Vi søker en tannhelsesekretær eller tannlegeassistent til vår private tannklinikk sentralt i Stange. Autorisasjon som tannhelsesekretær er ønskelig, men ikke et krav.
Vi ser etter en vennlig lagspiller som setter pasienten i fokus og bidrar til et godt arbeidsmiljø. Du er fleksibel og trives med varierte oppgaver i en travel hverdag.
Hos oss vil du ha ansvar for sterilen og daglig vedlikehold av klinikken. Du vil også håndtere timebok, telefon og e-post.

Newer LDAs typically start on the entry stage with lots of room to grow, while those with their Ortho Module can expect to land at the higher end. Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family and a uniform allowance. * Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 24-32 hour workweek, 3-4 days per week. How You’ll Make an Impact * Provide all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. * Perform sterilization procedures, set up operatories, and take x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans. * For those with their Ortho Module, assist with a wide range of procedures including direct bond bracket placement, archwire/appliance adjustments, and aligner appointments under doctor supervision. * Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to keep treatment on schedule. * Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system. * Provide patient instruction and education, including reports to parents/guardians. * Support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth practice operations. The Teammate We’re Looking For * Must hold current licensing/registration required to practice as a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia). * 1+ years’ experience as a Licensed Dental Assistant (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia). * Ortho Module completion is an asset but not required. * Brings energy, accountability, and professionalism to work every day * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. * Thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized environment * Wants to be part of a team that respects your skills and supports your growth * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dental software systems is an asset. DENTAL PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR Red Deer NOW HIRING: DENTAL PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR Do you love helping people and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy, well-established practice.
