhetsnära arbete

Integrationer, API:er och databaser

Agila utvecklingsmiljöer

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

BPMN, processmodellering eller end-to-end processdesign

AI, low-codeplattformar eller processautomation i större organisationer

Att ta tekniskt ansvar för lösningar eller fungera som en teknisk vägledare i projekt

Your daily tasks In this role, you will develop full-stack software solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor in a fast-paced innovation environment. You will work on a continuous stream of short, high-impact projects, taking ideas from concept to working prototypes. Together with developers, data scientists, automation engineers, project managers, and solution architects, you will turn business needs into scalable digital solutions for production and logistics.
