Spend on technology is one of the biggest items in an enterprise CFO’s budget, second only to headcount. Traditional procurement is one of the most frustrating, friction-filled bottlenecks in modern businesses. A single purchase routinely stalls for months, drowning in endless email threads and dragging in teams from Finance, Legal, Security, and IT. Vertice is the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform aiming to eliminate this chaos. By combining automated agentic workflows, deep AI insights, and a global network of expert negotiators, we empower enterprises to buy smarter and scale at pace. The market response has been unprecedented: * $75bn+ in spend processed across our platform. * 20% savings consistently delivered to our customers. * 70% reduction in standard enterprise procurement cycles. * 13X revenue growth achieved over the last two years alone. Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining platforms and created $600M+ in enterprise value, we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, and Lakestar. We were recently recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the Sunday Times' Tech 100 and named the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FT’s Sifted. With headquarters in London and hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy. Reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and a Sales Manager, while also carrying an individual sales target. As Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Southern Europe region to achieve ambitious growth objectives. You will define and execute the regional strategy, build and develop a high-performing team, and deliver against both short-term revenue goals and the long-term strategic objectives of your team and the wider business. Responsibilities: * Lead a team of Senior Account Executives and a Sales Manager to achieve individual and team quotas, while carrying your own new business revenue target. * Recruit, develop, and mentor new Account Executives, enabling them to achieve consistent success across the region. * Coach Sales Managers to become strong people leaders in their own right. * Use data to monitor performance, lead weekly forecasting and pipeline review meetings, and ensure accurate forecasting and strong execution. * Support the team in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles by building executive-level relationships and driving strategic deal progression. * Partner closely with our channel and technology ecosystem to generate new pipeline opportunities across Southern Europe. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Account Management to execute regional strategy and accelerate growth. * Build and execute territory plans that drive predictable pipeline generation and sustainable long-term growth. Requirements: * Approximately 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a high-performing sales team in a high-growth SaaS environment. * Strong knowledge of the Southern European market, with experience developing and executing regional growth strategies. * Proven track record of building, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets. * Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility at all levels, internally and externally. * Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Italian and/or Portuguese would be advantageous. * Highly data-driven, using metrics and insights to make decisions, improve performance, and drive accountability. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams around a clear vision and inspire high performance. Why join Vertice? * Hyper-Growth Impact: Join a business experiencing explosive commercial traction, where your individual contributions directly move the needle on our global valuation. * Uncapped Upside: We offer highly competitive base salaries, a rewarding commission structure, and meaningful equity options so you share directly in the wealth we create. * Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a brilliant, highly motivated team that deeply values transparency, diversity, and intellectual curiosity. * In-Person Velocity: We operate on a hybrid model. We believe this collective time accelerates learning, mentorship, and execution speed. Final things to note Vertice is an equal opportunities employer, although you must be legally able to work in the specified region of the job. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Vertice's privacy policy and applicable data protection law. We use AI-assisted tools to help us review and assess applications more efficiently. These tools support our Talent team but do not make hiring decisions autonomously. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This is a team leadership role responsible for all of Legora's marketing activity across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will own the UKI marketing strategy end-to-end – brand, demand, field, and customer – and you will report to the Senior Director, International Marketing. You are inheriting a small team and a real foundation. Your job is to build on it with pace and intention: raise the quality of execution, build the team around you, and establish Legora as the clear category leader across both the law firm and in-house segments in the UK and Ireland markets. UKI is one of the world’s most important legal markets, and in this role, you have a direct influence on how Legora’s international strategy takes shape. The expectation is that you think strategically, operate commercially, and hold yourself accountable to pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity. What You’ll Own UKI Market Strategy & Brand Presence * Own Legora's brand and market presence across the UK and Ireland, across both the law firm and in-house corporate segments. * Define the UKI marketing strategy and translate it into a rolling plan that the team and the broader growth org can execute against. * Position Legora as the category leader in legal AI in the UK through thought leadership, media presence, content, and the moments that matter to UKI buyers. * Understand the UKI market with depth: the competitive dynamics, the key accounts, the buying triggers, and the influencers who shape perception in the legal community. GTM & Pipeline Impact * Drive regional brand activation, ABM, field, integrated campaigns and event strategy in close partnership with the UKI Growth team. * Own pipeline generation and influence targets for the UKI region and be a genuine commercial partner to the UKI revenue leadership, not a support function. * Design integrated campaigns that work across the full funnel – awareness through to late-stage deal support – and hold them to a measurable standard. * Partner closely with Product Marketing to stay ahead of Legora's competitive position — identifying key product levers, translating capability into market narrative, and ensuring campaigns are built on the genuine strength of the product, whether the goal is competitive displacement, category creation, or expansion. Customer Marketing & Advocacy * Spotlight UKI champions, build the regional reference base, and develop meaningful programmes that deepen relationships with existing customers across both segments. * Work with Engagement to support adoption and expansion, ensuring existing customers understand and use more of what Legora can do. * Build a UKI customer story pipeline that feeds the global content engine and gives UKI sales the proof points they need in the room. Team Leadership & Operations * Lead, develop, and grow the UKI marketing team. You are inheriting a small team and are expected to build it into a high-performing function. * Own the UKI marketing budget: allocate it with commercial rigor, report on it with clarity, and make the case for investment when the opportunity is right. * Define success metrics that connect marketing activity to business outcomes — pipeline, revenue influence, NRR — and build the reporting cadence that gives marketing and GTM leadership clear visibility. * Build scalable processes that create consistency while protecting speed, quality, and creativity. What We’re Looking For * 8+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in a senior regional marketing role accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes in the UK market. * Experience across both law firm and in-house / corporate legal audiences is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. You understand a multi-segment marketing strategy with different motivations, and what it takes to market to these different segments. * A track record of building brand presence and pipeline in an enterprise,GTM-led environment. You know how to work alongside a GTM team and make them better, not just busier. * Genuine team leadership experience. You've built and developed a team before, and you know the difference between managing and developing people. * Strong commercial instincts. You think in pipeline, revenue influence, and NRR, and you can hold a confident conversation with sales leadership about what marketing is contributing and why. * Data-literate and experimentally minded. You use data to make decisions and to make the case, and you build teams that do the same. * A clear point of view on competitive marketing. You've helped a company take ground from an incumbent or define a new category, and you know how to use product strength as a marketing weapon. * Exceptional communicator and storyteller. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
